Jennings Plumbing team was very responsive, timely, creative, professional, and delivered a High Quality solution for our Master Bath plumbing challenge running piping inside an exterior porch ceiling. They created a shutoff and drain system that even though manually operated, should dramatically reduce copper pipe freezing risk during our north Texas winters. My only area of opportunity for Jennings Plumbing would be in pricing side, higher than competition.

My littles were at home too, he was kind and patient with them, answering their questions. He worked extremely hard to resolve our issue. We really appreciate his persistence to resolve our matter. Called yesterday after noticing "stuff" coming out of my clean out and a commode not flushing. The girl that answered the phone put my mind at ease that it was probably just a simple backup or stoppage. Booked an appointment for the following day and Michael called and said he was running a bit early if I was ready for him. He took care of my issue and was very professional from start to finish. He even gave me some rubber gloves so I could clean up my "stuff" in the flower bed. Could not have been more pleased from start to finish.
