Pacific plumbing was dispatched to my home last week for my plugged drain. Blake the technician was great. When he arrived I told him I had to leave in 30 minutes he said no problem. He was able to unplug my drain in less than 30 minutes. He was both personable, and knowledgeable.

Blake from pacific plumbing is the best and a life savior, i called home warranty for a toilet flange repair and another company"not menitioning their name" said they cant do it we cant fix it i have to hire a carpenter for $800 to put some wood down then theyll fix it. Blake came and fixed it in 30 minutes no problem whatsoever. He also installed a water heater and garbage disposal for me through warranty with ease no problems i would totally recommend them over the other companies who dont even try and just look and state they cant do it. 10/10 would recommend life saviors

We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company through our home warranty service. We needed our water heater replaced, which they did, quickly, but the problem is they want us to pay for things that they quoted, but was not done. Why should we pay for copper piping that was not used or installed? They want an extra $60 for "modifying" the T & P line with "up to 2 feet of copper", but that wasn't done. Copper was never used.

They also want an additional $45 to "modify" the gas vent line, but it wasn't modified. We have pictures proving that the gas vent line wasn't modified. Now they want to change what was put on their itemized final invoice to make it look like these charges are justified, by changing it from "modified with up to 2 feet of copper" to "modified with galvanized steel", which was never discussed with or approved by my husband.

He was led to believe he would only be charged if copper was used. When my husband looked at the work done after the water heater was replaced he made the comment to the plumbing tech that copper wasn't used. The guy replied with "it wasn't needed". I will say the guy who came out and did they work was great. It's the office management that is terrible.

My home warranty referred me to a company that had come out multiple times over the same issue. I requested another company and was referred to Pacific Plumbing. They had come out previously, and being that the problem wasn't solved, I ended up having to go with another company. Though, looking back now, I think it had less to do with Pacific Plumbing and more to do with the home warranty company.

That said, the same issue presented itself and I am very happy that Blake from Pacific Plumbing was sent out. He went out of his way to ensure that the issue was taken care of, spending his time to make sure everything was clear and that the issue was resolved. He went through each of our lines along our laundry/sink/main to ensure that there were not any blockages, going above and beyond what I think any other plumber would have done. We couldn't be any happier with the service provided. Thank you!

I want to say thank you to Pacific Plumbing Co. as they were on time and professional. They got my new heater in 24 hours and came and installed within that timeframe. Tony came the first day to review and inspect the water heater leak, and Jerry came the next today to complete the work order. Having home maintenance stuff can suck, but these guys made it all better. I am a proponent of any company's success, especially when they perform the job properly. Thank you, Pacific Plumbing Co.

They came out to replace a valve on my tub/shower, they soaked my bathroom, including my antique cabinet, and left the tub where you can't turn the water all the way off. They left as 6 o clock on a Friday and now have declined and potentially blocked my phone number refusing to speak to me habout fixing it. If you want one problem fixed only to have a worse one left behind, go with this company. I'm a single mother, and don't have any spare time or money to be dealing with this

Entire house backed up. 100+ yo house had no cleanout. They were at my place in 2 days and installed a new clean out. The price was much less than I thought it would be. They saved the day. I will definitely call them if I have any plumbing problems I might have.

I was put in contact with Pacific Plumbing Co. through American Home Shield for repairing a 19 gallon water heather that was less than two years old. A technician was sent the following day who identified that the heating element was bad and needed to be replaced. He left the heater intact. Four days later when I called to check the status, I was told that the part was under warranty, and I had to order the part myself.

I called the manufacturer, and I was told that they were a wholesale company and the order had to go through the plumbing company. More time passed as who and how the part was supposed to be ordered got tossed around between American Home Shield and Pacific Plumbing. This morning the heater leaked, damaging the kitchen floor and the wall. I called the company and got a bureaucratic response that I needed to get the part so their technician can come and replace it. Absolutely no concern and a sense of responsibility for customer welfare, safety, and courtesy.

Called AHS warranty company, have had bad experience with them in the past. They assigned me to a different plumbing company at first but I saw bad ratings. I decided to go with Pacific Plumbing and their secretory from the beginning was very helpful to give me the soonest appointment. She was candid and helpful. They found the leak from the interior and the leak was fixed professionally.

My warranty company AHS has assigned a service request to Pacific Plumbing and I have been trying to reaching out them for last 2 days and left messages, but they never bothered to return the call. Terrible customer service

I'm not even going to give them a star because they never came to my house! (Had to give one star to post) The first day they were scheduled to come out between 1-3pm they never showed. When I called to see why they never showed the guy on the phone said he was the owner and told me his plumber came and knocked several times, yet we didn't hear not knocking in my tiny thin walled condo.

