Second home for me - not there often, turned off alarm and allowed in tech- used my bathroom and left tiolet running - didn't find out for weeks - got a 1100.00 water bill from the city. Have a smart water meter and was able to prove it was technician who was in my house that day, Mike, who by the way, does a terrible job spraying. Also have an alarm system which proves no other person in my house. Owner, James, refused to pay any part of bill - will be taking to court

Excellent service, polite and professional. After the termite inspection was completed he had noticed spiders and alerted us to the problem. He took care of the spider problem by spraying and said if we had any further problems to let him know. We have used Bugmobile for more than 30 years at this location.
