While I appreciate the fact that they were able to remove a very large tree from my backyard, there was additional work (trimming) on a tree in the front yard that was not completed, despite letting Jon and Karrie know it had not been completed. I was told Jon would be by to check but no one came by so the tree remains untrimmed. Also, one of my irrigation lines was severed during the tree removal and created a large leak in my backyard. Seemed professional when estimate was provided but that stopped once I agreed to the contract.

This is the third time I've used Complete Landscaping for trimming my trees. Professional and high quality, my trees look like a work of art! They also removed a very large mesquite that was dying and somehow managed not to trample the surrounding plants, amazing! The guys are exceptionally friendly and careful. I called to schedule a pre-emergent and I was told I needed to wait until the receptionist could ask her supervisor. That took over a week. Then I just asked if I could have my yard treated and serviced, which I was told could be done the following week. Came up the day they were supposed to be there, no service. Called again and was told it was just an "estimate" and they "may" be out the following day. Two days later, I have yet to receive an estimate and I'm done waiting 3 weeks just to get an appointment. Complete Landscaping takes care of our home owners association grounds. Instead of trimming bushes they cut them down to a foot high so that they don't have to rake up the leaves and therefore don't have has much monthly work to do on the property. The bushes provide lovely greenery and flowers without water (oleander) so it's terrible when they do this. We tried to get them to hand trim but to them, it's just easier to cut them down. So sad.

Our neighbor recommended Complete Landscaping to trim our 30 foot tall mesquite tree which was so totally overgrown that some of the branches were practically touching the ground. Brandon and his crew did a great job of trimming and cleaning the tree up. They also cleaned up the mess afterwards so that you would never know they had been here other than the beautifully trimmed tree that remained. Would definitely recommend!

I hired Complete Landscaping to do the whole yard, trees, plants and all for our newly purchased home. They are is great! They laid out a multi-phased plan to get our landscaping to the look we want. We are now in phase 2. Quality work and customer responsiveness for a fair price. Jason is the best example of this. He knows plants and seasons in this desert climate.

I cannot recommend this company more. I saw the negative review from a person concerning a sprinkler placed by her condo management and her car. Seems odd and not pertinent to the work Complete Landscaping does.

These guys do a great job on the landscaping at Bay Colony Technology Center near the Tucson Airport. Scott the crew chief has done an amazing job at our office properties and they also do the common areas at the business park and the Marriott hotel properties next door. The overall appearance from Scotts supervision of the landscape maintenance is top notch as he seems to take a personal interest in how the property is presented. His crew is always doing something that adds to the overall appearance and gives the properties a very welcoming feel.

I wish I could give them less than one start. They do the landscaping on the condo I live and they installed a sprinkler in front of my assigned parking spot. The water stained my car and I reported to them a month ago and they haven't do nothing. The staff on the office is rude every time I call, specially Barbara. And Shaun the supervisor doesn't take my phone calls. Now I have my new car stained
