This was a great experience. Rich and Billy were true professionals. They provided fast and courteous service. Could not have received any better service.

Rich showed up early to appointment, he was way different then other companies that had given bids to us. Had a few guys come in with attitudes that were unprofessional. Rich was total opposite of that, as a fellow blue collar worker I appreciated the professionalism in the way he let me know what he was doing and why he was doing it, he also kept adjusting tension, and chains and new springs To make garage quieter.

I could tell that he approaches his job in the same manner I do and for me that was a huge deal. I'd recommend acs and Rich to anyone needing replacement or service to their garage doors. To say that I'm pleased with how things went is an understatement. Thanks Rich, I appreciate you getting job done for us!

Where to begin- I wanted a new weather seal on my garage, and 5 appointments and 7 technicians later I have brand new weather seals that toddlers could have installed better and work less than the prior broken ones that I had. Here are some photos of their quality work.

Derrell and Sawyer were very professional. Had the job done quickly and properly. Even corrected my garage switches since the original installer reversed them making it a headache at times as we would open the wrong garage door. Great service and clear cost discussed upfront to avoid surprises. Thumbs up guys!

Rich was very professional and polite. He took time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. Outstanding service. Reasonable price. Will definitely use them again. Rich suggested a few improvements to the present system which I will do at a later date.

I was tired of my garage door openers not working right for the last 2yrs. ACS came to the rescue, not only are their prices comparable to others, but they are high quality. I set up an appointment for service between 10am and noon. Rich (the tech) showed up at 9:48am. He said my appointment was slotted for 4hrs. I opened the garage and said if you need something just knock on the door. 2 hours later there is a knock.

He was done, everything cleaned up and he was ready to show me how it worked. He even took the time to reprogram both remotes so I can open either door with one remote. Guy was high class! I highly suggest ACS for any garage door issues, and hopefully your lucky enough to get Rich showing up to fix the issue!

Told the scheduler what was needed. The service person arrived and didn't even know what type of service was needed. He then charged $58 service charge and quoted $500 to install a new garage door opener. We called another service and were told we only needed an newer motor and sensor, which is what I asked for in the first place.

They were very quick and on time. I used them to repair a broken spring and was very happy with the service. They went above and beyond and adjusted the door and lubricated the tracks and made sure everything was working great. The pricing wasn't as much as I thought it would be so that was plus as well. Highly recommend using ACS Door Services! 5 stars!

When our garage door started malfunctioning, we looked at pricing and warranty in our repair quotes. ACS was one of several companies we talked to about the repair. We felt that ACS was fair in pricing and the warranty they offered. Our tech Rich explained all necessary repairs thoroughly. He also gave us tips on how to help the garage door work for as long as possible. We highly recommend ACS door services!

I needed a new garage door and I got one. Everyone was friendly and professional. I even saw one guy help my elderly neighbor for a few minutes. I have no complaints. They'll be my first call the next time I need a door service.

ACS has a user friendly website and it was easy to submit an online request for a repair. They called me the same day and were able to set up an appointment for the same week! Kenny, technician, was on time and very helpful! Thankfully the repairs needed did not take too long to fix and our garage door is SO Quiet now! They are at the top of my list for service companies - thanks again!

We came home from vacation to a broken garage door- needed a spring replaced. Guys were super responsive- came right over, explained easy pricing and were able to fix same day. Hard to turn down, when we needed to secure our home right away. We took a chance although reviews on Yelp were not great, Facebook reviews were. Guys were straight shooters and the job took under an hour.

Four stars instead of five since they offered high performance springs but only had standard ones on hand. And, they do not guarantee labor in writing- but sales guy said if we had a problem in the next 30 days that "of course" they would come back. We are still glad to support local business.

Rich and Caleb came out same day and got the job done! They replaced the springs on our garage door which had broken as well as replaced the bottom seal. They were fast, efficient and professional as well as friendly and left our place cleaner than they found it. Very happy with my experience with ACS Door Services of Omaha.

Amazing work! We were able to go from a rough quote to having somone come out and measure our door frame to having it installed and ready to go in just a few weeks! They got here just after 8am and had the new garage door installed by 10:30am! They needed to come back and add some vinyl and did an amazing job! We are very happy with our new door! 10/10 would recommend!

We highly recommend ACS. We called on a Saturday, , and they were here within 24 hours! Great customer service and quick response time. Kenny replaced our garage springs. he did a quick job and made sure everything was working properly before he left!

CALL ACS FIRST! SAVED US OVER $1300! We had a cable snap on one of side of our garage door so it was stuck askew. We called 2 other garage door companies to look at the door. Both told us that the door was so old they didn't have the part to fix it and we needed a new door. We called ACS and Daryl came out right away. He diagnosed the problem right away and said he could fix it.

