January 11, 2022 was the date of the tenting. Prior to this, I got 2 estimates, and Command Pest Control was almost $400 less than another company. I asked the other company what was different for their charge, and they told me nothing. My home has 2 full refrigerators and freezers and quite a large pantry. Sharon was wonderful in helping answer my questions, arrange for the supplies, and guiding me through the process. The job was done on time, and I was able to return to my home earlier than expected. At this point, I would recommend Command Pest Control.

Command Pest Control termite tenting is 30% cheaper than the ones that you know of. They were professional they were friendly they went out of their way to please me and accommodate my special requests like the fence that the other companies told me I would have to remove myself and my hedges and everything else they were just above and beyond. Gregg was my sales rep and he was there every step of the way not just a sales man he was there when they put the tent on when they took the tent off. every step of the way he was there.

He was cheerful he was friendly he was appropriate. I cannot say enough about what a great experience I had even though tenting your house for termites is a total pain - ugh- like a mini move! So it really helps that this company did not break the bank and also bent over backwards to make everything goes smoothly as possible.

We had our house tented and we have also moved our general pest control to a yearly subscription with Command Pest Control. Of all the pest control services I've been through, Command has been the most responsive and helpful. They were booked out a few months when I had called, but the price was competitive and they had already done several houses in our neighborhood. It was worth the wait! They were very professional and clear about what needed to be done to prepare. The workers were very efficient and got us back in our house quickly.

Great experience with Command Pest Control for tenting and fumigation. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, arrived timely to do the work with both the tenting and the clearing of the house at the end. Reasonable prices and offered a guarantee/yearly inspection. Hopefully we won't need to ever tent again, but if we do, we will be back. Liked them so much decided to move my regular pest control there as well.

I was recommended to Command Pest Control by a friend when I found out that I had termites in my house. They are an amazing company with great staff. Dealt mostly with Sharon and Gregg and they made whole tenting process as easy they could. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, from the scheduling, payment and actual service to treat my house and that is why I highly recommend them.

When I started seeing bugs in my condo, I called Command. They came out the next day and did a thorough inspection of the entire unit. I though I'd been doing a decent job spraying, but I was doing nothing compared to what was done by the technician from Command. We called Command Pest Control when our house was needing tent fumigation and got a great quote so we went ahead. They were very knowledgeable, and very helpful with the entire process to minimize our time out of the house (2 days). We went out of town while they tented the house and returned after they had removed all the tenting and had cleared the house. Everything was as expected and we were very happy with the service. We use this company for total pest control, and have been using them for the last three years. The service is quite satisfactory. However, getting a hold of Managerial staff is often tricky. Also, communication is not always optimum. They take care of my lawn, plants, interior of screened patio, and annual bug control throughout the interior of our home. I would recommend this co. To my friends with the caveat, that no one or thing, is really ever exactly what they promise

I can't speak highly enough of Command Pest Control. We are a year new to Florida, bought a house and have had the standard issues with pests: ants, termites, grass worms, the like. We've always had excellent customer service from Command Pest Control. From Dave the owner, to Mary and Misty at the office, to the techs Christian, Mark, Juan, Steve, Wesley. ALL ARE EXCELLENT at what they do.

I had a rodent come to visit our home. Called Command Pest and Chris and another person came out to set traps. While there CHRIS found a space that was open where the rodent could come into my closet! He suggested I gave someone come in to patch the space. This company got my tenting complete in time for my move in date despite terrible weather and me being an admittedly difficult customer due to the pressure of moving on a time frame. They were courteous and. responsive, even contacting me after business hours when I was concerned about my tenting time frame. I highly recommend them!

I used to do property management work and Command Pest Control was the only company I relied on for everything from spot treatment of roaches to tenting a whole building. We even had a weird thing with a building that had hollow styrofoam columns in front and every year some kind of birds would come and poke holes in the foam and make nests. inside.

I saw a how other companies work when a landlord would insist on using their regular company. Then I'd introduce Dave to them and they'd see how Command works, how clean and effective they are and how they stand behind their work. Their people are polite and respectful. Their prices are always competitive and I avoided a lot of headaches by handing situations over to them.

Five stars, really, for some reason Yelp won't let me click the stars for some reason. Everyone they've ever sent ( we have a lot of rental property and I'm on the board of my HOA, and in south Florida we have way too many rodents ) has been friendly, efficient and easy to communicate with. The stuff they use is effective so there are few call-backs, they keep the rodent traps full because they aren't much good if the service provider doesn't keep them full of whatever is inside them. Dave the owner comes out himself to look at a problem if it's something out of the ordinary and we've encountered some odd problems. They're very reasonably priced. And I'm a real customer, not somebody's uncle that they asked to do this post. So call them already.

Fantastic service. They sent out Steven to check out our carpenter ant problem. He was thorough, and also found that we have a duct work/mold situation going on. Thanks to Command & their tech Steven our bugs are presumably dead and we're avoiding a bigger problem. Highly recommended.

After relocating to a townhouse, I was experiencing a problem with rats in the attic. Command had been the vendor at a previous condo and I contacted them. The problem was being caused by carelessness in an adjacent unit, but Command stuck with it until it was resolved.

Command Pest Control is consistently the consummate professional company. As a Realtor I have worked with many companies over the years and Command is the company that I chose to protect my property.

I have been a customer of Command Pest Control since Oct/2002. I owned a 6 unit apartment building and made a monthly spraying of the units mandatory in my tenant leases. Over the 15 years of service, their representatives were very professional and always showed up at their scheduled times.

Command came out and inspected an investment property of mine within 24 hours of calling initially as I had to get the inspection before heading back to New York. Quality customer service is key and they held their end of the bargain! My property was tented at a very reasonable price and there were no set backs whatsoever. I will most definitely be using Command's services for all of my investment properties moving forward!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Appointments are not convenient for customers. It's a time frame, like your sitting home for hours, waiting. The office staff is yet to be desired. It seemed that after being a customer for a long time, I got spoken to not very meanly. Four reviews, one star. Hmmmm.not so good. There are other local businesses in this category. We have choices, so don't choose this one. The price was reasonable, just about the only plus.

Never have I had to pay upfront for a service that was not completed. Unfortunately I was under the gun to get the house tented for closing in 4 days. If I did not have this I would cancel with this aweful company with aweful customer service. They ask for a 25% upfront fee (securing your spot) and full payment day of tenting. I can understand 1/2 payment to cover the cost of chemicals but full payment upfront with a unclear report is Unheard of. I will never use this company again or will recommend to anyone.
