Called PR plumbing and they came by on. Sunday. Tyler was awesome. Super professional and good expertise. I had an emergency need and all the other 24 hour locations have still not returned my phone call. Not the case with PR plumbing. I contacted them about 9:00PM. Their dispatcher said someone would call me back, and they did! The repairman called and said I would be about the third in line that evening and that if he came after midnight there would be extra charges.

I so appreciated his honesty and decided it could wait until morning. He said that he could have the office call me in the morning, which they did at exactly opening time. They had a serviceman, Jason out to my house within an hour. Since I was at work two minutes away, I asked if he could call as he was on the way, which he did and I met him at the house. Within about 30 minutes everything was repaired and the cost was affordable. I will only use PR plumbing from now on.

PR Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company in the Central Valley. We can personally recommend them to anyone who has a variety of plumbing needs. They can do it all from a faucet installation in a kitchen to hose bib replacements in our yard. Their services are reasonably priced and their technician's are the best in the industry. PR is always there for our plumbing needs, and theirs is always a job well done.

Wonderful experience! Jesse came out same day as my initial call, told me what was wrong after diagnosis. Came back same day to install new toilet, showed me everything was in good working order. Richard was amazing! Very professional and respectful of the unit. He definitely took his time to make sure everything was working while being short staff. The AC/ heating unit works amazingly and way better than before! You can tell he is passionate about what he does!

Excellent responsiveness and service. As a owner of a business that is open 7 days a week, it is critical that you have a company that you can rely on, all 7 days. We had a plumbing emergency during our business hours on a Sunday. PR was able to schedule same day service. PR tech, Jesse, came within the timeframe that was given to me. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue in 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

I had an approximate 25-foot section of my main line end up with a belly that needed to be replaced. After a couple of quotes and visits by other plumbers, I talked with Jose and he brought Rob out to confirm the issue. He was super friendly and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward, something I felt was lacking with the other companies I spoke with.

Within a few days, the repair dates were set up and the quote not only beat the prior companies', but came back lower than their own original quote. The techs who came out were Jason and Skylar, and they really did an amazing job. They were respectful, timely, and diligent in their work. I appreciate them and felt comfortable leaving my home open to them from the start of the project.

This was a huge repair causing my floors, foundation, and about two feet of digging to access the line, yet the house was taken care of and not left a disaster for me to deal with each day. If in need of a large repair, I am definitely a success story, but because of that, please let this give you confidence that any smaller issues you may have will be handled with the utmost care and concern. The service is great, response is fast of course, the workers are very, friendly and professional. they never leave until they make sure everything is taken care of. you can ask them questions of other things and they are fast at calling the company.

Nothing they are horrible. I recommend them to go out of business. They have worked in apartment and a few of my associates house and did not do a proper job which result in disasters result. I believe if you're of a certain dark ethnicity other than the right color. They are the right company for crooked situations. I do recommend this company.

Worst company service I have ever had! Came to my house after 4 days of no AC. Said its freon and he would fill it. He mentioned it should be good. But if there's a leak they will need to return. No problem.

Under our Home Warranty program. Needed a simple drain cleanout. First time only lasted a day then backed up again. Second time lasted about two days then they tried to sell me a whole new system which would require them to first camera the line (not under warranty) and then dig up my whole line to replace it (also not under warranty).

I am the property manager at Country Club Estates, a GSF Property. I received a late night call about a water leak at a apartment this last Thursday. It ended up being a slab leak. This team went above and beyond and had this major problem fixed within a short time.

We were having issues with our heater running all the time. A technician named Anna came out wednesday and was able to find the problem and get it fixed quickly! I recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs!

Thomas was wonderful. He showed up with a great attitude, diagnosed the problem with my complicated hydronic water heater quickly and we had hot water and heat in the house 20 minutes later. This was especially meaningful as we had waited for 6 days for (another company) to find a part, when a part was not even necessary. I will also be leaving a review for them, only not quite as nice.

We just moved into a new house and had trouble with our heating unit and our thermostat. Benny came out the first time and found the problem immediately. He was professional, helpful, friendly, and he went over and above the call of duty by even finding an annoying noise after the unit was fixed!

Miguel came out to fix our gas fireplace and did a great job. It took less than 30 minutes. This was after a competitor in Clovis came out and wanted to be paid in advance, $60 more, and could not fix the problem. I highly recommend PR Plumbing (Miguel).

Supervisor Benny and Joe came out to our house today. He works like a detective. He found the problem; that 2 previous companies could not do. This man is truly a professional and you can count on him to solve any thing that's going on in your unit.

Josh at PR Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning was able to send technicians Jeremy Gale and David Pafford to replace the condenser on our A/C yesterday, even with their schedule being very tight.

Sorry, but I didn't appreciate the unnecessary rude service and my front door being slammed. Got a technician named Steve, I really don't recommend him.
