I had them clean a sofa and loveseat so I could sell it. It looked brand new after they got done.so we decided to keep them and a family member gets free furniture! (They did a great job and I highly recommend this business.) I've done business with other cleaning companies and Natural Dry is head and shoulders above them! We had our tile and carpet done today by NaturalDry Carpet Cleaning. If I can find a way to post pictures on here I will! It was a great job. The tile was literally black when we bought the home from so much oil and grease on it. These guys did a fantastic job, you can actually see white grout lines now. The carpet cleaning was excellent. Overall very good experience.

This was my first time having my carpets cleaned by Natural Dry and I must say I was very impressed. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I was so pleased with the outcome of the cleaning. We are very happy with Natural Dry Cleaning. Scheduled the appointment online, notified 30 minutes before techs arrived, were on time and friendly, professional. The carpet came out GREAT! When you walk in the door you can immediately smell how fresh. Will be using again.

Funny story, they cleaned my carpets back in 2017 and absolutely loved the service of the workers as the cleaning of of my carpets. I just moved into the house and the previous renters must of had pets because there was a strong stench of pet odor especially on the stairs. Everything came out amazing and smelling fresh. I have been trying to remember who I used and finally found them after looking on and off for 3 months. I'm very happy to have found them and will be calling them back to have my carpets cleaned in the near future.

I had my carpets cleaned about a month ago. This company is absolutely amazing, from the beginning of getting your quote, to them arriving to your home promptly, to them explaining what type of cleaning solutions they are using and the purpose of them, the 2 gentleman that clean my carpets were absolutely professional and courteous! I will only use this service going forward. Also they didn’t try to up sale me, which I loved. They were straight to the point when it came to how much the service cost.

This company is very good at what they do. Thats why we only us them to clean are carpet. Best thing is that the carpet isn't left soak and wet after there done amd leaves a great smell. Its a bit over priced but worth it..

Over all great customer service. They called and said they was going to be a few hours late for my appointment and was nice enough to give me a 35 dollar credit towards my cleaning they just left. As of right now I am highly satisfied. The two men was very friendly and helped me with my needs as we just bought a home that the previous owners had cats and had horrible smells but I am finally hopeful for the first time in 5 months that my issue has been resolved. I have used several different carpet cleaning companies and they have never been able to get out stains. My carpet was like new when Natural Dry finished my carpet. They get out pet odors and pet accidents. The only carpet cleaning company everyone in Vegas should go to.

Extremely Poor service. They did not show up for a 2:00-3:00 PM appointment. They then blamed it on the Customer for not providing the correct address and tried to say my accent was the problem. There were no apologies on their behalf and they blamed me for missing a call that went to my voice mail while I was unavailable.
