They came out and told me I had rats nesting in my attic and eating holes in my ducts and wanted to charge me $8,000 to replace it all. I had 2 other companies come out and could not find anything wrong with my insulation or duct work. What a racket they had pics they said they took of my attic, obviously not mine. I never saw a flash. Why would 2 other companies say I didn't have a problem if I did. That would be taking money out of their pockets.

As of August 2016 I have found out that they sold all contracts to Terminix. My contract ran out Dec of 2015, I've finally had to contact my bank and file a complaint against this company for continuing to try and pull payments from my account several times in 2016! If anyone else has had problems and would like to file a class action suit please contact me! BEWARE!

I hired them for my home in Rio Rancho NM, the 1st visit was ok the 2nd was fantastic but on the 3rd they were to call and set up an appointment with my son, since I was out of town, they never did! Never called me back to set up anything! BUT THE CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR SERVICES! I've called and left 3 messages on their phone and have NEVER received a call back! You can not get through to a live person and after holding a long time they disconnect you. I will be contacting the BBB with a Letter! DISAPPOINTED!

My mother continues to receive statements from GGPS after having her home sprayed 2X. My mother has paid what she owed for the services rendered but is told that she is in a contract for continued services.

I would not give these people any stars for their service (but the rating system won't let me). They never met the original agreement for treatments quarterly, only doing the first treatment then trying to show up a year later for the next treatment. When told to cancel and stop any further attempts, they made an additional attempt to treat months later.

Second request to cancel was made and about 8 months later they showed up again, while I was away, and claim to have done a treatment, against my past wishes, and outside of any agreement for service. Attempts to call them are met with long "on hold" periods, and then had to leave a message when no one answered the phone. With this service, no wonder. Best bet - stay away and call Orkin. Or just go to Home Depot and get your own sprays and do it yourself. At least that way you know what you are getting.

I will not let Go Green on my premises again. If they enter my property it will be trespassing and I will file charges. I signed up to let them do 4 services over a year. The 1st service was fine. Service 2 & 3 were horrible. Both technicians left my gate open and my dogs escaped. Now these dogs are not vicious and Go Green was informed there were dogs.

The dogs hide in the doghouse when someone they don't know enters the backyard. These idiots don't know how to respect my home and if it wasn't by chance my wife came home as they left she would not have seen my dog leaving. Go Green had the nerve to tell me I signed a 1 year contract, 1 service left. So they will now get to deal with my lawyer and he can go to the fullest extent of the law.

I'm being charged for services I didn't receive. I called the office several times since November to speak to a manager have not received a call back yet. They give horrible customer service.

Good product-terrible customer service. It is difficult to schedule an appointment for treatment and you can hardly even get a hold of someone to speak to without making numerous calls. The technicians are not thorough and rush the job. As expensive as it is @$100/quarterly you'd expect decent service at the least. THE ONLY reason we may follow through with our final scheduled treatment is because of the absolutely amazing service we've received from their supervisor Ricky Tims.

He does an amazing & thorough job! If the company trained their staff based off of his work ethic then they'd probably take off in business. Ricky is the only technician we trust.

HORRIBLE product and even worse customer service. This company is shady so buyer beware! We were charged for a service that was never rendered. I was told that the technician came out to do our house but I was home the whole day and never heard much less saw anyone. There was nothing left by the technician saying someone had been by or even a phone call to find out about getting in to our locked backyard or doing the inside.

I was not told beforehand when our what day they would be coming. When I called their office I was put on eternal hold with the theme song to Top Gun playing on a loop. This lasted for almost 15 minutes before I actually got to speak with someone. The girl, Josette, who handled my call was rude and dismissive. I was told that I was the one in the wrong and they can pretty much do what they want because I signed a one year service agreement.

Stupid on my part. To top it all off, their product that they put down doesn't work AT ALL. I would be a little more forgiving had the customer service been up to par. If this is how they treat their customers then I can see why they have to rip people off to stay in business.

Horrible. Service was never scheduled between myself and another person, they make their on schedule times and come out and take care of the outside of the house, they probably want it that way anyway. The one time I did actually have a scheduled appointment for the inside they never showed up. I never signed a contract with them and paid for a full year of service UPFRONT!

