The Flooring Gallery

I have purchased all of the flooring for my house from The Flooring Gallery, and most recently new carpet and vinyl plank for my basement. On each occasion, I have had the pleasure of working with Natalie Goodin, and have always been impressed with her product knowledge and design skills. From design to installation, Natalie makes a point to be sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied. I would highly recommend The Flooring Gallery for all your floor covering needs.

I've had 2 floors laid by Flooring Gallery on separate occasions, one hardwood and the most recent a luxury carpet. Great costumer service experience, Caryn particularly was so gracious and incredibly patient! Other people I spoke to there were also very nice. There were installation issues with the carpet, and a room had to be redone. Flooring Gallery stood by their work and resolved the issues graciously. I was very impressed by that. I recommend them and would use them again. Great product, local business, and it felt like they really cared about their clients.

0 stars! Began the flooring process in December and it is now mid April and we have been stuck with unfinished floors/stairs. The customer service is terrible. No one calls you back, and there is an excuse every time you speak to someone. They ordered 18 boxes too many, ordered the wrong quarter round and the installers left my walls with holes and stains in them and my bathrooms had dirt, debris and stains everywhere. Very unprofessional.

This store has the rudest people working. Even management. A friend of mine was told that the floor she ordered wouldn't look good in her condo when it arrived there. So she had then take it back. They kept her $3000 deposit for 6 months and finally returned a portion of it keeping $1090 for themselves to return it. She never signed anywhere that said there was a restocking fee. Which is 25%. Still not $1090. They basically stole money from her. And were terribly rude in the process. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

My experience with The Flooring Gallery is that they have been wonderful to work with. Positive experience with all of their staff I have encountered. However there has been one particular standout that has made this an exceptionally outstanding experience, and that is Lillian Beck. Lillian has shown she truly has a personal interest in this project and has done the most fabulous job of ensuring timely completion, as well as not just our satisfaction but that we are completely thrilled (which we are!). She has been an absolute delight to work with!

A wonderful experience from start to finish! Brandon was fantastic! He really listened to our wants and needs, and found the flooring that was perfect for us. The installers were wonderful as well. Extremely professional, courteous, and made it a point to keep us informed during every step of the process. This entire team went above and beyond. Our floors look beautiful and we could not be more pleased!

Excellent experience. We recently had all the carpet in our home replaced (approx 1200 sq ft worth). We had a difficult time finding the right color for our home, but Kay helped us pick out the right tone that we were looking for, sticking within our budget parameters. I was worried about the installation because you never know what to expect, but I was extremely impressed with the 2 man crew that installed our carpet. They were extremely professional and clean - and they did the entire job in one (long) day. We will use The Flooring Gallery again!

I would give The Flooring Gallery zero stars if it were possible. I cannot imagine a more horrible experience - it has been a nightmare. - We were told the carpet was one price, but charged another, substantially higher, price. - We were told one installation day, then the day before told our carpet was lost. - When they finally did come to install our carpet it had been measured incorrectly (by one of the store's employees) and did not fit. - When it was installed, it was not done correctly, and several areas could be picked completely off the subfloor. - We ended up with a horrible seam in a terrible spot because of the measuring issue. - The installers walked on my new carpet with muddy shoes on. - The customer service trying to deal with the issues was terrible - and we were only offered a $50 refund - I lost substantially more than that in the several times I had to leave work to try and have the install issues fixed. I truly am not one to complain, but I will not be back to The Flooring Gallery.

Shout out to Margaret at Flooring Gallery who goes Above And Beyond for her customers! She has been a tremendous help to us as we are getting ready to install new carpeting! She took extremely detailed measurements of our store, and guided us through the different qualities of each style, advised us on colors, and really seemed like she wanted to help us.

I am SO impressed with her level of dedication and skill! As a business owner, customers are our lifeblood, and taking care of them and giving them top notch service is paramount. Margaret embodies the best of the best in a consultant, and I truly hope her upper management knows and acknowledges her as such. Update: Brandon took over on behalf of Margaret, and he's a great guy to help, also! Unfortunately, Flooring Gallery prices came in significantly higher than the other stores (on same product) that I got bids on here in town. Their manager would not match the price from another store, so it was unfortunate I had to go elsewhere. However, the service Margaret and Brandon provided was excellent!

I had a really great experience at The Flooring Gallery after having a not so great experience at another local flooring company. As soon as I walked into the store, Margaret made me feel like she appreciated my business even though I had a small budget. I was really interested in a remnant for my space and with the upcoming sale, it worked out great. Cindy came to measure my space and was very quick and efficient.

Once the measurements were back at the store, Margaret helped me pick out beautiful remnants (of amazing quality) for both a bedroom and my basement stairs. The whole purchasing process, once they had my measurements, took less than 45 minutes. Installation was scheduled that day for a future date, and that went so well! The installer called when he was on his way and did an awesome job getting everything done the right way. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the product and the customer service experience that I had.

Just wanted to take yet another opportunity to thank you & Brian for such great service on my floor purchase and installation. The unbelievable attention you gave me in helping me through the selection process, budget restraints and scheduling my installation was very personalized. I felt like royalty. The customer service was beyond belief. I bet you wish you could clone my installers.

I did not know the installers name, but was very nice and careful! Sales experience was excellent too.

The Sales and install crew both did Excellent in all areas. I would pass The Flooring Gallery name along to others.

Professional and knowledgeable salesperson who was courteous and helpful. The installers were so polite and professional - a great job all around. I will tell others about The Flooring Gallery and will return to purchase again in the future.

The Flooring Gallery provided an overall excellent shopping experience. Salesperson had excellent knowledge of product and maintenance and was very courteous and helpful in assisting me. Installation of my new floor showed quality workmanship and timeliness in installation. I would recommend The Flooring Gallery to others and would personally purchase from them again.
