Great staff, quick replies back. Price was unbeatable. I even live an hour outside of Las Vegas and they still beat the price and service of local ac companies. Thanks aclv.... it's a year later my ac started acting up, it neither would freeze or just not cool at all, repair response was fast, but took two months to get the problem fixed, some what fixed.
My house gets cool again like when it was new but now I have to deal with a loud whistling sound every time the unit starts up or shuts down. Sounds like there is a person standing in my air handler doing a whistling song. Left several messages and sent a video of this problem but no solution yet. So now I have to take a star away.

I had my Ac unit installed on the first Saturday in May. They came early, quickly installed my unit and return grille. Very courteous and made sure everything worked and that I was happy. I could not beat the price at $6,900 for a Goodman 3.5 ton 16 SEER unit with a 40" x 20" return grille filter holder.

Super friendly and dog friendly. Gave us solid advice and helped us find the units that were not only right for our home but for our life style. Pricing was much cheaper, for a bigger and better unit, than competitors. They were on time and delivered on time. Cleaned up and explained new thermostats. Followed up to be sure we were satisfied with everything.

They sent someone out and he couldn’t figure out the problem. He didn’t know what he was doing. They kept calling him from the office and saying he was taking too long. Then he said he couldn’t figure it out and left. He said they were going to send another technician but when I called they said to call someone else .

The full staff was friendly and efficient from start to finish, I’m very pleased with my installation and how quickly it was scheduled and completed. The installation was done just like it was one of their own homes even going above and beyond the job to make sure I had better airflow than my original set up. I took advantage of their 0% down 0% interest as well. Highly recommended! I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I had to replace a 2.5 ton heat pump for my condo. From their sales rep to their installers, ACLV was a pleasure to deal with. They were professional, on time and completed the install as promised. I shopped around, obtained several bids, including a bid from Home Depot. ACLV beat all other bids, and was half the price of Home Depot.

Outstanding, again. These guys (and Gals -- Pam, Office Manager) are just awesome. This trouble was a bit tougher to diagnose, but they stuck to it and figured it out and I am up and running again. Symptoms/error code on control board within furnace unit showed something wrong with ECM Blower motor.

After my unit failed, caused by pet damage, the service technician dispatched outlined all possible options for both repair and replacement, including the pros and cons of each. I was given all the information I felt necessary to make an informed decision, without a sales pitch, or pressure. I chose to replace the system with a new, more efficient set up and what a deal!

I really appreciate an honest company that didn't try to sell me anything extra or make huge claims about the service I needed. He arrived on time, fixed my issue and the cost was fair. I've had a lot of bad experiences with Las Vegas A/C company's but I think I have found one I can count on. I will definitely be using ACLV again.