The owner proceeded to give me attitude and yelled me saying I was calling his plumber a liar. When I can't say they didn't call he said because they just didn't. So we rescheduled same time different day and that would give us a call before they came. That day comes and no call. So I call to ask what's doing on they say they were stuck outside the gate and couldn't get in.

When we ask why didn't you call, they said they did but no one answered. I would can a place when I have my phone on me all day. There was no missed call. So they told us we still come out later on the day between 5 and 6. THIRD TIME NO CALL NO SHOW! I hope this helps you to decide to use this company. Do not recommend!

I had a major blockage in my house. I called them and the owner David said that "people call us when others can't do a job or when they don't know what they're talking about." Well, their employee came here wearing slippers. Charged me $1000 and only partially cleared the blockage. Moreover, they advised me to change cartridges for exuberant money which I later found out didn't need to be changed.

When I complained to David on Friday evening, he replied by saying, "they'll have to let me go as a customer." Just when I needed someone the most that's when they provide with such a reply! On Monday they did contact me and were asking to charge $100/hr per employee (working 4 employees at a time) for however long it takes. I hired another company they were far more competent and professional.

They figured out the problem in no time and didn't need to break up the garage floor, like how David had advised. Unless you have a small job, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They take advantage of person's vulnerability and lack of knowledge. Invoice #15573 (Paid you every last dime). Not only you and your employees are incompetent, but you sir are also a big liar!

Never ever doing business with them again. I was referred to them by my home warranty services to fix the water heater. They were quick to come and diagnose the problem but after that its been 15 days and they still haven't fixed my water heater. Their diagnosis was that heating rod not working and needs replacement. Even after 13 days and me calling them multiple times they failed to come back and fix the problem. finally they gave the excuse that part is on back order and I have to wait even longer.

They wouldn't even give me the part number. I called the water heater manufecturer. They gave me the part number and the info of supplyhouse.com to order the parts. Guess what, I was able to order the part and even the regular delivery came on very next day. So much of not able to find regular water heater part. And top of that the mamufecturer trouble shoot my problem.

They asked me to just clean the heating rod with sand paper before replacing it. And, that worked. The water heater is working fine with $0 out of pocket cost. And pacific plumbing gave invoice of $400 to the home warranty service to replace the part that did not need replacement. Very unprofessional and greedy company! They don't even have voice mail setup. Good luck calling them and getting them on the phone. They will never call you back to update on the status of work order. Stay away from them!

No, just no. Caveat emptor! This company is dishonest and severely lacking in knowledge/skill when it comes to correctly diagnosing and/or repairing in-home plumbing problems that move beyond unplugging a toilet. This owner is extremely defensive and seemingly lacks the ability to address anything other than the most simplistic plumbing issues. As for dishonesty, they were sent by my home warranty company to replace a hot water heater, charged me $70. for new straps and, then, proceeded to reinstall my original strapping.

When I requested a refund of $70. I was informed, no refunds. So, I sent them off to purchase new straps so I would get what I paid for.although, obviously, the original straps did not need to be replaced. Second experience with Pacific Plumbing was worse. They diagnosed a shower valve problem but didn't move forward with the stated repairs. Instead, the owner sent someone to install a mechanism on my washer, but that didn't correct the problem. Then, suddenly, the owner decided he needed to charge me, out of pocket, $795. to try something else with no guarantee the results would correct the issue.

I said no to that idea and, as a result, the owner reported to the insurance company that the problem was due to abnormal wear and tear which, of course, was an untruth. Consequently, the insurance company closed the work order. Also, when a tradesman leaves blank work order copies with a customer (me), I'm guessing that said tradesman will be using his imagination to fill in the blanks, charging the insurance company whatever he deems appropriate. Furthermore, inserting a device on my washer is a far cry from replacing the shower valve. Hmmm.no favors done there. Also, their work is sloppy and if they're entering your home to do work, good luck. I'm wondering if the home warranty company does not pay them what they believe they're worth so they pad and/or cut corners when dealing with insurance clients.

This only goes to show the dishonest mindset of this owner and his spouse. P.S. there is a "school" for those aspiring to be plumbers. It's known as a trade school for apprentice to journeyman plumbers. No need for a hard knocks education or employer sympathy program, mr. plumbing company owner.

My mom accidentally stuffed way too much meat down the garbage disposal causing the kitchen sink to back-up, and washing machine to flood part of our house. Pacific Plumbing came to our rescue! David and Jack were extremely professional, kind, and knowledgable. They knew exactly what to do, and did it in a timely manner. I was appreciative of David's willingness to answer me and my father's questions, and share some education along the way.

