We had so much fun today at the dog park. I think we like to go there just like our dogs. We live close to the lake and sometimes we take them down there. They enjoy walking and getting in the water. Buzzkill did the job we paid them to do and we saw pretty decent results. If there is any criticism, it's that there seemed to be a disconnect between the front office and the people in the field. We would request something via someone at the front office but it was often not conveyed to the person who did the work at our house. I will say that one technician solved a very difficult ant problem for us and it took quite a bit of his time. He was thorough and made sure he knew what the issue was, fixed it, and explained to us what he had done. We were very pleased with his service.

In the age of "we'll be by next Tuesday, or maybe Wednesday" - it's so wonderful to get a specific time and even better when the technician arrives right on time. Buzz Kill keeps track of where they've placed bait stations and report to us each time. With little grand kids around the house, they're careful to schedule with us when those little cute bugs are not in the house. Whatever treatments they're doing are working, we don't see any live critters anymore, and the fire ants have retreated from near our house and foundation.

Buzz Kill dose a great job every time they come out. They are fast and friendly. We have a child that is extremely allergic to bug bits and buzz kill has never let us down. They are a full service company that knows exactly what chemicals to use depending on the season/bugs are out and they also keep my eves clean of spiderwebs and wasp nest.
