So glad C and W is now doing AC repair. And they do it work the same great service and professionalism as they approach plumbing issues. Brady was great to work with, he listened to the issue I was experiencing and offered great advice so there were no surprises. He did great work and now my AC is performing like new again. I look forward to having C and W as my preferred plumber but also my preferred AC service.

C & W Plumbing offered an alternative to electric tank-less water heater that was cheaper and more efficient. They performed everything in just a few hours and the results have been all that they had suggested and more. They have impressed us previously with resolutions to other tough problems. And the company is expanding their service offerings to heating and air. All of the technical staff are friendly and capable. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Very pleased with the company. Response was quick, shut off water to house as water heater leaking caused damage to floors and walls. Returned after restoration company cleared area and installed new Hot Water Heater. Excellent work, checked everything and made sure everything was to code. Great company to work with. I requested a quote for replacing the hot water tank, a toilet and 3 sink fixtures. The technician was very thorough in explaining what was needed for each item. He prepared a very detailed quotation that itemized each element that was included in the pricing. From the time I called to schedule a quotation to receiving the itemized quote, everything was done promptly.

I appreciate the professionalism of C&W Plumbing. Although I chose to go in another direction to have the work done, I have no doubt C&W would have done a fine job. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had another quote that was less.

So happy to have found C&W. Our previous plumber is short-staffed and never able to come promptly. C&W has amazing pricing and prompt service. So far they've been same-day or next- day and always within the appointment window. C&W ran a full camera diagnostic on our house for only a visit fee and gave an estimate for the needed full replacement of all piping.

This camera service would've cost hundreds and hundreds from our previous company, which has fair/average pricing. They understood that we cannot do full replacement at this time and are still very helpful with the periodic line clogs. The phone staff is helpful and cheerful. They use tech such as text and email to keep customers updated about service visits, results and invoices. The plumbers are expert, prompt and friendly. Best plumbing company so far in our 8 years as home owners.

Sam D. was excellent. Very professional, meticulous with his work and thorough. Will definitely be asking for Sam again when we look to replace our hot water heaters. Our outdoor pipe burst during the freeze overnight and we contacted C&W plumbing on a Sunday afternoon. I left a message and within 20 minutes, we had a return call back and 1 hour later, Sam was at our house inspecting the damage. Sam was professional, courteous and respectful. He explained our optionsto us and replaced our pipe. He did a fantastic job. I will definitely use C&W Plumbing again. Top Notch customer service!

All of a sudden our master bath shower wouldn't drain. No warning of a slow drain, it just stopped & backed up some icky brown water. I figured I wouldn't be able to get it fixed today but after calling for service just before 8 am they had someone here by 12:30. He checked all the outside drains & then worked on the shower. He was done by 2:00 & I have a clear drain. Thank you for your quick & courteous response.

I've lived in my home for over 13 yrs and have never turned on my gas fireplace. Zak came out inspected, walked me through the steps, and turned it on for the first time. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Just for changing a valve replacement I paid $255. It was a job done in 15 minutes. Just to pull the valve and inserting the new valve. I am very surprised with the price. This experience proved me not to take service of a plumbing company like this. I will never forget C & W in my lifetime. What a great service?

Robert was fantastic and did exactly what I wanted he was courteous, conscientious and neat. He replace a failed outdoor hose spigot and an indoor angle stop valve. Both were sweat joints on 1/2 inch copper pipe. The angle stop was for a hand sink and was in a very tight cabinet space. Robert replaced both joints with threaded fittings so the valves could be easily changed if needed in the future.

Perfect work! And quick work. Both were finished in an hour and a half or so. I give CW and Robert two thumbs way up and would not hesitate to use them again. The price was reasonable and what I expected to pay for quality work. This was not emergency work but I would not hesitate to use them for that.

I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! We bought a house that had a shower pan leak. C&W Plumbing did the plumber's side of the work. They referred/ recommended their friend to do the tile work. Just over a year later we notice a leak by the shower. We call C&W since they have a 2 year warranty on the work that was done. Sam from C&W Plumbing comes out and is extremely courteous.

He looks all around the shower for holes and leaks, but never tests the actual shower pan. When moving the shower head all around he finally finds a spot by the door that it on the same wall as the shower head. He explains that was the tile company's issue and not C&W Plumbing. We call the tile company and they send a man to fix the spot that was leaking on the door.

The next day we still see a leak. We are not experts on this, so we hire a licensed inspector to look at it. He lets us know that it is definitely coming from the shower. The inspector asked if C&W Plumbing did a shower pan test when they came out. He was very surprised that they did not check their own work. We had to schedule another time for C&W to come out and do this test.

