I called them today at around 7:30pm and the tech text me be would be here at 9:00pm on SATURDAY! Great work and good prices. Really appreciate the service and politeness of the tech. Safe to day we went to sleep comfortable in this Miami heat.

The ac at my elderly mothers stopped working. I called them at 9am and by 9:30 David was at my moms condo. He explained everything thoroughly and even told us what to expect in the future due to our older system. David was very professional and courteous, but more importantly he was very polite. I will definitely call them back in the future with any ac concerns. Thanks again David.

My AC started working poorly a few months ago, but with the change in weather it wasn't very noticeable, unless we had company. I called the company and was helped from A to Z by Chris. He is very professional, took time to explain everything to me, and was incredibly helpful overall. I ended up needing to get my AC recharged, and opted to go with a sealant to prevent freon leaks. I was explained all of the options and given prices for all, and I could not be happier. My AC works much better now, and it's only been an hour. Thank you!

The company made me wait for 4 hours. They never showed up. They called to inform me there was a $49.95 charge just to determine the repair. I agreed but they still never showed up. Don't use this company!

They did a great job. The technicians name was Johnny. He was very polite, very efficient, did his job and left. He had all tools and parts ready. We are very pleased. Cool Air U.S.A. Is the place we are gonna call from now on!

Easy to communicate with them and as for the quality, really good. Not really my first time hiring an AC service but so far Cool Air is much better than the last one I had.

I am quite impressed with the prompt technician who did the repairs in one of our ACs at home. He was very friendly and even cared to explain his work. I like that kind of people who take pride with their work.

The AC in my aunt's home was down so we called to this company which was available around that time. They sent a technician over and he was on time. He was also hardworking and very knowledgeable. He even cared to explain the problem while he was fixing the AC.

These guys saved me, I had never had a problem with my air conditioning before and really didn't have any idea what to do when it stopped working. I called a friend who recommend this company to me, and within a couple of hours they had a technician show up who fixed the problem very quickly and was super communicative and professional. I thought the experience was going to be a disaster, and in the end I felt really good about the whole thing. I really appreciate Kevin's work, and I highly recommend this AC company.

To start i called this place at around 3 and no body answered the phone i was already suspicious, but i said whatever maybe they were busy, i got a call back from them at around 4 the guy on the phone was questioning me as asking how did i get this number after i told him i google it he replied "really on google", moving on i went ahead and scheduled the appointment the guy on the phone said he would be at my house within and hour, then he said don't call the number on google, he gave me a 786 number and said call that (sketchyyyyyy). moving on he did not show up or call then i decided after 2 hours of waiting to try to call him and of course no answer so i keep trying now i feel like something is wrong here so i try to call both the number on google and the number he gave me i probably called 15 times and got no answer or call back this is by far the worse company ever i am 9 months pregnant and have no air. if this is how you treat you "customers" you are in the wrong industry i will make sure the world knows what kind of scam you are pulling on people BE WARE OF THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED.
