I had 3 flat roofs redone & my main house with barrel.tile. The barrel tile started releaking in the same place that they were to focus on fixing. So apparently, it was Never properly fixed the first time when the Entire roof was replaced. I noticed the leak in the same place in my bathroom almost a year later & they repaired that with some prompting from me to remove the entire piece of plywood & replace it with new, then the black sheet that goes over it & beyond that area, then replace the tile.

So the leak was actually repaired this time. I stayed home & watched them to be sure it was done right. I'm sure they just Loved that.too bad for them that I had to go to those lengths to get my home fixed! Since I could see they were not doing it, as I was told by a friend how to fix it properly. There are no more problems there. I had some issues with part of my flat roof covering my lanai a few years after the install.

I called & then visited the office after no response from my phone call. I just got a we'll call you response & felt pushed out of the office with a promise they would visit & contact me. No call returned & I recalled to ask them again to come see the inferior work. Later a quote that was not even discounted arrived via email. The overall job was an installation of my 3flat roofs & especially in the lanai, so you can see the job was substandard & I would Never suggest you give them your business.

Save yourself some huge headaches & go with another company. I'd give a -1star if it was offered for all my time, aggravation and their total lack of customer service & support. I hope this saves someone the headaches.

So.pleased and happy with my new roof. Excellent job, done in a timing manner, workers prompt and courteous, cleaned up and even did finishing touches. So impressed. Big thank you to Tammy, Jon, Josh and Jim.

They charge me for repair/replace damaged roof tile but did not do job. They left some tiles just stay on roof and do not glue it. Also take off paper from flat part of roof and made it leak. Very bad job. High not recommended.

Called them about a leaking roof right after hurricane Irma. Their diagnosis was that the skylight was cracked and needed to be replaced. Told them that it is most likely not the skylight because we had the skylight sealed by someone not too long ago. Anyways, they replaced the skylight. Once it rained again, we realized it was still leaking, except this time it was worse than ever.

They came over one more time and said that it was a separate leak. How can it be a separate leak if they worked on it few weeks before that? Did they not do full repairs or did they misdiagnose the issue? Or is it possible that a completely new leak appeared 2 weeks after they did the initial repairs? Still charged me a minimum charge for the second repair and had to pay for the skylight, which was not part of the original quote. Gave me a 10% discount of the entire amount(first and second repair, including the skylight).

.We have worked with the staff of Caldwell Roofing on several projects, both major and minor in size, and are always greatly appreciative of their willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Caldwell Roofing makes every effort to remove any potential inconvenience while performing their work, which is not always easy at a facility such as ours.

We had a new roof installed. It was completed a week or so ago. It is so beautiful. The roof now has so improved our modest home to look not modest any longer. The crews were professional and worked so hard just a week after the storm! Thank you so much!

Caldwell did an excellent job on my roof and chimney repairs, and installed two impact skylights without any problems. Glad I went with this Company.

Caldwell did an excellent job. They did everything from start to finish. They even cleaned up my yard and driveway with a magnet to make sure there were no nails left behind!

Dear Jon: I want you to know how pleased I am with the quality of work that was done when your company installed by new roof several years ago. The last two hurricane seasons were quite a test. In 2004 I sustained no damage at all. In 2005 aside from small damaged caused by flying debris, I did not lose on tile!

Dear Caldwell Team: Yesterday, your firm completed the installation of our new tile roof. I wanted to share some thoughts on this experience. After receiving quotes and sales pitches from several roofing companies my wife and I visited Caldwell Roofing. Your staff was the most professional we had encountered.

Decided to change our roof this spring before the rainy season. Went with Caldwell and could not be happier. The work was done in 2 weeks with no delays. The workers would arrive in our home 7:30am sharp and be done by 4:30pm.
