Shawn and Rick were pleasant, timely and did a great job with our garage repair. They took the time to explain options and pricing. We chose repair and they did it same day. There was no extra service fee due to it being a weekend. Thanks guys!

Patrick responded to my initial call when my spring broke. He was very helpful. He contacted another coworker to assist with straightening and securing the garage door. He review replacement door options, the cost was lower than I had been quoted by another company and Patrick was upfront about the next steps to ensure that there were no surprises. Earlier than the estimated date, I received a call to schedule the replacement door installation. James & Colton arrived as scheduled, helped me to clear the work area of all of my garage storage and installed the replacement door.

It is truly a beauty. My first thought was, now I need to power wash my house. I am so pleased with the service and professionalism that I received at Precision Garage Door Omaha! Thank you.

Woke up Saturday morning to a broken garage door. Called Precision. Rick arrived within the hour. Courteously offered a menu of services he could provide. Opted for spring and roller replacement. He told me he could be done within 2 hours. About an hour and fifteen minutes later Rick showed me the work he had completed and that the door operated like new! Timely, excellent workmanship with a friendly attitude, completed for the quoted price! Hard to ask for much more than that when you need help with something so important! Thanks Rick!

I had Rick install 2 new openers in my home. The install was quick and I was grateful to have the new openers. I have had to call Precision back twice. Both times Rick check the doors, made a simple adjustment and the issue was fixed. Rick has been awesome to work with.

Tldr: This is my complete go-to company. I am still looking at the clock in disbelief. First off, the repairmen that arrived, Rick and Travis, are complete rock stars. I tried to open my garage this morning and it was having none of it. It did not take too much investigation to realize we would need to replace the opener as the chain was not moving as I could hear the motor running.

I created a spreadsheet in preparation for what I thought would be an hours-long process of decisions of who I might hire to repair. I called Precision as the first option. My phone calls stopped instantly. Extremely friendly help desk assistance. Free estimate, available basically instantly, my own purchased opener installed without question and no additional charge. Rick and Travis showed up in less than an hour and said the motor would cost ~$220 to replace.

I went to Lowe's and purchased a brand new unit for $180. Not only did they replace the entire unit, but they also ensured my vehicle was programmed to open the door (it was unable to prior). They also realized that the "brace" for the belt was just floating there and bolted it down as it should have been. These guys were at my house for about an hour and everything was replaced and working better than I could have imagined.

Our garage door was replaced yesterday by Precision Door Service after it finally died after multiple hinges and the spring broke. Their customer service was ridiculously awesome. Patrick, the sales rep, was careful to explain all the options to us, and he contacted multiple managers to help get us an in-stock door of the right dimensions (not easy due to shipping difficulties right now).

They found us an in-stock door (saving us an estimated wait of 4 months without a garage door), and Shannon JR and Colton installed it quickly, courteously and professionally. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend Precision Door! We just had them out to replace what I thought was a simple cable snap. Turns out, our garage door was installed completely wrong and Rick caught it right away. He was knowledgeable and quick! I really appreciate him taking the time to point out all the things he saw wrong and making sure he fixed it all. I would have never known so many things were wrong. Now everything is working as it should!

Precision Door Omaha installed a new door for me about a year ago. It is a huge improvement to my old one. Today, I had their technician, Arnold, come out and check the door because it was making a popping sound. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he had done and how to maintain my door in the future. I will be calling them back anytime I need help with garage door services. I highly recommend!

James from Precision Door installed a new garage door opener for us in less than an hour. He came on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with the work by Precision. We certainly plan to have them replace our other opener later in the year.

The serviceman's (Patrick) first words besides a nice greeting was I'm hear to help you save money. Patrick did an inspection, gave me options and then we both came to an agreement on a best plan of action. He showed me some things I could maintain myself and explained how to do it. Spent about 35 minutes with me, made a small door adjustment and left without charging anything. When the real need arises, I for sure am going to call this company. I'd classify them as #integrity, #relational, #knowledgable, #professional.

Have had mixed experiences with this company. Their doors themselves are fantastic, and the techs and Randy were fantastic to work with. We had trouble getting things scheduled through the office though. Then, about a year after our new door was installed, when we requested a small repair, we were told we had an outstanding balance on the door - turns out the company never billed us for the second half of the door, and since we had never seen another invoice we assumed we were square. until a year later when we had to come up with that money unexpectedly. Bottom line - worth working with, but expect some hiccups and frustrations along the way.

Great teamwork! This team went above and beyond to coordinate and fix my garage door. After a spring broke on Thanksgiving it started looking like they were not going to be able to fix my door on short notice, but they made it work. After a few unexpected surprises with the hardware on my door they where still able to get the door fixed ahead of the projected time. I have already recommended, and will continue to recommend Precision Door Service.

Arnold is a model employee that all companies should strive to have. He came out this AM to look at and diagnose our garage door issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will use this company again.

We had a few hiccups in the beginning after a tree fell on our house during a nasty windstorm in July 2021. We needed a new, functional door for our garage and could not wait for anything custom, but the team was able to create a similar product to the one we originally wanted. There was an issue with a fit to the frame of our 65-year-old house, but the team worked with us to make sure we were happy with the finished product and satisfied. It was a process, but we have a nice door that is appealing and secure.

Awesome experience with this company. We usually do an annual check and tune-up on our garage doors and have always used Garage Door Service. I can't really say anything negative about Garage Door Service but have always felt their tune-up was basically an expensive lubricant service. For the past few weeks, we've been hearing clicking noises when our main door opened and closes.

So I decided to try a different company. Precision Door Service had great reviews so I them gave them a call. Their technician, James, was great. He was quick and professional. He explained everything he did. But the reason, I will continue to use this company is, James actually checked our door's weight/balance and made adjustments to our springs.

This is something I never saw Garage Door Service do. James also quickly identified the source of our clicking noise, which ended up being a major safety issue, and he fixed it. Our door is now smooth and quiet. Totally worth the call.

Rick was a great guy to work with. Spring snapped on our garage door on Saturday, and he arrived within the anticipated timeframe. He worked efficiently and was very knowledgeable. Very nice man. I would recommend him in a heartbeat! And, will call him in the future, if ever needed. Thanks Rick!

I couldn't be happier, they solved a year long problem we had that a competing company of theirs (who installed the garage on our new home) couldn't fix! I feel Ric and Randy both (who have fixed a garage at my old house and my new house) take a lot of pride in their work, they are ethical and operate with integrity. I only want to work with Precision Garage Door from now on.

Called Precision today at 7am they answered and had a technician here by 9am and a new garage door opener installed by 11:30am! Great service, competitive pricing and very knowledgeable employee.

Absolutely ridiculous. Technician was late and they charged us an exorbitant amount for 20 minutes of their time.

One of their technicians, Frank, showed up when expected. He made light and fast work out of taking down my old, noisy GDO and mounting my new, nearly silent GDO.

Very professional and friendly. Ric is a really nice guy. He did a great job, and found that my springs were under warranty, so he saved me a ton of money. Did a great job and fast. Came out on Sunday too. I have been using this company since we bought our house in 2000. Never going to try anyone else.