C&W Plumbing sends out Jason.

He does the shower pan test with the inspector present. He sees that it is leaking. Tells us there are a number of reasons of why it might be. The inspector suggests that we get the Tile company and C&W Plumbing to come out together as they pull apart the shower to see what the problem is. A week later, when everyone can come out. The outcome is as expected.

Both Companies say the other is at fault. Jason from C&W Plumbing admitted to the inspector that had they raised the Shower Pan liner higher, there wouldn't be a problem. Chris from C&W Plumbing called me after we have had to report this to the state. His main response is "We did all that is required by the city." It has been pointed out by the inspector and many others that the work that was done was not best practice.

We are just wanting what was originally thought was done. We wanted a shower that doesn't leak for many years down the road. Now we are having to fight this because a company has decided to do the minimum requirement instead of having their customers interests in mind when doing a job. We currently have no shower, $$$$$$ in damages, and they wont fix what could have been prevented a little over a year ago. I dont trust them to do any work anywhere.

Andrew was my tech. A little late arriving. Very professional and respectful of the house. Very polite. He assessed my 4 issues and gave a price to repair or diagnose each problem. C&W is expensive, not his fault. He did tackle my clogged kitchen drain and cleared it. He offered suggestions and a product to prevent future clogs.

Andrew and Daniel arrived at time promised, listened to my concerns, did a thorough inspection of my home’s plumbing, and diagnosed the problem efficiently. As it turns out that my situation was not as bad as I thought. They were kind and explained their recommendations well, and they did not try to push unnecessary repairs. I am very satisfied with C&W Plumbing, and you will be also.

A bath tub faucet would not turn off. Of course this happened with a house full of guests on a Holiday weekend. CW came quickly and made the repair needed. Will use them again!!

Rhett was awesome and very knowledgeable. He did the repairs in a timely manner. I was very pleased with his work. He and his plumber in training went above and beyond, they even helped to install my new front loaders after they made the repairs in the laundry room because Lowe’s delivery showed up the same time they did, and both companies needed to be in the laundry room, so the plumbers agreed to do the hook ups. The storm last week blew a hole in my water line which had to be hunted for to find. Keith did a great job after turning on the water and jogging in and out to turn water on and off. Swiftly repaired the pipe. Bryce his sidekick did the clean up of a bit of water that leaked under the baseboard. Both very friendly, efficient and pleasurable to work with. I took the Gold Package for a year to protect myself for the year. This is my 3rd experience with C&W Plumbing and I highly recommend them.

Cody was extremely professional throughout our service. He was able to replace our water heater despite the tight spaces in our home. He was meticulous in ensuring there were no damages to the house while getting the old ones out and the new one in. I highly recommend C&W Plumbing!

We had a gas leak and had to turn off the gas. This mean that we had no heat and this was a very cold time of year. C & W Plumbing was recommended by my next door neighbor when the repair company I was using was unresponsive. C & W came to our rescue!

C & W responded quickly to my emergency situation when my master bath flooded. They were very professional, polite & efficient. They arrived when they said they would or they called to tell me why they were running late.

We had C&W replace our water line going from the city meter, under our driveway, and up to our shutoff valve at the house. The first estimate we got was about $7000 and they were going to cut a 1 foot swath across our driveway to lay the new line in and concrete over it.

I used C&W many years ago when I had my house in Lewisville and I don't recall why I did not stay with them. My bad. After several years of using other plumbers, I finally went back to C&W and I am so glad I did.

I had C & W Plumbers do work on several occasions for a slab leak, and other issues related to getting my house ready to be sold. They responded with same day service, wrote me all the extra reports to give the buyer, took extra time to be sure I understood, and did outstanding work.

Little expensive, but great work. Had my hot water heater replaced with same day service by two outstanding gentlemen. A year before I had my main water line replaced by them. Same great service, but a tad on the expensive side.

I have used C&W for years and they are always on time, courteous and professional. Recently I used another plumber because they said they could work on jetted tubs which C&W does not do. It wasn't the tub and they quoted me a ridiculous price.

This is the second time I used C&W and I am just as pleased as I was before. A so called handyman hired by my landlord totally botched a shower installation to the point that I had to turn the water to the house off.

I had called my Home Warranty company and they sent a plumber who diagnosed a leak in my sheet rock to a leaking shower pan. I called C&W change the shower pan. They did a thorough test and determined the problem was not a bad shower pan liner but because of cracks in my shower enclosure and grout issues in my tile that was causing water to seep through. They spent 2 hours patiently diagnosing the exact problem and saved me hundreds of dollars. A job well done by Sam, the plumber.