Now after the year is over they are still scheduling visits on their own saying it's part of the contract that I need to cancel in writing. DUHHH I never signed your contract. Oh, and to top it all off now they have me in collections for money I DO NOT owe. Every time I call to try to straighten out their mess I have to sit on hold listening to Top Gun music for 30+ mins.

And when I ask for manager there is NEVER one available. A super rude Alejandra cannot get it through her head I DO NOT want to speak with her or waste my time explaining this story for the 15th time and refused to get me to a manager without giving her an address. I have never written a review online before, but GoGreen has inspired me to help people even possibly looking at their service.

Half of a star to collect on. Services never rendered. They left flyer on door. They missed appt time n I had to leave. The flyer says they r sorry they missed me Now they have filed huge bill on my credit Still have bugs However biggest cockroach in my life is this go green. One star for collections n people saying they would get rid of Bill n they were sorry So for services not rendered they get one star

Have been pleasantly surprised by these guys! I have been with 2 of the big name pest control companies before and can honestly tell you these guys are better. Why 5 stars? - My dog hasn't had a tick since their service began - I called the head office and they re-serviced when I had problems - The technicians are nice and very easy to work with - Ricky my tech was pleasant and willing to do whatever I asked to get rid of the bugs - The price is right and the seasonal treatments are inline with professional pest control standards I noticed some negative reviews on here so I thought I would update everyone because I am really really pleased and will be sticking with the Odessa team.

Awful! We signed up for a one year package. The service technicians are great and do a good job, and explain what they're doing and why they are doing it. They did extra for us, too. Their business practices are TERRIBLE! They never showed up for the second quarter. The third quarter, they called 24 hours in advance to "remind" us of our scheduled time.

We'd never been told before that 24 hours. The 4th quarter, it was 12 hours notice. I need more notice than 12 hours, when the office is closed so you can't even reschedule. We had bugs throughout most of the year, though they did decrease. I didn't bother calling to report that, so that's on me. And, now they've cancelled their local number (even though the "reminder" calls still have that number on them), and do not answer their 1-855 number (which is NOT toll free, even though they say it is.) I was on hold for two hours, and they never answered.

Should I really have to waste two hours of my day calling a Pest company? Seriously, it's not the IRS. I've finally resorted to leaving voice mails, asking for confirmation of my cancellation, but never receive it. And they still show up. How long is this going to go on? I'm on the verge of reporting them to the BBB.

Sure they are prompt and courteous with your first service, but after that, they don't keep their appointments and they don't have a very good attitude about being called out on it. I cancelled my service with them six months ago and last week they drafted $117 from my account. I called three days in a row, and every day I was on hold for well over an hour so I left messages for a call back and have received nothing.

This business is non responsive. They don't make or keep appointments. It is impossible to cancel service with them. They will lure you into paying with a check and will start taking automated payments from your account without a contract or permission. They will claim they provided service when no one is at home and no appointment was set up. They set you up on a schedule you are not informed about.

Then they will bill you and the only way you find out is when your checking account has been charged. When you ask to speak with a manager they will not return your calls. They will dodge you with a poor receptionist that can't help and will refer you back to the manager who is not going to return your calls. Do business with them at your own peril.

I have been using the company for a couple of years and they have worked well for me till this January. I moved and need them to come out to new location for an ant problem in the kitchen pantry and counter area by the sink. The technician serviced the problem areas as well as the outside. I thought all was well, but within a couple of days the ants were back.

I tried to reach them and waited 25 minutes on hold with no answer. This happened several times. I finally got through and was told they are in Texas ( I am in New Mexico) and that they no longer have anyone here in the local office. Bottom line I made an appointment for them to come back today because I am off work. Was told appointment is for tomorrow (when I am working). I feel frustrated! I am not sure why their customer service has gone down hill. I would not currently recommend them.

I am very upset with this company! When sold the first treatment I specially told the girl selling it that I only wanted a ONE TIME treatment! When the technician came to do the service he wanted me to sign the receipt!

I would not even give them a Start at all. But that is the only option. 1st treatment was Ok. They did the yard, garage and inside the house. for the 2nd quarterly treatment. I did not schedule an appointment nor was I told when they would be coming out so I was not home. I did not even know a treatment had supposedly been done till the money came out of my account which I did not authorize.

