Received text msg that service tech was 30 minutes away, and then he arrived within that window. Marcus was very courteous, thorough with his explanations of the ant problem (originally identified as Carpenter Ants but he said they were Acrobat Ants), and patiently and respectfully answered all my questions. I have free-ranging chickens so the granules were not an option but the gel would work. He treated the areas of concerns as well as areas to prevent further ant entry. The gel treatment is odorless and very effective. I saw ants dying instantly.

This company has been so great. When I moved into my new rental home, there were roaches in the house. I was concerned about it being "organic" and not doing the job quick enough. They came out quickly and even more times than they were scheduled and I have not seen a roach in five months. More recently, a dead rat was found in my outdoor wash room.

When I called on a Saturday, the girl who answered the phone told me that they would send someone asap and even remove it for me. She was very professional and sweet. This company is always quick to respond, someone always answers the phone and the people that have serviced my home have always seemed to care about what they do. Michael Kiefer, Juan and Riley have done such a great job when they come to my home. Riley even went out of his way to let me know of some other issues around the home that don't involve him. I definitely would recommend this company.

We have been satisfied with Chem free pest control for years. Hardy was amazing! He was super patient and informative and walked me through all the problem areas around our home. He also managed to close our almost impossible to close /broken gate when he was finished to keep our dogs secure. Highly recommend! I've been using this service for years. When I bought the house, seven years ago, it was overrun with small creepy crawly things. I've been using ChemFree for over a year now and I've been completely satisfied. With young children and pets, we wanted a chemical free company to handle the many pests around our home as we live on a Greenbelt. I can't speak highly enough of Chem-Free Organic Pest & Lawn: their ethics, their competence, and their people. After a co-worker recommended them, I called and scheduled an inspection to determine the cause of scuffling noise in my attic. Michael Kiefer, Jr., conducted the inspection and, to my great relief, informed me that my attic was not infested and that the noise was simply branches & other debris blowing against my roof. And they charged me nothing!

After another pest control company dropped the ball, I had to find a company to come treat a fire ant problem STAT! They worked me into their schedule.
