Rainbow Gutters

Saw the horrible reviews, but thought I'd give John Seagram a try. I made a huge mistake! Gutters installed incorrectly and John won't answer my calls or emails. Please listen to all these reviews and don't do business here!

Rainbow gutters is a very irresponsible company. I had 3 appointments for an estimate and they no-showed all 3 appts. They did not even have the audacity to call. I could not image their reliability to show up to actually do the work. I would not recommend this company due to no respect of your time. LOTS OF OTHER GUTTER COMPANIES. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!

Look at all the 1-Star reviews. Proof the company is VERY irresponsible. What they do not know, we are building a large condo complex that would have been a GREAT job for them. But they cannot even come to my home for an estimate. Bad Karma.

NO STARS. If you want to throw your money in the 'gutter' then waste your money by hiring this company. They installed my gutters and created a bigger problem than I ever imagined. I've called them more than 20 times to ask for them to reconfigure the gutters since they were flooding my windows and caused a flood inside my bedroom. When I did reach a 'real' person, they told me they were over booked and would get back to me. Meanwhile, the flooding continued for a few days during a week long storm.

No one called back. I had a contractor come out who told me that the constant flooding weakened my foundation. I now have cracks that will cost me $4,000 to repair. This company does not respond to calls or emails. Don't throw your money in the 'gutter.' Find your rainbow somewhere else. MINUS TEN ZERO STARS!

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible installation crew who was too busy enjoying being high than doing quality work. We contacted the company to come back out to fix the gutters that are not performing at all, in fact they are worse then the old gutters that were there in the first place. They have yet to respond after multiple attempts. DO NOT USE THEM

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value These people at Rainbow gutters are terrible! I phoned three times. Each time, the receptionist promised to have someone return my call. It never happened. Very unprofessional.

Don't even think about considering g this company! The receptionist is a smart ass. When an appointment t is made at 9:00am that means 9:00am. I advised the person who made my appointment that I needed to head out to an appointment at 9:45. I called at 9:30am asking when Is the estimator coming and she said 9:45 STAY FAR AWAY RROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE SO BORED AND DESPERATE.

Never use Rainbow Gutters for your service I used them to put gutters on my house several years ago and recently had some trouble with a couple of areas that I just needed some work on. I have been reaching out to them for almost 4 months and they tell me they're going to schedule an appointment. They don't answer the phone. You have to do everything by way of email.

And they promised that they will schedule a date by a certain time and they never call back and they never schedule a date. And I have been trying for 4 months!. So don't ever use them and don't ever expect good service. There are hundreds of gutter companies in South Florida so one does not have to use one that's so totally incompetent.

DON'T, DON'T, DON'T. So I used them last year to install the sides and rear of my house. As I was still remodeling, I left the front to be completed at a later date. The estimator shows up this week, gives me a quote and I agree on the price. Later that day, I get an email from Karla, indicating they're declining to do the job because I have a small flat roof on the front.

I have a flat roof in the back that's double the size! Her reason, "I am sorry at times we have to exercise our right to decline work." So now I have to find someone who can match the rest of the house - great working with you!

Wow! Just awesome all the way around. Had about 90ft and 4 down spouts done and it looks fantastic. The guy did the job in about 5 hours. After they left there was one part I asked if they could adjust and they came right back out and did it. From the lady on the phones to the installer. All super nice and first class.

I was going to leave zero stars because I left a voicemail on Monday and it is now Thursday and they haven't even returned my call. If this is any indication of the customer service, i'd be reluctant to use this company.

Here is my experience with this very bad company. I want to install a gutter on one side of my house. A salesman comes over writes me a quotation for $450 and he says it will be approximately 2 weeks for them to install. I'm okay with this. It's the rainy season here in Florida and they're all extremely busy. After waiting 10 days and we're approaching 2 weeks I send them an email asking them if they have an installation date scheduled.

No response from my email. I called them 3 times and they never answer the phone it always goes to voicemail. After two more emails finally a woman named Karla replies that they are "backed up" and she will have "scheduling " call me. They never called she was full of malarkey. Finally I call on day 17 and get someone named FRANK on the phone who tells me that they don't have any men qualified to install the gutter and that he's not going to do the job.

They wasted over 21/2 weeks of my time (he could care less).no apologies from him. When I asked him why they made a promise that they knew they couldn't keep he blames it on the salesperson that they sent to my house that the salesperson was new. This is one of those companies where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Good luck doing business with these idiots. You have been forewarned! The only reason they get 1 Star is because you have to give them something in order to be able to write a review. This person Frank is also very arrogant. I always treated my customers like gold because without them I would be nothing. These people treated me like garbage they make money in spite of themselves.

They won't be around much longer if they continue to avoid emails and phone calls I'm pretty sure they will be out of business pretty soon the way they operate. If you were smart you would stay away from this company and pay someone else more who cares about their customers.

My gutters all had to be reinstalled because the idiots didn't tilt them towards the down spouts. Called and called and no response.

They canceled the first appointment and rescheduled. THEN did NOT show up for the rescheduled appointment and would not return phone calls! I wouldn't go near these guys!

I've left 3 messages over a 3 week period and never received a phone call back. Their voice mail lets you know they are extremely busy and it may take a couple of days to return your call. So i don't know how good they are but I can tell you that they are not reliable.

I hired Rainbow Gutters just in time. I'd been wanting to replace my gutters as they were old and falling apart in several places. The damaged areas were destroying any landscaping that I was trying to plant by my house. I called Rainbow Gutters and they got me an estimate within the week. They were out to replace my gutters the day after I approved the estimate. I'm very happy with my new gutters, they work great. They are very sturdy. My new landscaping isn't being whipped out by the rains.

We used this company to install new gutters over a year ago. We needed a downspout moved so we called and left several voicemails-unanswered. We tried email and got a response that they could come out a month from now. We needed it sooner so we let them know we had to use another company. They called and the woman was horribly rude and could "care less" if we had been a previous client. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. Received an apology call right after I posted so I will revise my one star to three.

This company has gone down hill. I was informed after referring them to my neighbor that unless they could stand on my roof they couldn't put on there gutter from their roof. Better to risk damage to my roof then pay any of their profits to insurance for roof work. The lady answering the phones was condescending and rude. The way a lot of south Florida companies have gotten that deal with Windows Roll downs and gutters.

I was chastised for not being courteous enough on the phone. The installer estimator was also not friendly. I told the lady that I didn't appreciate her attitude after I had been the one to refer my neighbor and that I would make sure to pass the word. She then called my neighbor back to complain about ME. Now I'm missing high school. I see a reply has been posted by the company.

Please note I have a 1 story house and neighbor is only 2 story. How do roofs get put on in 2 stories that don't have adjoining neighbors? It on high rises? Several other companies I contacted had proper roof worker insurance coverage and had no problem with job and agreed with me about liability working from my roof. Nothing in rainbow roof reply answers how DANGEROUS 2 story roofs all over town get installed.

Most professional team and excellent service. You can always trust them with your gutters.

I needed a gutters repairs done and I searched online for a company to do the job. Your website made me feel comfortable that you could do the job needed.

Excellent services. They are very professional and they have affordable prices. I recommend them!

I called their company at the end of March and immediately signed a contract to have seamless gutters installed on one of my projects. I am still waiting (June 8th) for my gutters to be installed and when I call, Frank always says that he'll check with the production manager and promises to call me back by the end of the day.
