These guys are doing things right. I have used them multiple times and each time has been just fine. When we schedule a date/time they have always arrived on time, I really appreciate that. The results they produce cleaning rugs, carpets is excellent. we have animals and they always get our rugs & carpets very clean. They are also priced competitively. I have used first choice for many years now but only on carpets and always got an excellent job from Jerry. I had him clean the kitchen tile last week for the first time and to my surprise he put life back to the tile and grout. I will admit I waited far to long to have it cleaned but Jerry made it look like new. Great company, very professional, honest and reasonably priced

Absolutely the BEST carpet and tile floor cleaners in all of NV! I will not use anyone but them Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and superior work ethic. Prior to moving into a home we purchased, we had First Choice clean all carpets, tile, and seal the grout. They even got paint stains out of the carpeting. Our floors looked new again. Krissy and Jerry were outstanding - honest and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything prior, during, and after the work was completed. WONDERFUL COMPANY!

Jerry and his crew came out to power wash our pavers, front and back. I could not believe the attention to detail and pride they exhibited in their workmanship. They do not take any shortcuts! They basically triple washed everything and were very professional throughout. I will be referring First Choice to all my neighbors and friends. They have a great attitude and are there for the long haul.
They splattered my pathway solar lights and my slider windows in the back (naturally will happen being right next to my pavers), but they took the extra time to clean those as well. Who does that? First Choice Carpet and Tile Care will! They are my "first choice" from now on. Give them a call and I truly believe you will make them your first choice too.

My first experience was when after renting for 2 years, I had 30 days to find and buy a house. I did some research and hired this company. I wanted the rental house to look better than when I moved in. They did a thorough carpet shampoo and tile cleaning. The job exceeded my expectations. Now, 2 years later, I hired them again to do the same job at my new house.

2nd time using First Choice, this time they came to clean and seal our tile floors and kitchen counters. Arrived on time, got right to work and did a great job as always. Jerry and Bryce arrived right on schedule. Extremely efficient procedures in cleaning our rugs and upholstered chairs. Jerry was particularly meticulous in getting out stubborn stains. He took the time to demo his cleaning procedures on problem tile and grout. As a result we will be using First Choice for our near term tile needs.

Fantastic! I had my carpets cleaned a little over a year ago by a different company, and I wasn't all that impressed with the results. Thankfully this wasn't the case with First Choice Carpet and Tile. They showed up on time and did a great and timely job. I was worried about the area in front of the couch because there was so much wear there, but now you can't even tell. They scheduled me in very quickly and the gentlemen that did the job were professional and did an amazing job.

First off, these guys got me a same day slot on a Friday so I was already happy. Jerry was on time even with a freeway closure and his team worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. My house is clean again! Very reasonable price for three rooms, stairs, and two area rugs and they explained the products being used as well as what to expect while the wool rugs dried. Very happy with the service. Would definitely use them again.

We needed the carpets to be cleaned upon moving out of our rental and Jerry was there within 2 days and explained his whole process. We even bought a metal toy box for my son while we lived there and didn't realize the bottom was rusted and stained the carpet pretty bad and Jerry was able to get it out! It didn't even look like anyone had used the carpets yet by the time he was done. I'll definitely be using Jerry's service again when needed!

These guys did an outstanding job cleaning my stairs, hallway and bedroom carpets! No waiting at all. We called on Tuesday and they cleaned our carpets on Friday. Jerry came in and explained all the work that was going to be performed and how the machines worked. My backyard has baseball field dirt that my three dogs drag in. Jerry had not seen this before (I've never seen this kind of dirt in a backyard either). Jerry and his crew had no problem cleaning the carpets. I will definitely use First Choice again!

First Choice Carpet Is aptly named. This is a highly professional, licensed, company. They arrived on time and did an outstanding job on our rugs at a reasonable price. Their rotary machine did a far better job than the companies who have used wand scrubbers that we've had in the past. This company should be your First Choice when your carpets need cleaning.

This will be the second time we are using First Choice Carpet & Tile Care. It is always amazing when Jerry the owner comes out to do the work with one assistant. They do a amazing job on the carpet and if your grout is dirty Jerry will make it look brand new again. Awesome job on my carpet and on my tile. I am very happy with the job that Jerry did with the carpet in our entire home as well as all of our downstairs tile.
