Carrollton Plumbing Service, Inc. actually saved my day! After being put off by another company for hours, Craig & Luke showed up within half an hour of my service call. They were both professional and very easy to work with. The work was completed within an hour and they were off. Should I ever have any plumbing issues in the future, they will be my first call.

City of Carrollton must have a new policy where a permit is required in order to perform a gas test, before the inspector passes the property for gas line activation with Atmos. Long story short, I hired Carrollton Plumbing Service to obtain a permit from City of Carrollton and perform the gas test. They charged me $350 for the test, and unfortunately, the gas test failed.

Then Ken quoted me $700 for 3 hours to identify where the leaks are and repair them. I agreed to carry on the work, but after the repairs, the gas test failed again. Then Ken suggested I begin to cut in to the walls to identify where the leaks are, instead of giving me the option to cap off the fire place and dryer gas lines, which I did not need as long as water heater and HVAC gas lines are working.

He charges me another $150 to simply cap off those 2 lines after I mentioned that's what I want to do. Never once did he offer that as a solution until I mentioned I want to do that. Things could have been handled much more simply if they isolated each line from the main branch to detect where the leaks are. Instead his guys were all over the place trying to do "repairs", and I ended up incurring the additional charge for the time/work.

I would have appreciated if Ken provided options to his customers, but this company corners them when they realize that the customer is at a bind, and makes the customer feel that they need to keep spending money to identify the problem. Their course of action to resolve a problem is flawed. They should have isolated each gas line to figure out where the leaks are and provided that information to the customer, then let the customer choose what and which lines they want to repair.

After having spent $1200 and a week later just to get the gas line on, I still do not know where the leaks are. This is the level of "quality work" they provide. Extremely frustrated in the overall process.

Could not be happier. Friendly, reasonable. We had no water day before Thankgiving but they made us a priority. Took care of us first thing. Very pleased.

I called them at 8:30 in morning. These guys pulled permit with the city fixed my gas leak and had the job finished and inspect by lunchtime. I'm very happy. Thanks so much.

We had a leak and they immediately showed up first thing in the morning. Jason & Craig were super patient as they explained the issues and provided suggestions and fixed the problem. They were professional, punctual, informative and wonderful to work with.

"Under slab sewer leak in townhome" Ken and Josh did a fast, efficient, city permitted and inspected repair on my main sewer line 4 feet under the laundry near the center of home. With no way to tunnel they arrived at 8am, covered the room with plastic, took out 4 tiles (Yes four), went down a 32x32 hole, dug a 4ftx5ft hole then repaired and tested the line BY 12 NOON.

City inspector was out at 8am the next day with a green tag. That permit and green tag keeps my homeowners insurance and the plumbers liability insurance valid. I actually fired the first plumber I had scheduled because they showed up to do the work but were trying to sneak the work in without a permit. After the guys filled in the hole, they drilled the old concrete and put rebar across the patch before filling with new concrete (very impressed). They literally backed out the door rolling up plastic and I swear this house is spotless!

When roofers punctured a gas line, I called Carrollton Plumbing and they responded immediately. They quickly found the issue using a pressure test, then identified the affected line and capped it. They even had a good price for their work compared to others I called at the same time. I can't say enough regarding the hard work and professional response from the crew who resolved the issue.

The owner even followed up after and made sure that we were safe and provided advice regarding how to repair the issue long term. I can tell from speaking with them directly that this company respects honesty and integrity and I would recommend this company for any plumbing issue.

It's never fun when you find out you have a sewer line leak. After speaking with multiple plumbers, we selected Carrollton Plumbing Service to replace broken cast iron pipes in two areas with PVC. It was important to us to select a master plumber, a company with great reviews, and one that would go through the process of getting the permits from the City of Plano. Carrollton Plumbing Service was able to get us scheduled quickly, and we were relieved that they were able to tunnel under the house to get to the pipes as it was impossible to find matching tile and that would have resulted in an even bigger, messier project.

The owner, Ken and his wife, Louise kept us informed throughout the process. We highly recommend this company. We felt they were honest and professional and resolved our problem quickly.

Louise was so helpful when I called and explained that I had a leak under my slab and had water standing in my kitchen (this was on a Tuesday). My husband had called another plumbing company and they couldn't even come out until Thurdsay between 4:00-6:00. Louise contacted Ken and he was at my house within an hour!

Called Carrollton Plumbing Tuesday afternoon to tell them about a leak I had. They sent a truck out right away, looked at the problem, gave me a price. They had to leave to make it to a prior commitment, but let me know they would be back in an hour or so. As promised l got a phone call letting me know they were on the way. They got the leak fixed. Carrollton Plumbing is the best! They were so quick to respond and thorough to find a solution to my problem. They fixed it faster and better than I ever could have expected. Preston and Brandon were completely respectful and detailed and made you feel educated and confident in their abilities. So refreshing to feel like you can really trust someone and they are not just trying to make more money off of me.

I called Carrollton Plumbing Service yesterday for my mother in law who had tried and tried to clear a stopped up sink herself being as she is extremely handy. To no avail, and being on a fixed income, she had to resort to calling a plumber. Thank God we found Carrollton Plumbing Service. They responded to the problem and had someone over to fix it very quickly.

The plumber who came was very professional, clean cut, kind, and generous in his mannerism. I really appreciate meeting fine people that come out to service your home that smile and treat you with the utmost respect. Their price was very reasonable. They clean out the blockage of the pipes from underneath the house on the outside and cleaned up after themselves.

Its a pleasure to have Austin and Evans be here to fix the foul smell of wetness and other stuff that we faced under our kitchen sink. Both the boys showed up at promised time, quickly diagonised the issue and found the T pipe for Sewer vent Broken. When cut open and with paint stains on the T joint it was clear that that was broken while building the home.

I had never experienced anything like this so when Austin (the Journeyman Plumber) was explaining to me the process and prices he really put my mind to ease. Worst experience we had. I was without a toilet for 3 weeks before they came out. I live in a condo they told me the entire complex needed to cut off their water to do the work which was untrue they didn't follow through with letting the complex know they needed the water cut off they expected me to do it.