Then I went looking around my yard and found the notice that they had been there in the bushes. I called to get my money back because I did not authorize the payment to be taken out of my account and I did not even know if the service was even done since I was not home. When I ask to speak with a Supervisor they said there was not one in the office they would email her and ask her to contact me that same day because she is the only one who can refund money.

She did not contact me that day. I called back to the office the next day they said they would have her contact me right away. Then I received an email to contact her at the office and to ask to speak with her. I call immediately. The receptionist Rose said she was not in the office and she would call her to her cell phone and give her my information and have her call be back right away. Waited for the rest of the day no Call. Called back the following days requesting to speak with her.

Now the Receptionist said she is on vacation. So I asked to speak with another Supervisor. They connected me to some line that just rang till it disconnected. Tried to call back no answer the phone would just ring till it would disconnect. Called a few more time same thing no answer just phone ringing and it was before 5:00 pm. I would not recommend them to anyone! I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away far away from them. I will not pay for a service that I did not receive! Still waiting to get my money back.

Go Green Pest Solutions is organic! This was the main reason I chose them. I have seen a huge decrease in the bugs, and I am very happy. MY only problem has been with customer service issues, similar to the ones I have seen posted. This last month they took care of me and made things right. Jordan, the regional manager, apologized and has assured me we will not have a problem.

The technician was GREAT, too, and friendly. It really has been the scheduling and office personnel. I will definitely continue with the quarterly services, as long as they keep giving good service! Thank you for making things right.

Not sure about this company. Received text on my phone that had an invoice for services rendered. I was not contacted that they were coming and since I work have no idea if they actually showed up. I'm suppose to have a qtrly treatment but since no one was home, how is this possible? Their fees are way too high to just have your yard sprayed. if that even happened. Who's to know. I contacted GoGreen and they scheduled an appt to have them do the inside of the house. After my contract is up. Never Again.

Needless to say I did a review a month ago and to this day still have not had a resolution as a matter of fact they've proceeded to come out without our knowledge prior and leave a tag on our door saying service was done (even though I verified my auto pay was cancelled and no service until issue resolved) and they proceed to take $$ out of our acct. last week I was told I would receive a callback form manager no call! (SHOCKER!) as well as I recieved an invoice for future service the other day and called about it as well as why I didn't get a call last week. I was promised a call by the end of the day on Tuesday and never received one! I am beyond livid with this company actually now I'm looking into further actions!

I started doing business with this company about 9 months ago (June 2014). The rep that came to the house was courteous and polite, and I had no issues with the first treatment. After the second treatment, I paid the bill, but for some reason, the check was misplaced by the company, and never cashed. They sent a second bill, but to avoid canceling a bank check, I had to wait a number of days before I could send out another payment.

This payment they misplaced, too, and I actually had to have my bank call them to prove that I had sent out payment. Afterward, the company called, texted, and emailed several times a day harassing me over this payment. Finally, some person at the company took pity on me, and wiped out the balance, so I owed nothing, yet, the phone calls, emails, and texts did not stop.

I kept receiving bills saying that my account was past due. I called several times to try to straighten it out, at least 9 or 10, but the bills and calls kept coming. The company set up my third treatment, but never showed up that day. Instead, I got a phone call the next day, a recording, saying something about their trucks being grounded because of the snow.

I called back to arrange for the treatment, but they never returned my call. About three weeks later, I received a recorded message saying they would be out in two days. At that point, I decided I wanted to cancel my contract, but after finding out that it would be nearly the same cost as just paying for the remaining two treatments, I decided to just have them done.

I called and asked for my third treatment appointment, but they never returned my call. A week or so later, I discovered they charged my credit card, without authorization, for the cancellation charges. AVOID! Absolutely horrid business practices.

I have been very pleased with everything about GoGreen in Albuquerque especially by the service provided by Rose LeMaster the office manager. I highly recommend this service. The non-toxicity of the products to myself and my pets gives me additional peace of mind but most of all, the products really work great!

I appreciate the fact that the product they use is not harmful to animals and humans. Alex the technician was friendly and informative. We were suppose to be called first but I do not think that message got passed on to the tech. I will wait to see if this works but so far so good.

