AAA Landscape, an Underwood Brothers Company, was started over four decades ago, with an old borrowed pickup and a thousand dollars cash, brothers Robert and Richard Underwood started the Company. Their father, a county extension agent, had raised them to care deeply about the land and its keeping.

They applied this passion on behalf of their clients and a new business was born. Today, AAA Landscape, founded in 1975, is ranked in the top 50 of the largest commercial landscape contractors in the United States with over 400 employees and offices in Phoenix, Tucson and San Antonio. The company holds General Engineering Licenses in Arizona, California, and Nevada along with a Texas Irrigators License.

Through the Owner's nursery, Arid Solutions Nursery, plants are purchased below wholesale prices and passed onto our clients. And as a licensed and bonded Landscape Contractor, we can provide hardscape solutions you may require, without the hassle of selecting an outside vendor.

To let everyone to know and be aware of the bosses Ben and Gabe and April are very sneaky bosses. They don't keep good workers to work for them long. The easily fired good workers. The bosses also steal peoples personal stuffs if u keep your stuffs there. Not a very good place to work for. The pay never hardly raises. I am very happy I no longer work for the assholes!

I don't really cares about April. She's horrible, same with Ben and Gabe. They fired so many good workers and keep hiring others for Temporary. Sicko bosses! Just to be aware. Don't work for them!

I'm writing this review to complain about one of their drivers driving van. I was driving on 202 when one of their vans merged right in front of me with no signal light and then slammed breaks on me then when I tried passing him he puts his high beams on and gets behind me and keeps high beams on for a good 10 min very unprofessional.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I have to in order to leave a review. Ben in HR is not very helpful in solving a situation of them shorting a days work on a pay check. He ignores messages left for him. The same with Jeff. Ben says call him in 4 hours but then doesn't answer. I don't call that good customer or employee service. Taking advantage of a 17 year old and giving her the run around.

It's been a whole month trying to resolve this which is ridiculous! They don't want to pay her what she rightfully worked for. I know I sure wouldn't want to work and not get paid.

I've worked with this company for 15 years and the owners really care about their employees. They go above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of and have provided life insurance to every employee along with other great benefits. It really is like a family to work here. The reviews about not getting paid are false, and this has NEVER happened, you have to know the owners to understand how ethical they are.

I have worked for AAA Landscape for three months and this is a fantastic company to work for. The people here are friendly and helpful in every way. They care about the employees and their family's as well as the customers. They are guided by morals and a faith in god but they do not push their beliefs on others. This is the company you want to work for if you want to be treated like family.
