Shaw was recommended to me by a neighbor who has been pleased for many years. I called and was greeted with eagerness to accomodate my broken AC unit, but the were fully booked for the entire day, but they were willing to call back when there was a cancellation at the last minute. Service tech was excellent! Thanks for the cool air!

So back on the second one of your White Nissan Trucks decided to half merge into a lane while on the FL Turnpike near mile marker 263. For quite a distance he was in two lanes at once making it near impossible to merge right as he was still half in it. (For quite a distance) So I have to speed up past him to merge into the lane I need. He then proceeds to finally get over and speed past me while flicking me off.
This behavior in both idiotic driving and in social interaction is absolutely unacceptable. Again this was on the Florida Turn Pike near Mile Marker 263. This occurred on April 29th around 2PM. He was driving a white Nissan pickup belonging to your business. His license place is 506PCP.

I had tried for over 2 months to get my air ducts replaced & the guy that kept not calling me back when he said he would no longer works for them & every message & attempt to talk to the guy in the office never happened. I never got a call back and am very unsatisfied with the whole ordeal. I found a company that does a superb job, figures in to account how much air each room needs, what part of the house gets the most sun, explains everything, calls back quickly or answers the phone right away & the best part to this excellent work & professionalism is that it's almost $1500 less. Everything happens for a reason!

I have used Shaws air conditioning and heating for serval years. They are an excellent company. The office staff are very courteous and friendly and the field workers always treat me with respect. I was pleased and impressed with the level of professionalism that Darryl showed. I really appreciated him pointing out the areas where I could make some easy adjustments to improve the efficiency of the system and save some electric costs. I will certainly call them back when it is time for winterizing my system.

One of your vans almost merged right into my car. During rush hour traffic they were in a lane that had to merge to the right after the traffic light and failed to realize my car was right next to them while they came over into my lane like it was nothing. Then proceeded to go at least 65-70 mph down a 45mph road. A lot of companies have how's my driving stickers on the back of their vehicles, lucky for that person y'all don't.

We took advantage of the air conditioning checkup that was offered by Shaw Mechanical Services through Angie's List. The technician did a thorough tune-up and safety check-up on our system. Daryl Evan, our technician, arrived on time with proper identification. He did a complete inspection of our Lennox gas furnace and air conditioner.

Unbelievably great service! Shaw Mechanical just finished installing a new AC unit and air handler in my Winter Park home. Their staff is the best! From the office workers, to the people in the field, to the installers themselves, everyone is highly professional and knowledgeable. Their estimate was very competitive, and best of all, their workmen left my home in pristine condition! No one is ever thrilled with replacing their AC unit, but if you have to do it, I highly recommend giving the good people from Shaw a call!

SHAW Mechanical was awesome from the first person to answer the phone to my tech. Ken was polite when scheduling and Angel my tech was an angel. Kind, professional and educational. I didn't feel bullied like other companies and definitely felt Shaw was courteous and, professional in every aspect from customer service, pricing and knowledge.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but these guys are great. I had them install a new AC unit, and rather than just install the same size unit, they sit down and do the calculations necessary to properly size your unit. Though it is not intuitive, an oversized unit actually costs you more money and makes you less comfortable, because it is constantly switching off and on. An oversized unit does not run long enough to remove the humidity, which is very important here in Orlando.
When I called Shaw, Ken Eggert and Shareef came out and looked at the current system. They proposed a new location for the system, which would lead to greater efficiency. They installed a larger intake, again for increased energy efficiency. They were timely, and did a great job. I could not be happier with the new system and, more importantly, with the quality of service I received.
