When selling a home, we were faced with the need for a new roof, mid transaction. Time was of the essence and after receiving a number of quotes, we chose SK for the job. The decision was based on the communication from the first inquiry to Bob's thorough estimate and follow up. All paperwork and permit applications were handled professionally and expeditiously.

The foreman called to schedule the job, in advance, and followed up with updates as we awaited the backlog of County permit approvals. Construction commenced immediately upon approval. Luan, the foreman, was perhaps the best communicator I have ever encountered in any home project, calling daily to keep us abreast of progress and pulling strings to assure that the job was complete in time for our closing. Joan and Fili executed the documents necessary for closing in record time and we walked away feeling like the entire team at SK worked tirelessly to accommodate our needs to the fullest.

They replaced our roof 6 years ago, and did an excellent job. Anytime we have had an issue or concenr with the roof they come out and inspect it and perform maintenance as needed. SK repaired my roof in 2018 due to a leak, 2 years later a new leak in the same spot has returned. I called SK to come out and they promptly set up some time to come take a look. It's out of warranty period, so I knew that I would be paying full price, which is fine. However, in the middle of July 2020, when South Florida is going through a pandemic and ICU beds are over capacity, their sales person Mark refused to wear a mask.

We have a high-risk person in the home, so I demanded that their sales person wear a mask or we could reschedule. Mark kept repeating that he doesn't have a mask, indicating he had no desire to get one and did not take me up on my offer to reschedule. I had to refuse entry and find another company. Highly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of care for their customers. Called the office to explain to them what happened, was told that they would look into it and didn't offer to reschedule or send someone else out.will not be calling SK again for service. I have updated my rating to 2 stars as I appreciate the SK team for responding to my post and committing to ensure the safety of its customers and employees.

This was my second time using SK QR services. I am very grateful to SK Quality Roofing company. Excellent customer service. Very serious company no games and very informative. I received excellent service and was informed of all the steps from the beginning of the inspection until the job was completed. Very professional. From the beginning Bob handled the paper work outstanding and arrived on time to the appointment which meant a lot to me.

As far as the project manager Mark he contacted me few days before starting the job to introduce himself and let me know when the job was going to start. He kept me informed from beginning to end and was also very professional. I really appreciate all the information provided thru the process. Quality job and excellent service. From the very first contact, I knew that SK Quality Roofing was the best company for the job! I did my due diligence and got another estimate for the job of replacing my roof, and compared the 2 estimates side by side. On the surface, SK's estimate was significantly higher (about $10k) than the other well-known local company. After actually reading and comparing the estimates, it was clear that SK's estimate was transparent and accurate, whereas the other well-known local company didn't include things like the skylight that needed to be replaced, a reasonable number of sheets of plywood to replace any damaged pieces, drip edge flashing, etc.

When I finished going over both estimates, SK's actually ended up about $1,000 less than the other company; however, in addition to the GREAT character of the "sales" man (there was no selling done), Mark Ronkko, that I dealt with, it was the integrity of laying it all out on the table and being transparent that was the deciding factor for me. Once it came time to start the job, I was BLOWN AWAY by the people and their process!

When they came to strip the roof, there were 13 people on my roof, working like a well-oiled machine! The roof was stripped and dried-in on the same day! When they left at about 6pm, there wasn't any debris on the ground outside my house. They came back the next day and added the 2nd layer of water barrier. Again, when they left, the ground was clean.

Even the guys (only 3 of them; however, WOW were they good) who delivered the new tiles and placed them on the roof were TERRIFIC! When the team (again, 13 guys) came to install the tiles, again, it was like a well-oiled machine! Everyone was nice, answered questions, and did a GREAT job! I can't say enough nice things about SK Quality Roofing. Our roof was damaged from Hurricane Irma and we had a major leak. I contacted Fili at SK Quality Roofing and from that point forward the process was seamless. He always reached out to me with every detail of the job and I was never stuck wondering when things would be completed. The reroofing process requires many steps from permitting to ordering and waiting for tiles to come in from the supplier but each step was explained in detail.

The crew was just as great! They showed up on time each and every occasion and always cleaned up after the days work. I would recommend SK Quality Roofing 1000 times over. Very professional!
