Good Manager service Although the service was not professional at the beginning, after I complained, your company actively made amends and communicated with me. I was very touched and satisfied!

I have been a loyal customer of Bug Head for almost three years now and I will continue to be for many years to come! They are very easy to work with when it comes to scheduling and always willing to follow-up between treatments when requested if an outbreak occurs. The technicians are knowledgable and explain to me in layman's terms what a particular issue might be and what they are doing to address it. If you're in the market for an exterminator, look no further than Bug Head. You'll be happy you did!

I would not recommend this company, because of their misleading information and astronomical rates. I have a one bedroom apartment that is a 750sq.ft. space. Bed bugs were found in the bedroom, cost around $490. The company inspected the entire apartment and told us we only needed to spray the bedroom. They offer a 6 month warranty. We were told to not replace the area with furniture or mattresses so we didn't.

A month later we now have bed bugs in the living room. The company said they would do a new inspection to access the "new cost". I asked about the warranty they stated it ONLY covers the bedroom. We aren't actively using the bedroom per their instruction. The additional cost would be around $490 a room. What a joke! There is no way to control where bed bugs will migrate too within a apartment people are currently living in.

So why not treat the entire apartment up front!?! Their explanation is to keep down cost. Although I believe their rates are high! Word of advice, when a customer calls for an exterminator they expect an honest inspection with a TOTAL cost of services! I would much rather know up front what my total cost could be, so that I can make an informative decision, as opposed to a nickel-and-dime approach! Now, I'm stuck with a bed bug problem and having to hire another exterminator. This company is truly a money pit with horrible customer service and unethical practices. DO NOT HIRE, Keep looking!

We have been using Bug Head for a few months now and have been very happy with their service. They were prompt and their prices are very fair. And best of all, the bugs are gone! We will definitely continue to use their service.

Jeremy was meticulous about treating our home, inside and out! He took great care in making sure our pets were safe from anything harmful and made sure we understood how to get the most of the treatment done in our home! Very professional, very neat and clean, left no mess behind. He was gentle and sweet to our fur babies. We want him for ALL our quarterly treatments! 5 stars without hesitation! He was the best!

If I had to describe this company in one word it would be HONEST. Which is hard to find in Dallas these days. Every time we've had a technician come out, our experience has been nothing but professional. Like a good honest mechanic, bughead won't charge you for something you don't need, and won't recommend a service they don't think you need. They have my business locked in.

Our Technician, Heath, was friendly, thorough and offered to place ant traps throughout the house. I didn't even know such things existed, and I was very pleased he went above and beyond. He was also gentle and thoughtful about our dogs. I have also called the company with questions a couple of times, and they always get right back to me. Bug Head Pest Control is effective, and the people are friendly to work with!

I highly recommend Bug Head for ALL your insect needs. They can handle anything from ants, spiders to rodents! They are experienced professionals that you can count on and trust. They have several plans for preventive/maintaince and no contract! I have been using Bug Head for several years and will continue to do so. Everybody is great to work with including the office. I used Bug Head in Feb 2020. They installed a oneway door to remove a squirrel, came back a few days later and removed the door + repaired/reinforced the area so the squirrel couldn't get back in. All of this for $350. Five stars. Fast forward to this year. I THOUGHT a squirrel was trying to get in to a different area. The Tech comes out and immediately says "yep, you have a hole." He didn't get on a ladder or do anything to confirm a hole two stories up.

I asked him to confirm with a ladder. He answered that, to get on a ladder alone, it would cost me $795 even if no repair is needed. What?!? Oh, and if a door was needed, $895. I would've gladly paid a $79-$89 service fee, but to charge me for a full service when nothing for sure is needed? 1) Don't tell me your costs more than doubled in 1 year and you are still $200-$300 cheaper than your competitors (edit - both the 2020 and 2021 locations were on the 2nd floor in equally as difficult spots to reach) 2) Don't tell me there's a hole without getting up there and showing me a picture of said hole 3) Don't tell me it costs, regardless if a repair is needed, $795 just to step on a ladder.

Funny thing is, I got my ladder out and confirmed there was no hole. I still added some reinforcement though just to stop any further damage. All-in, I spent two hours of my time and $10. A far cry from the $795-$895 this company quoted me. I'm hopeful they return to their 2020 level of service. But, until then, they won't be getting anymore of my business.

Super quick to respond! The technician who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable! He also followed all safety protocols and wore a mask the entire time inside the house! Extremely happy with treatment and customer service!

Great service and came back until my rodent problem was gone and they have stayed gone thanks to Bughead. General services also are very thorough. Sad to be leaving the area. GReat company.

We used this company for the first time and we are very satisfied with the service. We highly recommend this company. Excellent service.

