Zack came out today and sprayed our house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. We will definitely be using Vinx again!

Had their door-to-door salesmen ride his one-wheel "hoverboard" across my freshly cut and manicured lawn just to try and argue with me at my door for his unwanted solicitation. Had to repeatedly inform him that he needed to get off my property and he finally left when I had to threaten to call the police to remove him due to trespassing. He then rode across my yard into my driveway and then began harassing my neighbors even before they could get out of their car.

The long haired blond kid with a tablet also stunk of weed and was slurring his words. Wearing a Vinx shirt and some kind of jacket. I wouldn't trust this company to ever set foot on my property and if they're going to harass people door-to-door you'd think it would be more positively received if their employees showed a bit of professionalism and curtesy.

Awesome Vinx! Well Done! Today (05/12/2022) I had a pest control service call. I wish I remembered the technique's last name but, I can tell you his first name was DOUG. He may be the best service technician that I have ever had! I don't write this review lightly. These days I know service industries are experiencing many challenges; especially in staffing. Doug proved today to be an amazing representative of Vinx Pest Control!

My rating of my pest/mosquito control service just went to my all time high. Doug was everything a service rep/tech should be: punctual, well groomed, articulate, highly qualified/experienced, professional in every way. These are qualities that are difficult to find and should be acknowledged which is why I chose to write and applaud his service today. Doug is a huge asset to his employer. Eli was great! He was thorough, honest and explained everything in detail. I use Vinx for several home services.

I was approached by a door-to-door salesman for Vinx and was told that the service was $45 per treatment. Turns out it was $45 per month for 4 yearly outside treatments. Further, the salesman forgot to tell me that it was a year contract. Finally after 11 months I was fed up and cancelled. Then I was charged again! When I complained I was told by a manager that they were going to send me to collections even though I didn't owe anything. Further they said that the salesman couldn't have told me that because he had worked for Vinx for several years. That is untrue, he was a recent hire when he sold me the product. Long story short, I feel like this company cheated me and when I complained they didn't care. Buyer beware!

I've been using Vinx for about a year and a half. I first signed up after Eli stopped by my house and did a terrific job explaining the services that were being offered and how they would help with pest control at my house. He was extremely straightforward and knowledgeable. After having Eli at my house again earlier today to help out with something I can say he was even better this time. Very professional, knowledgeable, and overall just a great guy to do business with. I've got nothing but good things to say and highly recommend Vinx, especially Eli.

Nothing drove me more mad than hearing the scratches from inside my wall at night. I posted in my community page and Eli from Vinx responded and visited my home all in one day. One of the most honest men when it comes to business I've ever met. Would recommend to anyone having issues. Proud to call him a neighbor.

Eli is responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We recently had an ant problem in our kitchen due to the recent cold and rain. Eli took the time to communicate with us even late on a Friday night, and he came out himself the next morning on a Saturday to address out concerns. I would highly recommend this company and especially Eli.

Our technician today was Murphy. He was AWESOME! He was polite, professional and very thorough. The overall stress and nasty feeling that comes when rodents are inside your living space is definitely overwhelming, We called out multiple companies regarding the issue and one of them was Vinx! They set us up with the inspector Eli and literally came out the next day and has been very responsive to any questions my wife and I have! He's made this process super simple we have been rodent free and Vinx has had exceptional customer service in which we are thankful for! 10/10 recommend Vinx and their inspector Eli!

Gustavo was professional, polite and very knowledgeable about the services he was providing and the products he was using (we had seen a few roaches inside and numerous wasps outside our house). IN RESPONSE TO WHAT WAS REPLIED TO ME: First off, if Doug ever reported that the problem had cleared up that was a blatant lie. If that were the case we wouldn't have called for him to come back. Secondly, another blatant lie nothing is shipped in my garage where my business is run! I am a couponer which I physically go out and purchase the items in my garage on shelves!

