Not just good It's great. From the job booking to the completed window washing everything went perfect. Our windows came out like new. We had not had them done in 2 years and the difference was night and day. The entire house was done in about three hours. Our window cleaner did a complete job and did not leave any mess. I plan to use them again next year.

Shawn is a very responsive business owner and he's always so kind even when I had to reschedule a few times. His team is professional and so talented. There was not one spot on any of the windows. We hired this company to do windows inside, outside, screens and tracks, on a house we are selling. James arrived a couple hours early, and we don't live at the house, so we really couldn't be there any sooner than the agreed upon time. No problem, he started on the outside, then went to get lunch and came back right on time. He was very accomodating.

The house had been occupied by smokers and the windows hadn't been deep cleaned in years. His work was fast and flawless. If you want to make your house look brand new, call J&J. Well be calling him again. Nice to hire a company that does outstanding work as promised.

We used this business to wash our 3 storey home with many large windows, screens and difficult to access many of them. We were truly amazed at how clean all our windows became. We had our screens washed, tracks vacuumed and washed and we were very happy. Believe it or not, it began to lightly rain during the last few hours of this 6 hours job and they came back to "touch up" all the exterior windows. We highly recommend them. Professional, respectful of our property and worked efficiently. You cannot find that too often these days!

I know people think cleaning windows is ez.my husband tried on a couple occasions as i had forewarned him that "it's much more difficult than you think!" we have used J & J numerous times since we have moved to Henderson ~ Caesar & Shanklin are a polite, friendly & efficient duo. if you seen something & point it out very willing to correct without explanation, they just correct it! starting with window tracks then to the windows & screens. our windows even slide open & closed easier. try them you won't be disappointed

J&J Window Washing was FANTASTIC! Our windows look so amazing! I contacted the company and got an immediate response and booked. They were willing to reschedule due to bad weather coming so that was much appreciated. The cleaners were extremely professional (they loved the dogs!) and worked quickly by removing all the screens and cleaning them, vacuuming the tracks and then cleaning all the windows with solution inside and out. We couldn't be more pleased with how AMAZING they look and the price was extremely reasonable! We will definitely be using J&J Window Washing again! Thank you!

It has been too long since I had the outside windows cleaned. I ask for quotes on Yelp and I chose J & J. This was based on their reviews. They were in the middle as far as pricing was concerned. When you look at some of the photos on their reviews, you can see they do a lot more difficult work than doing the outside windows of a single story home.

The two men who, came yesterday did their work quickly and well! The outside tracks were cleaned as were the screens. The windows haven't looked this good for quite a while. When COVID-19 is behind us, I will have them do inside as well and have a complete job when I feel more comfortable with others in my house. In order to maintain distancing during COVID-19, you are emailed an invoice when they do the work and pay via credit card so there's contactless payment. Once again, Yelp comes through!

I almost went with another company and I am so glad that I didn't! I contacted J & J Window Washing through Yelp to get a quote. Not only did I receive a response super quickly but the price was super reasonable! I scheduled my window washing for the following week but asked to reschedule a couple of days later because the forecast showed possible rain that week. J & J was more than accommodating.

I was so impressed by the work that I will definitely continue to have J & J wash my windows. They even washed the tiny window on our shed! I mean, the work is in the details. Amazing! We have over 60 windows on our 2 story home. After 3 years of spending many full weekends of cleaning then myself, risking injury and getting so-so results, I decided to try J and J as recommended by a neighbor. Marcus and Martin did an incredible job and our windows look beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be having them out on a regular basis. By far the cleanest SEEN in Las Vegas! They have the most professional crew of window cleaners. They were quick and concise and very knowledgeable of all things windows. They also have a top of the line economical pressure washing unit; the only one of its kind in Vegas.
