In the course of getting our house painted, the painters noticed splotches in the paint and other signs of damage to the roof. Gustafson Roofing had someone out within the day to assess and repair the damages done. We're happy with the results and as much as one can be happy about this sort of thing, we look forward to getting a new roof through Gustafson in the near future.

Gustafson Roofing ruined our home! They put different color trim on the same home, did shoddy carpentry work and will not honor their warranty. Mike Gustafson and Gustafson Industries and Gustafson Roofing have scammed us. Their employee comes by our home now screaming expletives- its all on video and very scary. The owner refuses to do anything about it! This company needs a visit by the BBB or some type of oversight.

Absolute disaster hiring Gustafson Roofing. They installed two different color trims on our home. They will not honor their warranty. Gustafson scammed us on our roof. Their employee shouts obscenities when he comes by our home. Gustafson is the worst company we have hired in 30 years! Our advice is pass on this company, there appears to be zero quality control and their word is worth garbage.

I hired Gustafson Roofing to replace my roof and extend it over my front walkway. They replaced my roof 24 years ago and I never had a problem with it. It was still holding up but I didn't want to press my luck. Even though they were not the lowest bid, they did quality work in the past and I felt if there were problems, they would fix the issues.and they did.
Any concerns I had, any texts or emails I sent were addressed immediately. I felt I got personal attention from everyone I spoke with. Issues with the permit arose after the fact. The problems were handled with honesty and professionalism. I never felt I was getting the run-around. Gustafson did a quality job on my roof and the extension! I'm glad I went with them!

Very happy with the new tile reroof by Gustafson. It took awhile because of rain delays, but that's Florida. Everyone was very professional - office management and work crews. They replied promptly on questions, good detail on invoicing and work crews were on time, quiet and thorough on clean-up. I am currently looking at Maintenance Services.

We had our home on the market to be sold but it needed a new roof. Gustafson installed it and it looked amazing. Even though the material was delayed; they continued to provide top notch service. When the home sold they transferred the warranty to the new owners. Through the closing process, we discovered that this is the second roof they have installed on this home. The roof lasted over 20 years. GREAT Company to work with.

They promised our new roof would be complete in March. It's now hurricane season and it's still not finished. Missing deadlines by a few weeks or even a month is one thing but this just outrageous. I gave up trying to call and get updates. I'm so frustrated with them and certainly would not recommend them

I recently had a few tiles repaired and my roof painted by Gustafson. The roof was initially replaced by Gustafson by the previous owners, so the roof just needed a refresh. The work was completed and the roof looks superb. I found the staff easy to reach and I was able to get quick responses to my questions. I will definitely be using them again for our roofing needs.

I used Gustafson three times for roof repairs. The first time they repaired a leak that two other roofers could not find. I was thrilled. They knew exactly where to look and fixed it right away. The second and third times it was much the same experience. They will not sell you a new roof if it is not necessary. Ryan Gustafson is amazing, he grew up in the business and knows exactly where to look to repair a leak.
The repair crew is great, clean, polite and efficient. Experience counts. Their prices are reasonable and they are extremely reliable. Estimates, contracts, billing and payments are all by the book. This is a professionally run business.

Gustafson's reputation is such that when I needed to have my roof checked/repaired/replaced to satisfy my insurance company, I automatically called them to do it. That was about 6 years ago and I haven't had to call them back since! The paint is still shiny bright white and the roof hasn't been a leak that I've detected. Two kinds of roofing were necessary: cement tile and tar-and-gravel. They handled both easily and economically. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

Gustafson Roofing did a fantastic job of estimating our roof replacement, setting a schedule & budget and sticking to them. While it was tough to find a matching roof tile to what we had and even longer to get them due to shortages, Gustafson kept us posted every step of the way. The installation was quick and neat. In addition, Yvon Grandbois went above and beyond expectations by taking the initiative to meet with our HOA to get their approval of the materials used. We will definitely use them again!

Gustafson Roofing - I will say three things, Dedicated, Excellent Service and Quality work. Gustafson Roofing did all my previous repairs in a timely matter and great quality of work. So when we decided to get a new roof I called them and even though I compared quotes, we decided for local company that have years of experience and the knowledge to do good quality work.
Everybody starting with Ryan Gustafson, including Andrew, Aaron, Frank, JB and the demolition / installation crews did a magnificent job. I had worked for almost 20 years in the construction business and I definitely recommend Gustafson Roofing!

I had two sections of my roof that needed to be replaced and they did an excellent job. I had another contractor before and I kept on getting leaks into the kitchen area. GUSTAFSON was able to locate the problem and to stop the leaks and did a very professional job. They came back a couple times to check on it and I was completely satisfied.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Gustafson who came out the same day I called to look at my roof. He was polite, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He didn't try to sell me on a new roof but was upfront and honest about the repair work and what it would cost. After consulting with Ryan and talking to a few other companies I decided to purchase a new roof from Gustafson Industries.
The price was more than fair and the work exceeded all my expectations. I am extremely happy with my new beautiful tile roof and it didn't break the bank. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend!

We had Gustafson Roofing put a new roof on our house in May. Their price was very fair. The were very professional all the way from Ryan the sales rep down to the guys tearing the roof off. They cleaned up the job site every day. Our roof was done withing a weeks time. We would definitely recommend Gustafson to anyone looking to install a new roof.

Terrible company. After spending $16,000 for a new roof, we find out that we can't pass the insurance inspection for hurricane protection. The company states - that would have been extra. It was never mentioned or explained to us. If it had I'm sure we would have spent the extra 15%. Now insurance will cost $1000 more per year. Their agent ever said they don't explain that when you sign the cotract. WHAT!