It literally saved us over $1300. When I told him what the other two companies said about needing a new door, he said, "nice try, guys." It's so great to have a reliable, trustworthy, and affordable company like ACS and a technician like Daryl who knows his stuff. I couldn't recommend them enough.

We are having a terrible time getting ACS Services of Omaha to come through with their commitments and they are holding our $800 deposit hostage. They were not the cheapest but said they could have our two garage doors and an opener installed within two weeks, its been over 2 months. When we call Louis the receptionist diverts to the accounting department and/or manufacturer, that's when we we find the dead end every time.

They refuse to give back the deposit and push back the install date 2 weeks every time we call. We are trying to improve our property before we sell it. We now have to pay another mortgage payment or sell the property without new garage doors even though we paid for them.

Overall great experience. Rich went above and beyond all expectations to take care of fixing my garage door which at first would have been a simple fix but due to the spring breaking at the last minute it made for a bigger job. I appreciated all the extra time he took to get my garage door back in working order. Would definitely use them going forward. Highly recommended!

I really enjoy my new gutters, they are fantastic! Travis showed up when he said he would and they got to work and had my house done in a couple hours. They were careful of ALL my flowers and they cleaned up everything. I would recommend Travis and his crew to anyone. Very nice men. Great job! Couldn't be more pleased!

No problems with the install. The door stopped working a little over 3 months later. The tech came and fixed it (arm not installed correctly). It took about 10 minutes and they charged me $139 because the warranty doesn't cover service, only parts. Recommend finding a company that stands behind their work.

We decided to give ACS a try with a very simple spring replacement. The job should have taken around 1 hour. The service tech was here for almost 8 hours. In that time he had broken the existing torsion cable on one side. Had to replace this which I assumed would be on him. I was wrong in this assumption. This company decided to charge me for the replaced cables and brackets, almost $130 extra.

Meanwhile the tech began to get frustrated and not acting professional. When these issues were brought up I was met with poor customer service and a "sorry this is our rock bottom pricing, the tech did the job." I would save yourself the hassle and go with Overhead Door for any of your garage door service needs.

These guys are great! My garage door broke and essentially locked my car in the garage as the door was coming off the tracks as a result of my cable coming off the drum/roller. They came out on a Sunday and replaced my cable and fixed the door and made sure the issue was resolved and wouldn't happen again. Dan was great. He knew exactly what the issue was and worked fast to make sure it was fixed properly.

The price made sense and there wasn't any excessive fees for it being a weekend. The other door company I called first has yet to call me back and it's been 3 days. Trust me, they are worth the call!

When we called ACS Door Services of Omaha, due to our garage door problems, they came out the same day within 3 hours! That was great because we couldn't close the garage door! Our technician, Josve, was very polite, quick and informative. He answered all of my questions and gave tips on how to keep the tract and wheels lubricated in the fall and spring. We appreciate the prompt and superior service provided!

I called on a Friday after 5. They were able to come out the next day between 8-10. The tech got here at 8:45 and was done by 9:50. He was pleasant, punctual and phenomenal. He made suggestions and replaced not only our garage door springs but also upgraded a few minor things at no upcharge. He even gave me feedback of installing my own garage sealant at the bottom of the door. He was great! I will definitely be using this company again!

Dan came and did a complete inspection of my old garage door opener and even tried to find a way to incorporate some new technology with a 30 year old opener. I decided to go with a new one instead. Dan could not have been nicer and more professional in his installation. I could not be happier. Job well done!

BUYER BEWARE! After having a technician come to check our my garage door and verbally quote me a price on a new opener, I agreed to have the new opener installed. The final price was $150 higher than the verbal quote. The technician admitted that the price he gave could be confusing, but that is what the total was. I paid the bill and immediately called the manager Teresa and sent her a copy of the invoice and recounted the incident, who then promised to call me back that day.

Then promised to call me back for the next three days- which never happened. After my check cleared she emailed me that even though the technician admitted to her that he made an error, they were not going to refund me the $109 difference. When I asked to speak with the owner I was denied. Before me they had 17 other outstanding better business bureau claims for similar shady business practices. I would recommend you use another company with some integrity.

Very friendly, knowledgeable service men. Completed the job timely and left the place tidey. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

One of the coldest days of the year and my wife backs into our garage door. The door ends up open, hanging from a few rollers. ACS sent Matt within an hour of my Saturday call. Matt was absolutely the best garage door repair man I have seen in 40 years. fixed the problem, tuned the door and left me with a smile on my face... now for my wife!

