Sam Kinnaird's Flooring

We are very pleased with the selection, price, installation, and professionalism of the team from Sam Kinnaird's. When we first visited their showroom in Middletown, they were busy with appointments. But Chris took the time (even though we weren't scheduled) to show us our options for carpet and two types of hard flooring. By very early the next week he visited our house, took measurements, and gave us a very reasonable quote.

While the carpet we wanted was on backorder, he updated me on the status of it each week to assure us it was still on the way, without us having to contact the store. It was a smooth process and we are excited with the results.

Wonderful experience working with Chris. He helped us pick perfect carpet for our stairs and at nearly 1/3 of the price of a local competitor. The installer was wonderful as well, worked hard all day. I'm not sure if he even took a break. I can't recall his name but he said he was in the business for over 40 years! Great experience all around!

We have worked with Karyn Pfeiffer on numerous projects & she has consistently taken excellent care of us. She has gone above & beyond when necessary. They have a beautiful inventory to choose from & again Karyn has always guided us in the right direction.

I have nothing but great comments about this purchase. We put hardwood flooring down in a large portion of our house. The flooring turned out beautiful. The quality of the flooring is excellent. The installer was the best.absolute professional. He showed up exactly on time each day without fail, finished a day and a half ahead of schedule, quality was excellent, and paid attention to every detail. He also always had time to answer questions. My wife and I are very pleased and would recommend.

Recently had tile installed in two bathrooms in our new home. We went to the store on Shelbyville Road. Karyn was our salesperson and Vincent was our installer. They really helped us out in a timely and professional and courteous manner. Vincent did a fantastic job on the install. Thanks so much.

In & out in no time. Pleasant, on-time, and cleaned up afterwards. Curtis schedules deliveries & installs, and does a great job explaining & answering questions. And as promised, called the day before to confirm everything. Why did we wait so long!?! 12/2019 This time we replaced the carpet upstairs. It's perfect! Again, we worked with Karyn. Chris worked to accommodate my schedule in both choosing a carpet and in scheduling installation on a tight timeframe. He was respectful of my budget and my preferences and helped me to choose a quality carpet perfect for my space. I wait for the twice a year sale on carpeting almost every year. Gail, who is awesome, has helped me with two different households of carpet now. She is a great designer. I highly recommend Kinnaird's flooring. The selection is great, the prices are good and the design help is exceptional. My installations have been good and any problems I've had are taken seriously and are addressed quickly,

I loved working with Gail at Sam Kinnaird's. She came to the house to take measurements of an upstairs and master bedroom. We decided to go with hardwood in a bedroom upstairs and carpet in the master. She had great recommendations and kept it in my budget. She is also an interior decorator, so she had some good ideas too! The installers for both projects were great. Would highly recommend this location.

Leslie was extremely professional helpful with choosing the right carpeting for my investment property. There were other types of flooring I was interested in exploring, and she was able to guide me with with pros & cons for my situation. I appreciate the opportunity to work with someone who will take the time to answer questions and work with my schedule and budget.

We replaced all the carpet in our home and placed new luxury vinyl in two bathrooms. We worked with Chris who was outstanding. He helped us plan everything, gave excellent advice about a couple difficult areas and ensured the work was done a very timely manner. The installers were professional and did top-notch work. Pricing was very reasonable. The flooring looks great and we will certainly use Sam Kinnaird's in the future!

This was a small job as flooring goes. We were replacing carpet with vinyl in a basement playroom. Karyn was able to recommend a quality flooring product with a favorable priceline. She offered suggestions for color matching with existing decorum which worked well. The installation was professional, and the work was done as scheduled.
