Alex and the team went above and beyond what we expected. They were quick to answer and we were able to receive an appointment within a couple of days. They are true experts in their field. Got them to replace the ridge vents on my roof and they lasted 2 years. Both vents that were replaced are lifted and causing roof leaks. Inside you can see water damage lines up with ridge vents. This should have prolonged the life of my roof 10 years but actually made me have to replace my roof sooner and just cost me $40,000. Because of improper installation. The screws they used were to short. Don't use this company!

DO NOT HIRE THESE CON MEN!!! They tore off our roof, while boss spent all day shooting up HEROIN in his truck in front of our home, crew began incorrect install of tapered insulation roof, cashed our check, then the next day the crew foreman/supervisor running the job goes to jail for grand theft and heroin possession. When the partner/owner Jacin Carreiro came to see what had been done, he said, "it's just too much work to fix/redo" what his guys did, and he's better off to simply walk away from the project... AND WON'T give our money back!!

When asked how he could just leave us like this with our home wide open, Jacin smirks and says "jump in line and take me to court". He then walked off the job site and disappeared with the cash leaving us with rain pouring in our home and half of a roof... Our family with very young children is now dealing with black mold, our property trashed, damaged separate roof which they were not to touch, water pouring in during hurricane season, and looking for a new roofer to redo the project from scratch ... Jacin & Seabreeze Roofing is already facing multiple cases from customers he has screwed and he's proven to be an obvious conman who buys his google reviews. Yelp has done a better job of removing fake reviews and already pulled down more than 20 reviews from this business.

Seabreeze roofing company is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They communicated with me every step of the way. First David came out to assess the leak we were having. He took pictures of where the leak was and we received a reasonable estimate for the work that needed to be done. Today Mike and Brandon came out to do the repair work and did a perfect job.

They take pictures every step of the way to document the work they’re doing and to show you (the customer) exactly what the damage was and how they repaired it. In our case, the wood had rotted in an area near the eave. Mike cut out the damaged wood (and then some) and added a few new trusses to attach the new plywood to. He then sealed everything up and put the tiles back on.

A truly professional job that took only a few hours ! I would not hesitate to use them again and I don’t think anyone who chooses them would be disappointed!! Thanks guys for such a smooth transaction and a positive experience! You guys are the best!!!

Quick response, repair time, and a reasonable price! Elvis gave us an estimate on a Wednesday after a heavy rainstorm and Mike was out the following Monday - ahead of the estimated repair schedule! Mike was great - quickly located the leak and fixed the issue. Mike thoroughly explained what had happened and why the roof leaked so we weren't left guessing why we had a leak.

He also took photos of the leak spot, step-by-step photos of his repair, and the final repair. The work also included repairing some cracked roof tiles and took photos of each cracked tile before and after repair. Altogether, Mike was at our property for less than 90 minutes. Stuck to the price quote prepared by Elvis. SeaBreeze guarantees their work for one year after the repair which provides that extra peace of mind. Highly recommend Mike and the SeaBreeze roofing crew!

I just had my roof replaced and would absolute recommend SeaBreeze roofing. Jacin and team were very responsive to all calls and emails - starting from initial contact for an estimate through to job completion. Very disappointed - after performing an inspection of our roof, we were told the company could not provide us an estimate due to high demand for its services. This was very puzzling since a representative was sent relatively quickly after contact and quite a bit of time was spent on the inspection. Why bother if there is little availability? We were clear that there was no current leak but were areas of concern for potential leaks.

The only reason we are not leaving one star is the person answering the phone as well as the person who performed the inspection were very professional, but obviously, we cannot recommend this company.

Secondly with scheduling....staying on schedule, installation and final cleanup. It was a very seamless process. We needed relief from high electric bills due to the accumulation of high heat under the roof. We had the good fortune to learn about SeaBreeze Roofing and had them install vents on the roof a few months ago and our flat roof coated with Tropical Silicone Coating.