Called several places to get general idea of how much it would cost to replace a 16 x 7' door. Kathy gave us great information and answered a lot of questions for us. Lots of data - and we procrastinated. Kathy even followed up the day the coupon was expiring to see if we were still interested. Her prompt pro-active approach got us back on track (pun intended) and we scheduled the door replacement.

The technician did a great job, kept the area clean, and overall we could not be more pleased with our door. The service, the price, the people - all get a 5-star rating from us.

They are terrible! They have sloppy, careless workmanship and a bad attitude. The garage doors they installed are flimsy and poorly installed. I would never have used them had I known.

Rob arrived within the scheduled time frame, evaluated the problem on the garage door, discussed recommended fixes with prices and proceeded to fix my garage door. He replaced 2 torsion springs, all the rollers and a couple end brackets that had failed bearings. He did all this in a little more than an hour, on a Sunday afternoon, and at a reasonable price.

The garage door never sounded so quiet and smooth. Rob was very polite and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. Great job! I would highly recommend American Certified Services Inc when you need your home garage door repaired.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS SERVICE! IF YOU ARE FINE WITH HAVING YOUR GARAGE DOOR BROKEN FOR WHOLE WEEK, THEN OK YOU CAN USE THIS SERVICE. Friday: I found the garage door broken. One of the sensor got wet so it did not close. Even I was able to find it as a problem. So I assumed very easy fix. Saturday: The technician stopped by and spent 10minutes, to diagnose exactly what I expected.

Then charged 233 dollars including the part. The receipt said minimum labor was 79 dollars and par 99 dollars, so it did not add up but I assumed it was due to the second service when he would come back and change it so I was fine with it. He said probably he will stop by on Monday, no later than Tuesday. Wednesday: No call or no news from the technician.

My credit card was duly charged for 233 dollars already. I called the company and the person told me that she need to talk to a "scheduling person", and would call me back. I never got call back that day. It was busy day so I forgot to call them back. Thursday: I called them back, and they said someone will stop by tomorrow between 10 and 12. Friday: No one showed up.

I called them by 12:10PM, and was told that someone showed up but thought there was nobody so left my house. They DID NOT try to reach me. They did not even call me to make sure I was at the house. I was looking at the window from my study through the whole time so I KNOW that nobody showed up. Now, since I had to take half day off for this, I had to go to work.

The company person said they could come back tomorrow (Saturday). I was not happy with this. Then the company person said I can keep the garage door open then the technician would show up and fix it. I thought it could be potentially dangerous when no one was at home but followed their instruction, since I really needed to fix it before the weekend. 5PM - I came back home and still no one showed up.

I called the company back, they said the technician had difficulty with "getting around", so they need to come back on Monday. I reminded them they said Saturday before but they said now it's Monday. Now, I was not sure they would show up on Monday! So I canceled their service. SEE THEY CAN REIMBURSE MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE AS FAST AS THEY CHARGED IT WITHOUT ANY SERVICE!

UNHAPPY! I called for service on my garage door that had a broken keypad. There was never a mention of a service fee on the initial phone call. I am happy to pay for charges agreed to, but I feel this was an unfair charge because I was never notified of it. I called to dispute the charge and the business then sent my invoice to a collections agency. It wasn't worth the hassle to fight it further, but I do NOT appreciate hidden fees. This company seems dishonest to me based on this experience.

Beware! They were hired to fix the sqeaks and groans in our garage doors which are only 8 years old. They did unnecessary work, did not give an estimate of what it would cost and, $531 later did nothing to quiet the doors. They do not stand behind their work.

Getting ready to close on our house and the garage door was having issues. I called ACS and at they were there immediately in the morning to help. Joe was an excellent technician he gave me all the options available.

Thank you to Reese and Jake for coming out in the blizzard to install the two new tension spring for our garage door. They were both very professional and did a great job. Plus one of them was a Steelers fan so that was a plus in my book. Thank you. Please send us a few stickers once you get them so we can give one to our neighbor and put one by our garage door opener. Do your homework! Get everything in writing FIRST! They charged my account 2 weeks before actually installing my new door. The guy who did the initial measurements/assessment was at my home a grand total of about 3 minutes.

We've had nothing but a great experience working with American Certified Services in Omaha. Their dedication to excellent customer service and garage door repair services is second to none!

The service tech arrived during the time period provided when I placed a service call. That is something that is rarely seen today from service companies. The service tech, ( David) was polite, efficient and knowledgeable.

I had a garage door system that did not have a repairable spring and of course it breaks on a Friday at 9 pm. I was so pleased that ACS was open on Saturday and was able to come and repair it without overtime costs.