If you have no knowledge of things that were told to you then it's best to not repeat them. If the owner (s) water a private conversation with me then there was no need to come on here publicly and post a novel of the history and half of it is false. I'm very easy to please but the quickest way to upset me is to spew out false things about me! I leave excellent reviews and said great things about Doug which speaks volumes for the company I just don't agree the product is effective but I didn't know that Doug was a liar and I don't appreciate that AT ALL! ORIGINAL POST The technician Doug was very polite and pleasant to work with but I'm completely dissatisfied with the service received.

After the issue seemed to not get better, I contacted Doug and he came back out a couple of times to try to fix the issue I will admit he was willing to help. But whatever method they use is just not effective. I contacted him about a month ago letting him know that the problem hadn't gotten any better and he said he would come back out and I never heard anything else.

That was my experience the last 2 times I contacted him where I was forgotten about and had to reach out to them AGAIN to actually get scheduled. I recommend going with someone who offers the heat treatment because whatever powder substance they use is a waste of money and it saddens me because we don't have money to throw away.

I attribute the 5-Star Rating I gave your company to the outstanding service provided by one of your technicians, Nick Reddy. I have been truly impressed with the great work Nick does when he services my home. He is very meticulous in how he goes about treating my home for pest control. I feel he does an exceptional job at creating a barrier between the pest and my home based on the level of treatment he does.

He communicates every aspect of what he is doing. I have had other technicians from your company to treat my home and did a good job, but Nick has really given me the satisfaction I been looking for from my pest control treatments. What I mean by this is when others have treated my home I would still have to kill spiders only days after they left and sometimes throughout the months following.

I was actually considering changing pest control companies because of this reason. It was only weeks after Nick treated my home that I decided to stay with Vinx. Nick has treated my home the last two times and I haven't encountered any spiders inside of my home and the ones I did see on my patio and in my garage were already dead. This is exactly how pest control should work.

I really feel Nick is the consummate professional when it comes to this line of work. He truly loves what he does and makes sure you are completely satisfied with the work he has done prior to his departure. I couldn't be happier with the work he does and definitely want him to be the one to treat my home in the future. I feel Nick should be in a position to train the other technicians on his treatment techniques because what he does delivers the level of protection that people are paying for.

Supposedly I had signed up for a one year contract, that I don't remember signing up for. After several attempts to schedule back due services, I finally decided to cancel their services. They told me I could not and had two payments left before I could cancel and they would go to collections if I didn't pay. I said OK, and paid the outstanding balance (one month) and told them I wanted to cancel after my next payment and that I was done with them.

Now three months later they are STILL charging me, STILL not performing services, and not responding to my texts or calls. WHEN they came, we had little to no bug problems. Unfortunately those times were few and far between. They would tell us they "performed services" but you can't enter the back of the house without our permission and they maybe only rang us to enter the back twice.

The owner even sent a text and said "if you have any issues, please reach out" so I did. Almost a week later and no response. The product was good. Unfortunately their services are terrible. I do not recommend them, at all. Other companies may be more expensive, but it's worth the price to deal with people who are more professional.

I have been a satisfied customer of Vinx Pest Control for one year now and I'm so glad I chose them. I have their Home Guard Warranty plan and received my 3-month preventative treatment by Aaron today. Aaron was extremely efficient in servicing my home. He addressed all of my concerns and was very thorough in the work he did, he communicated what actions he took, and was very professional. I can enjoy my backyard a little more comfortably with Vinx. I'm very pleased!

Vinx has been servicing our home for almost two years and they have gone above and beyond to keep our home pest-free. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable about ways to keep bugs away. If I see one unwanted guest inside my home they re-service no questions asked. Will definitely continue doing business with them!

Vinx did an excellent job at my house today. They went above and beyond my expectations. This is my first time using Vinx and it started out with a few missteps due to scheduling conflicts, but they more than made up for it. Danny performed a thorough job and explained each step to me. He pointed out areas of concern and how they could be fixed. His goal was to make me a satisfied customer and he accomplished that. Great job today!

We were having a huge problem with ants outside, hobo spiders inside and even a few black widows on our patio. Vinx came right out after I called and took care of it. They are very thorough and professional.
