Five stars are not enough. These guys at My Window & Door Solutions are amazing. We ordered several windows and a bi-folding door for our remodeling project. They are absolutely (1) responsible and (2) perform accurate, clean, fast installations. While we were deciding on the size, material, and the type of windows, they were (3) patient, professional and accomodating towards our requests and questions. I would not doubt working with them in the future for a second. Lastly, all of the team members I dealt with from their team were (4) polite and friendly.

I purchased a door and screen from this company. Right from the 1st visit to the store to completion of the project, we had an excellent experience! Office person "Nina" helped us very well, showed us all the options, material and sent multiple quotes as needed, through the process. The manager - "My" is also very helpful. I ended up going with my own contractor for installation because some other work was in progress already.
But their contractor can also install who would come by, measure and check everything before the order. We ended up getting a screen which would not fit very well, so Ms. My agreed to take it back without any hassle and accommodated us to buy a different one of our choice. I would highly recommend them for their service, courtesy, professionalism. Thank you.

Thank you My Window & Door solutions for taking a great care of my recent order and installation of the windows and doors for my Cupertino home. We bought Milgard windows and doors through them, and the price was quite reasonable. They did a really good job in explaining the products, pricing and what to expect. The installation team they sent out to do the job was very good and very responsive, and the job was done on time. I'm currently building a house and doing business with My. It was my pleasure of doing business with, as far as suggestion from My to the new and the best windows and doors as far as prices goes. What a great crew here. Customer service is beyond excellent. Everybody is super friendly, knows what they're doing and best PRICES in Bay area. There's no need to price haggle here. They do the best they can to get what you need and even on the things that they carry. I have been a repeat customer here and happy with them every time. They even have a delivery service here if you cant pick up. I Highly recommend this place. There's no need to go anywhere else. Hope they stay around forever.
