Nice Floors

The people at Nice Floors were very easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. The order was processed, shipped and received in the time frame given, which was great! The only issue we had was Fed Ex Freight sent an additional bill for an extraordinary amount of money after the shipment was received. However, when we contacted Nice Floors about they bill, they remedied the situation almost immediately, and we did not have to pay that bill.

NiceFloors provided me amazing customer service. The girls I spoke to over the course of a year always answered my questions thoroughly and timely. I was so hesitant to make such a large purchase online, but they reassured me and my delivery went incredibly smooth. Chris, the owner, was very accommodating to our needs and went out of his way to assist us in getting the best price for our flooring. Thanks for being so easy to do business with!

Outstanding service by Stephanie to get my discontinued laminate flooring. I searched everywhere to no avail until I contacted Nice Floors. Above and beyond service even during a major winter storm and the price was very reasonable.

I stumbled onto Nice Floors online after my order at a local business was canceled at the last minute. Local business said product wasn't available and wanted me to make another choice. Nice Floors had it in stock. Excellent customer service over multiple phone calls, FedEx delivery was fast as promised. They also ordered the trim pieces from Shaw and Shaw shipped them to me directly. MUCH better plan than starting over to find what I wanted!

Awesome experience! I had vinyl plank flooring installed in my sun room and family room 4 years ago. Decided to complete it throughout the rest of my first floor. I was able to get the name of the vinyl and began my search in the Atlanta area to find it. No luck! My contractor also tried to locate it locally. Decided to go to the Internet (being a 70 YO grandmother this is not something I have ever done before.

It was a large purchase and I was a little nervous giving my credit card). I located it at Nice Floors and called and was connected to Jessica. She was so professional and kind and I felt very comfortable working with her. Ordered the flooring ( was a great price and they even gave me a military discount). It was shipped to my home and arrived right on schedule. Wish I was in the area because I would certainly use Nice Floors for any of my flooring needs!

I like the prompt service of the sales, the quotes and everything that we did electronically. When I talked to Tabitha personally, she was very professional and friendly. I was having a difficult time trying to match an existing hardwood floor to replace tile in a kitchen. No one in my area had it in stock. I googled the name of the wood and located this company out of state. The nice people at NiceFloors were so helpful! They sent me a sample so we could see if it matched before ordering the entire amount. It matched, and their pricing was very competitive. We highly recommend NiceFloors! Responses to questions were wonderfully quick. Tabatha found a local Fedex shipping terminal to deliver our order to, helping to save us some money. She was friendly on the phone AND we got a quote, confirmed the order, and they shipped an hour later!.at a time when getting anything we need for our remodel seems to take months.let alone trying to get people to communicate with us.

I was tasked with matching a vinyl floor installed 4 years ago no longer available locally, and they went above and beyond sending me samples and photos of the different options they had in stock. Purchased a nice quality floor for our primary residence and received very good customer service from NiceFloors.com. Delivery was timely. I would recommend Nice Floors and hope to use them for all of our large flooring needs moving forward in our primary residence and investment properties as well.

They were easy to work with and shipped my order quickly. Some of my flooring was damaged by the shipping company. I sent Nice Floors some pictures of the damage for a claim and they quickly and cheerfully sent me more another box and filed the claim with the shipping company. They resolved the issue very well. Great service. I would gladly do business with them again.

Nice floors provided the lowest cost option found local or online. Ordering was easy and the Customer Service team was awesome. My floors were ordered on a Tuesday and arrived Friday (Ohio to South Carolina). They really were with me start to finish. I only gave 4 stars because the shipment wasn't well wrapped and protected. The FedEx guys said it wasn't even on an actual pallet and the placed it on a pallet for me. It was raining the day of delivery so the boxes got wet and we're not shrink wrapped.

We've used their vinyl plank flooring in many of our homes and the quality is great! We've really helped a lot of customers with rebuilding their homes after the hurricanes in Louisiana and Nice floors has been essential in getting this done for them. They provided the lowest price by a mile on the Johnson English Pub series of wood I was looking for. The service and promptness was extraordinary. I had two boxes damaged during shipping that were unusable, and Nice Floors promptly sent me two new boxes.
