I've used X-Out for about 4 or 5 years now and two different addresses and have always been more than happy with them. I lived right up against a green belt and they took care of squirrels and mice in our attic, fire ant mounds, numerous wasp nests, and mosquitoes that infest our property every year. If I ever had an issue, one call or email would get them out within a day or two and they are always super helpful and friendly. If you have pest issues, do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Since X Out has been doing my quarterly pest control inspection I have not had any issues with any kind of bugs at all. All of a sudden I had an issue with mice because the 22 acres across the street was being cleared and X Out took care of them and were very responsive, put out traps and got them all taken care of. Never thought I'd leave a review for a pest service, but here I am. They're great. Incredibly communicative, super fast turn around, and very fast to act. From a car that somehow got a ant problem to a bed-bug scare, they were able to come by next day and settle our concerns and fix the problems. We've used them over a year now, and they're just as good now as they were then. Super happy with this company and the people that work there. Would recommend.

Just had X-Out at my house to take care of unwanted roommates (roaches!) that we inherited in our new but old home. They went above and beyond - taking care of spider webs, wasp nets and mosquitos. These guys are super professional and kind - so excited to work with them! We also work with X-Out for our restaurant as a preventative measure and have NEVER had rodent/bug issues! :)

I was referred to X Out by my sister who has had great experience with them. I have looked for pest control for a while, preferring a local small business with pet safe options. Getting the initial visit set up was easy and painless. They were able to schedule us within a few days and THEY HAVE WEEKEND SERVICE! The guy who came out this past weekend was knowledgeable and friendly. Our dogs weren't a concern for him, and he knew what it meant that we have a giant salt water aquarium. Tahitian Village resident here in Bastrop - had a major scorpion problem inside our home. Spoke with Danny on the phone yesterday and he said he could squeeze us in that afternoon as a new customer. Ricky Good stopped by and we felt very comfortable walking through with him inside and out. He was a good listener and was quite personable and very knowledgeable.

Since we have pets, he calmed our concerns by telling us about the pet-friendly solution the company uses. He went so far as to uncover our outside dryer vent to expose lots of ants building up inside the PVC pipe, which he also sprayed for us. We've used X Out for a couple years now for quarterly pest control treatment and mosquitoes in the summer months. They've always been punctual and professional. We've had a couple times where the mosquito treatments didn't seem to last as long due to rain, and they came out to retreat quickly without charging extra. We previously had an ant problem in our kitchen that two other pest control companies couldn't resolve. X Out had the issue fixed during the first visit, and we've never had an ant in the house since.

We've been loyal customers of X-Out pretty much since they started here in the Austin area a few years ago. Any time we've had issues we get a quick response. The first time was black ants up in my kids playroom, we called them late afternoon, they came out and by the next day no trace of ants again. That was about 4 years ago no problems with ants in there ever since. Danny, has been coming out to my house for a couple of years now and has always done great work and always takes care of us if there's any concerns or issues we have.
