Goody was excellent in communicating, clarifying, and following up with us throughout the termite extermination experience. I am very impressed by the level of service we have received from Petri Pest Control. We were dealing with un unwelcome rodent that moved into our attic during our home renovation. Mickey was our technician and he was extremely pleasant to work with. He came several times to check traps and got rid our our unwelcome attic guest. He sealed up two points of entry on our roof, to make sure no more come to visit.

He was always on time and was very willing to answer my 257164 questions about general pest control and advice. I would LOOK NO FURTHER if you have any sort of pest issues you are dealing with. Additionally, we signed up for monthly pest control services, and Elli is our technician. He is also very pleasant to work with and was extremely thorough in his initial application on the inside and outside of the house.

He has come back a few times to do the outside of the house and I am very happy so far. I have hired other companies in the past, and neither of them have been as detailed. I haven't had any issues and am so pleased that I found these guys! Thank you for all you have done to help me!

Mr. Charles does such a phenomenal job with our apartment! He is always professional and you can tell he loves his occupation. When we first moved in here there was several bugs. But ever since he started treating our apartment we've seen ZERO! Service: Cockroach extermination

I don't usually leave reviews but whenever I receive outstanding service from start to finish, I feel the obligation to let everyone know! From the start Kayla was very professional and helpful with giving me information and pricing on what I may or may not need. She wasn't pushy to get a service guy out to inspect my property. When I did decide to set my inspection and service call Alonzo was prompt, had on his uniform and work ID so I could easily identify who was coming into my home.

The shoes covering was a major plus since I have carpet upstairs and I didn't want someone walking on it with their work shoes. He Serviced my property and I've seen a major improvement within days! I would highly recommend this company to anyone for the services that they provide. This is my 2nd property they have treated for me and both went really well. Big thumbs up

I have continued to be extremely dissatisfied w/ the service I've gotten from Petri over the last couple of years. Lawn continues to look like crap & I always get excuses as well. Yesterday they sent the very person I requested them not to send to my house. GOOD GRIEF.really that was fun. Ants cont. to be a problem, they NEVER get the spiders or spider webs around the house even though they notate in their paperwork that they do. They've had a lot of turn over in service people since I've been w/ them. Time to change companies!

I have had the pleasure of being a client of Petrie for almost 30 years. During that time I have never even had one thought about trying a new company. Petrie has always been there for me. They are prompt, courteous and spot on with their treatments. I am very happy with Petrie.

I hired Petri two years ago to treat my lawn. I had a technician named Junior who serviced my area, he was amazing. The company moved Junior to another area and we had a new service person. Since this person took over not only my lawn but just about every lawn on my street started looking bad.
