Integrity Windows & Doors

We are in the beginning process of searching for windows for our entire house. We are new to this and don't know much. We came in on a Saturday morning and a very knowledgeable gentleman helped us. He was very informative and patient and answered all our questions. Because a lot of our project is new construction and we have the framer installing windows, we won't be buying from here (they install themselves) BUT any time I have to replace a window or have to refer someone to a window company I will refer them to this place. I couldn't believe how helpful this guy was even after he knew we wouldn't be getting our business. Thank you so much, we really appreciate all your help and tips.

Second time we did business with Integrity. They found that previous doors and windows were not installed properly and corrected the problem with a reasonable charge. Workers had to do some custom cutting for upper trim piece due to slight height difference. Could have done it quick and dirty, but took some extra time do make it look seamless and professional. Really appreciate their attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Won't work with you without a 5 window minimum, but it doesn't seem to list that anywhere on the website. Don't waste your time.

We chose Integrity Windows & Doors to replace two windows (a picture window and smaller window) and an entry door. Because of house settling our old door would not open, and so they had to replace the framing around the door and windows as well. We were extremely pleased with the entire process, and our new windows and doors look great!

You won't regret using this company. The customer service is responsive and helpful. The installers are highly skilled and really nice. I got all new windows and 2 new doors. I had a couple glitches, contacted Lana and Ragina and they resolved issues quickly. Quality and back their products.

They replaced my ill fitted bay window. A window that was installed incorrectly 20 years ago and was crooked and leaked. There were a lot of complicated structural issues that came up, but they wanted to make sure I got what I wanted even to the extent that they had to absorb the extra costs! I did not expect this, but they wanted to make sure I was happy with the result. A company with integrity!

We were looking to get a garden window replaced that was over 20 years old. Come to find out the old window had never been installed properly and the correct flashing was never put on. Integrity had us with a new window in a couple months for a very fair price and did an amazing job to match the existing window. It looks better now than it did before and as much more energy efficient. We can't say enough good stuff and would order windows in the future from them.

I haven't purchased doors from here, as we want to do a self-install, but I want to acknowledge the service they provided when I visited their showroom. Ragina was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining different door options. She let me know the company only sells doors with install service, which I told her we likely wouldn't need. She then still took the time to show me doors, considerations to factor in and even provide a referral to a local manufacturer for direct purchase.

Integrity windows redid all the windows in our basement. They came out and measured, help us pick the windows we wanted to order and gave us a quote. They ordered the windows for us and scheduled to come out, they actually ended up coming out early! They called us because they finished another job early and wanted to see if we wanted them to come install our windows a couple days early since the rain storms were coming in! They were quick and did a great job installing our windows!

Albert and his team did our windows and doors in 2016. Like every California home, the homes shift and opening our door wasn't as smooth as it used to be. We called Albert and he came to help us re-adjust our door to get it back to new. He was super speedy and we're thankful he came by even for a small job. Thanks Albert again!

Integrity Windows was a fantastic company to work with. Super responsive and works with their customer to stay in contact and up to date on the project. The worker's are fantastic, Pedro came out to my house and was a 1 man crew that did everything from demo to framing, insulation, installation of the window and re-did all the stucco to match! High quality that's well worth the cost! I will definitely be back to work with them again!

Our old patio door was giving us problems, and needed to be replaced. The first place I always look is Yelp. I'm very particular who I would consider to do work on my home, and the reviews I read of Integrity were just what I was looking for. We drove over to their showroom to see what is new in doors, and after they showed us all the options available, we ordered a Milgard patio door for our replacement.

On the day of the installation, the crew put up a plastic barrier to protect the furniture in the room where the old door was removed and the new one installed. They did a perfect job on the stucco blending outside as well as installing new molding trim inside. They cleaned up everything when the work was completed. The job was finished to perfection, and I am so glad I found this company on Yelp.

Came and did my patio door was very reasonable on time communicated well did a fantastic job. Such a good job I recommended to my neighbor they had it done also. Would highly recommend this company it's in there name.

My 88 year old mother needed a new slider as she could not open her current one. I acted as her subcontractor and read all the Yelp reviews and went with Integrity Windows. Fast quote process and reasonable pricing. COVID-19 supply chain issues has impacted everyone but Integrity kept me updated on status of parts and new install dates. They got door installed in a day as promised and my mother loves it. They did a great job and I didn't have to do more than just be there.

I can't recommend Integrity Windows and Doors enough. We had a new front door installed and it looks amazing. All of the neighbors are commenting. From Ragina who helped pick the door out and schedule the installation, to Albert and his son, we could not have been happier. They are a fantastic business!

Last year I had Integrity Windows and Doors replace my front door and garden window in my kitchen. I liked their work so much I had them replace all the windows in my house this past month. Their office is a pleasure to work with. Lana, the owner came to my house to prepare the quote for the windows. She had several really good suggestions. The installation for the door and all the windows (last year and this year) was professional.