Worst service, never ever get a service with them, one guy came knocking the door offering some deal, i was little unlucky on that day accepted the offer, later they scheduled for pest control and one guy came and just did some treatment for just 5 minutes for a 2500 sq foot house, now you can imagine the type of service they have done, after 2 days i found more roaches and pest in my house than ever before, please never get a service with them, i would like to give a zero star if yelp provide one!

Horrible. We had no problems with bugs, spiders, or rats/ mice. We just got the house sprayed to stay protected. Well that was a horrible idea because after they sprayed. Our house was infested with spider and rats.

Technician was nice enough but the treatment is totally ineffective. Bugs love it. When I tried to cancel the service they billed me for the remainder of the contract, even though it doesn't work. Do not be taken in by these guys, they only want to sell you a contract.

After a year of service, the products they use worked very well, but its been quite difficult to get ahold of someone any time I have tried to contact them. It usually takes at least 2 tries to reach anyone, and if I ever left a message, no one returned my call. I've decided to stop after this 1-yr commitment, but after leaving 3 separate messages, I am still waiting to hear back from someone to cancel my service and refund me for the recent charge posted after I had already asked for it to stop. I wish the customer service was better because I might have continued the service if someone would ever answer the phone.

Go Green has very nice customer service reps who have been very helpful when I have needed to change my appointments. When I spoke to Rose today she was very helpful. The gentleman that has been out to do our earlier treatments have been very nice and professional.

These guys are great! Their tech, Davell, was very nice, professional and super thorough. Thank you for the excellent service. I think he did a 5 star job, but I only gave them 4 stars because I did not like having to put all my credit card info down on the application. I think I will give them a call about that.

I asked online for an estimate to get rid of indoor ants. Within an hour, I received a call with a quote. Two days later, Frankie was here. He explained the treatments, contract and more. He was polite, professional, and efficient. I appreciate the fact that people and pets cannot be harmed.

I don't know what kind of training the reps receive! Had a pushy sales rep come to my door insisting on spraying my house the next day. He asked my to open my garage which I thought was strange. After I told him I would have to consult with my boyfriend he insisted I call him right away and asked if I minded if he come in for a glass of water! I would never consider hiring someone with that approach.

This company is awful. They first come door to door selling in our community which is private and states before you enter our gates no soliciting. Reluctantly because we needed the services and after some reviews we read online from google because they were not any yelp reviews yet we signed up. They came once for the initial service and my problem got worse I called again and nobody came so kept calling before finally getting a call back because they don't know how to answer the phone and I told them to cancel my contract and I would not use their service anymore.

I asked to be sent a bill for the charges I would have to pay which I never got. I now got a call from an employee with the company saying he went to spray my now vacant house realizing its vacant and asked what to do. I told him the same thing I do not want any other services from you. I will also be calling the BBB because they obviously don't know how to read a sign or keep their word even though it's written in their contract! Never ever use this company! I have now used Orkin and we are much more satisfied.

This company keeps ringing my bell, as late as 830pm even though I have a sign on my door that states 'NO SOLICITING'. I have small children who are sleeping and I don't appreciate them being woken up by someone who chooses not to respect the sign on the door. If you cant respect my wishes on my property I will never do business with your company.

I have filed a police report on this company. Tonight two young men rang my doorbell at 8:30 pm. We had an unusually cool evening so I had only the screen closed. I too have a no soliciting sign on my front door and when they started their speech, I politely told them "no thank you". One of the men persisted and I again politely replied "I don't use chemicals on my property." He then said, "enjoy your night and your "f-inkg" bugs." I told him I was going to call his company and he replied, "go f-ing ahead" (none of his profanity was abbreviated by the way).

I told him to please leave the neighborhood and he stood on my front walk and defiantly replied "or what?!" It took everything in me to hold my 17 yr old football player son back from going after this moron. This is garbage and this company needs to be held accountable for this kind of behavior at people's homes.

I have not had the opportunity to utilize the services provided by this company. However, I am writing a review because they came door-to-door in my neighborhood. I have a "no soliciting" sign and pointed it out to the young man who rang my bell. He told me he was a "road coordinator" so therefore not soliciting. He then asked if we had seen any ants or bugs and if we would like to schedule a spray of our property.

I again pointed out the sign and he again insisted that he wasn't soliciting. However, the spray wasn't free, he wanted me to purchase it. I'm still baffled how he thinks that trying to sell something isn't soliciting.
