Clogged kitchen sink. Eddie used a technique that was less expensive (about half the cost of what was quoted over the phone). He could have used a snake to unclog and personally made more money for the service a and I wouldn't have known the difference. However, Eddie (the owner) did what was best for the client. That says a lot about his character.

Instead of fixing a $15 tub leak problem, we were told we "weren't pushing hard enough" and to "soak it" (? It's a faucet attached to a wall?). This is a warranty service for a rental that we aren't supposed to fix ourselves. Now we have another call in for them to come back out. More time wasted over a simple fix. Maybe they'll fix it this time around. Here's hoping! **edit - because apparently you can't add a second review when they come back.** They came out again (at the end of the 9a-12p window) and this time I videoed the dripping and me "pushing hard" beforehand.
Same guy came out and had the replacement part with him this time. No issues with replacing the part. He was pleasant and cheerful. I'm sure this whole thing was a problem because they don't make money on warranty calls. But NO ONE wants to take off two separate days of work for a 10 minute fix. It would have been better for the company if they'd just replaced the part the first time.
If I was able to leave a second separate review, I probably would have given them 3 stars on the separate post (because 5 stars is reserved for friendly, quick, and efficient service. Not service that makes me call the landlord again.) I'm leaving it at 1 star to leave record of what to expect with warranty service. Hopefully future Warranty calls will result in better outcomes for all involved.

Got call from female they could come out on Tuesday afternoon. No show. Called twice and left message. Called this morning to ARGUE that he was not dispatched and they had no claim from the warranty company. I told him times and messages. Then he found the call and dispatch "never made my sheet". Came out this afternoon complaining before got to bathroom that it was my fault.
I only replaced the flapper because it had corroded but was still leaking into bowl. He put another flapper on says there you go. I pointed out there was still leaking onto floor from bowl AND wall valve. He sees dirt on floor and says we broke the bowl. Only other part was I removed the lid. Tells warranty the toilet was in "many" pieces and we had destroyed it.
We lived there 2 months been leaking one month. I only replaced flapper. Couldn't grip wing nuts to do anything if I had wanted to. He complained entire time. Eddie was plumber. Had another company come out and do the repairs this POS company was sent out to do. Apparently they are good with thier family and friends, not warranty calls? I have a home warranty policy so they were sent to me. My window was 11-2 At 2:15 I called company and left message. After no call and no repair man I called again. This time I was told another hour before he could come. Already took off work and broken toilet I waited. Never flushed my toilet or did any further inspection. Told me he had to get permission to remove wax seal.
Would come back another day. Been with my company 13 years have had other seals replaced and have never been told that. So at the end of this day I wasted 5 1/2 hours and still a leaky toilet Terrible service all the way around

They didn't fix the water heater. Just started the pilot. The office person was professional but the plumber was not. He wouldn't listen to me about the problem. I think because I am a woman. I asked him questions, he just ignored me. The water heater leaked out a lot of water, you could see the water stain. He said it was just a drip from the faucet.
Then told me how to fix it! That night we had hot water, the next day the pilot was off again. It's been 2 weeks with no hot water. Now, we are waiting for a new water heater to be installed.

Eddie was promptly on time. Respectful to myself and my Tenant, as he gave us his take on a washing machine drain solution. He explained what parts would be needed and personally helped me locate them at a parts store. I was able to follow his very clear installation instructions and the problem is now solved.

Eddie was a really nice guy but could not guarantee the work because of the way the pipes laid out so he advised us to get someone who would do what he could not because his rooter was too big for the inside of the house. Otherwise he was great and we did not feel that we had been duped. Service:Drain cleaning

They were unable to fix the problem, but in all fairness, it was a little out of the box. We are having problems with a seat riser for the handicapped. I do feel like he tried what he could without damaging the toilet. He did offer a possible solution for a shield from Home Depot, so we'll try that. Service:Repair toilet

Amazing service and really saved me in a pinch! My kitchen sink was super clogged and backed up and my friend couldn't fix it so I called them in a pinch on a Sat, after hours. They were nice enough to come out to help me, and not make me wait until the morning. Eddie diagnosed the problem and went to work, fixing it and also stayed around to make sure my disposal was working properly and wasn't getting backed up again. Lifesaver. Spot on communication with them from the beginning to the end, and also amazing price. I highly recommend them!

My elderly parents own a home in Fresno. Our home was having problems with a stoppage so I located the Drain Masters on the internet to help us. I just wanted to say thank you for putting my mind at ease. Your receptionist is very nice and answered all my concerns and questions. She kept me informed as to every step by step process.