The workmen were respectful of my property. I have had a lot of various home improvement projects on my house this past year and the guys from Integrity clean up the best. Nicholas, the crew leader is a true artist. He is really invested in doing a good job and in ensuring that the windows and installation will hold up for many years.

They replaced my old vinyl windows and re-stucco on the outside. On the exterior work, they did a pretty good job. However, I was very disappointed on the interiorTrim work. I had them install fluted trim and they damaged it. The plinth blocks are not level and you can see they're out of alignment. They never prepped the plinth blocks as there's lots of putty all around them.

The fluted trim is also banged up and damaged in some areas. Absolutely would never use them again to deal with any type of interior trim work. I'm now seeing staining and dripping from the top of the vinyl window trim as well as on the bottom of the window. Not sure what it is and if it could be from the glue they used or a defect in the window. Maybe this review will get them to come out.

Excellent Job. Installed 7 windows, sliding door, and changed a sliding door to a stucco wall with large window (which came out amazing) Well done, our unit is the best in the complex now! :)

I cannot say enough good things about Integrity Windows. Terry was extremely responsive and professional. We had a sizable project to replace over 23 large windows in our house. Not only did this vendor perform timely installation, but the stucco work was superb as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Integrity Windows.

I was looking for heat resistant windows and my contractor recommended Integrity Windows. He recently installed the Integrity heat resistant windows and told me that the homeowner loves them. I called Integrity and left a message. Regina from Integrity called back within 5 minutes and gave me valuable information about windows which block out heat.

Great experience from sales visit to clean-up. Work quality is excellent and very professional. For example, blocked rest of room with plastic/drop-cloths. Good service. Had a small snafu on the glass tint in one room. They fixed it for free even though I was willing to pay. Came back promptly to finish job when a product issue delayed a window install. Timeframes are stretched because of Covid-related manufacturing issues. Good e-mail communication with office to schedule etc. Would highly recommend Integrity.

This has been one of my best experiences with any type of home improvement project. We had integrity replace over 20 windows at our home. From the very moment of initial consultation through the measuring and installing phase Integrity stood up to it's name. Terry who did our initial consultation did an awesome job explaining the process and making suggestions in terms of the type of windows we could choose. Measuring was done by the owner himself and did a great job getting the perfect sizes.

I was super impressed bye install crew as well, they worked like clock work and very professional and organized. The whole install was complete in 2 days. I would highly recommend them for any kind of window projects.

Needed 6 windows for my wife's art studio I am building, called 3 window shops in my area, 2 did not return my call, and one tried to talk me out of the Milgard windows I wanted. Called Integrity Windows and Doors, Lana Correia was responsive, professional, and gave me a better price than the one shop that would give me a price on the windows I wanted. Lana came out for the estimate and she had a mask on (plus in my book) with all the materials with her to help me understand the products they carry. They're family owned and has the same crew for 11 years which means they care a lot about what they do!

We have used Integrity Window & Doors twice now for both windows and doors in our home. We have been extremely happy with their products, professionalism and incredibly knowledgeable and experienced staff. We can't say enough about how efficient and truly skilled Integrity's employees are. It is important to note they do not use 3rd party installers. Integrity uses their own skilled staff! Very nice people and very professional. The installer was very good and does extremely high-quality work. The installer, Jose, was also very friendly and courteous and communicated very well. Every part of the process was top-notch.

We recently had 18 windows replaced in our home in a historic district in Sunnyvale. They were all done new construction. Integrity did a great job. We were very impressed by the crew that came out to work. They were professional, punctual, clean, and paid excellent attention to detail in doing the window trim to match the historic nature of the house.

At first we thought the quote for labour was extremely high but once we experienced how much actual work it was to replace the windows as well as the craftsmanship involved, the labour cost seemed very reasonable. We also found the administrative team at the office to be very responsive. We would definitely recommend working with Integrity.

I contacted them through yelp for a quote for some glass replacement. They responded right away that it wasn't a service that they offered but they suggested another place of business that is working out great. I just want to say thanks for the quick and accurate customer service even though we didn't use them.

Highly recommend. My windows and trim (some custom work) are beautiful. Installer Pedro was great. Everyone I worked with in the company was very friendly and professional. It took me several years of searching for the right company to install my windows, but I finally found them! And on top of it all, Pedro was able to put back all my original blinds, saving me a lot of inconvenience and money.

They did a professional job replacing every window and door in our home in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them.

Installed double pane windows in my condo, 11 in all 2 large sliders. Work was done promptly and ahead of schedule workers were professional and very friendly. There were some scratches around the trim on the larger windows that needed to be dealt with integrity had people out here within a few days and fixed those satisfactorily.

Not only WOULD I recommend them to a friend, I have! Several people have asked who I used to update the windows on my house because they look great. I am always happy to share Integrity with them!

This company is fantastic. From start to finish they are informative and professional. My new sliding glass door looks amazing and the installation crew were great. When I am ready to replace the rest of my windows I definitely will be using Integrity Windows and Doors.

All expectations that count were met or exceeded. the installation details around the door ended up handsome and functioned properly. They are now our door people.