Our home is near a body of water and we have a unique pest situation. They were able to treat our large yard and still be conscientious of the safety of the lake and wildlife that depend on it. We had rodents galore which attracted snakes. All of that is under control and we can now enjoy our yard without swarms of mosquitoes and mayflies. Very reasonable prices and no contract!

Update: Truly unreal service. I don't think I've ever dealt with a company with which I was happier. They've come back several times to help us get our house under control for no additional charge. Original Review: Great, friendly, family-owned-local-business-type service! Kristen at the office was very helpful in providing initial information when we experienced 'flymaggedon', a 36-hour period where we killed over 100 house flies in our new house. Jeremy was a great technician, helping us identify potential sources of the problem and leaving us with tools to help address problems immediately as they appear going forward.

Thanks for taking time to talk through our concerns. We appreciate all the tips, especially as new homeowners. Also, the initial service was less than our co-pay on our homeowners insurance policy, which was nice.

Great company! I the responded to my request for service very quick, and the technician was very friendly / helpful! This company is affordable and willing to work with your schedule and specific pest problems. So far I have not had any pest issues, but I'll update my review in a couple months if that changes.

I cannot say enough great things about Bug Head Pest Control. From the initial consultation 2+ years ago we have been 1000% satisfied and most importantly bug free! The girls in the office are nice. The techs are thorough and the owner who came out and did our initial consult was as nice as could be. He even took time to educate my husband about what to avoid, what to look for etc. The prices are great too. Much more affordable and customized service than the household named companies that shall not be mentioned.

On time for the estimate. Nice guy. A little pricey. $1100 to fill In wholes around the house. Said it would be one days work. Seems steep. Too bad. I wanted to use them. Heard good things about them.

Bug Head is a great value, no nonsense pest control company. They are extremely responsive and don't try to lock you in to long term service contracts like most other pest control companies. Nonetheless they have kept my house rodent and pest free for years. Would highly recommend.

I found Bug Head Pest Control via Yelp and 5/5 WOULD RECOMMEND! 1. Bug Head Pest Control is hands down the fastest responding contractor I have ever dealt with. I submitted the online information request option on the Yelp website at 7:54am and received a message back from Jeremy at 7:55am (ONE MINUTE LATER!) offering a free inspection and asking for my availability. 2.

On my day of scheduled service they were very accommodating with the time and were actually able to get to my condo an hour earlier than expected. (Another win in my book. I personally hate the waiting game that I have to play with AT&T every time I have internet issues). 3. Jeremy completed my inspection, gave his honest input and did not try to oversell services.

Truth be told, he didn't even push for me to purchase anything today. However, for my peace of mind (and a preventative measure) I had him apply a general pesticide to my entire unit which he was able to do in less than 20 minutes. 4. As a bonus, everyone at this company that I have talked to is extremely friendly. It is clear that they want the best for their customers and I will definitely be using them again for future service needs.

I called Bug Pest Control in a panic and they definitely did everything they could to help calm me down. I really needed someone out right away but they were booked and I had to wait three to four business days to get someone out. I had called other businesses but after talking to Bug Pest Control, they really offered much better customer service which is why I waited for the appointment.

The employee who showed up with very friendly and answered all my questions. He even helped me move items around to get ready for him to spray. Overall my experience was great. The reason I didn't give them 5 star rating is because they didn't honor the discount they offered on Yelp. I called twice for them to fix the bill and they never did. It did seem like the office team was a little unorganized. It was a little frustrating that they didn't honor the discount. Otherwise good experience.

This was the first-time use. Four stars is just because it was a good experience, but I haven't seen any results. It's been three days and I haven't seen any bugs, alive or dead. I expected to see some dead based on what I was told about the service, but I haven't.

I have only been using Bughead for a short time (6 months). The technician is friendly and knowledgable. I can schedule and handle all my paperwork online and the are prompt and thorough.

We have been using Bughead for two years and love their customer service. Vinny who has been servicing our home is very knowledgeable, is always on time, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done to our standards. Vinny also takes the extra time to answer our questions and concerns.

Inspected the condo and found no evidence of bed bug infestation. Timely and friendly service and didn't even charge anything. Gave me a couple pointers and the whole thing took max 45 minutes.

Bug Head is a great local choice for your pest control. We do quarterly sprays for pest and have also done termite spot treatments on our garage. Eric (the owner) actually did the termite spot treatment himself.

The service is affordable and it works! Staff is very friendly and accommodating - I would definitely recommend Bug head Pest!

Very nice people. You can pay online. We have been getting to same technician so far. So i feel comfortable. Only thing is that they never answers the phone. I have to leave voicemail and wait for their call back.