He also showed me our main water line, so I could see just how clean and clear it was running, once everything was fixed. Our family is very thankful for Pacific Plumbing's services, and could not have had a better experience! We would recommend and use them again, in a heartbeat.

My company has been using Pacific Plumbing here in Fresno for quite a few years now. They have provided excellent service at a better than fair price. From the office to the technicians that come out, they are awesome! And I can tell you, we have put them through some pretty rough situations. If you are looking for dependable, courteous, and efficient plumbers, call them.

We had another plumbing company come out ( they will remain nameless) and created an entire mess. We were not able to utilize either of our showers for 13 days waiting on the other company and they wanted to sent out the tech that caused the issue. We reached out to our home warranty company several times before we got a rep that could help. We were given four company's to choose from and we decided on Pacific Plumbing.

I will start with the call from David to set up the appointment he listened and was very accommodating on scheduling. We had a nice conversation. The next day Tony ( was amazing) and he was able to fix the debacle that the previous company created. This whole process was a nightmare but when PacIfic Plumbing stepped in to fix the issues we were very pleased with there service. I highly recommend them if you are having plumbing issues.

I have used Pacific Plumbing twice and both times Jerry came out. First to replace my garbage disposal and second to unclog my tub. He was beyond professional and fixed the problem quickly. First and foremost I want to Thank Pacific Plumbing for hiring an exceptional employee. Tony was our Technician, he was so professional, and personable. He fixed a leak in the pipe under the sink, he first surveyed the leak and pipes and made sure he had all the materials needed before he started taking stuff apart. He took his time, was not rushed like other companies we've used in the past.

He replaced the entire pipes, and made sure everything was perfect and than after all of that he unclogged the drain and he also made sure the drain was competed unclogged before he packed up his tools. We truly admired he's work ethic. I guarantee that we will most definitely be using Pacific Plumbing for all our plumbing needs through AHS and will share our experience with our neighbors, family and friends. My first experience was great but when my water heater needed to be replaced they destroyed the door frame and didn't bother to let me know and threw the frame in my recycling trash can. We spoke with management and were told they are not carpenters. Also that the house must've been built around the water heater by the previous owner. Funny since we are the previous and only owner the house has had.

The water heater that was replaced was 22yrs old and the our house is over 40yrs old. There was never a problem before this with the door frame. I am very disappointed and feel they took advantage of an 82 yr old disabled woman with Covid.

Had a visit for washer drain backed up. first visit was one plumber took one screw out of the wall cover and said we needed to install a clean out in order to use snake so that would be $180 I asked to go through American home shield for authorization as that's who sent them in the beginning he said it would be taken care of I had to call home shield twice to have the company emailed asking for a request for authorization I also messaged the plumber. finally a response and home shield would not cover no big deal had them come back out to install two plumbers this time. they installed the clean out and snaked the pipe but left the connections leaking had to have them tighten them they also let a hot water heater from last job drain in front of my driveway I live in a gated community so explaining I would have to clean that up they got out of the truck and used my hose to wash it farther down so I will have to clean in in front of my porch now and on top of that did not even attempt to put my washer back in place and hook it up to make sure it was all good extremely unprofessional I will be leaving a complaint with home Sheila as well. horrible experience Update : I had to have the warranty company email twice requesting your findings so yes I understand timing but I had to have them get it from you and the water heater didn't just leak they moved it to the lift on the back of the truck and drained the rusty water. they also said a Sheetrock guy needed to put the cover with 4 screws back on. it was a bad experience and the response is great as well thanks for your feedback

The work was sloppy. The two guys that came (I don't want to say their names) were sloppy. They made holes on my wall that were not necessary. When I invited the owner to come to my home to see the concerns I had, he flatly refused and stated that he was too busy. He got angry when I talked to him about my concerns. I won't use this company again. I wish I had gone with a second company even if their quote was a little higher.

We would like to thank Pacific Plumbing for the wonderful job that they did replacing our water heater outside. The estimate and scheduling were quick and the replacement has work is working very well. Thank you Nancy and installer for all of your help.

I contacted my home warranty company last week as we noticed water coming up from the drain under our washer machine in our laundry room. Warranty company sent out Pacific Plumbing at my request, after offering several other companies with very poor ratings (I always check ratings of companies that the home warranty company is going to send out). Pacific Plumbing came out two days later and stated that the problem wasn't a clogged drain, but was instead our washer machine leaking.

I didn't agree but couldn't really argue with the plumber. Three days later, warranty company sent out appliance repair person who attempted to drain the washer. Once washer drain cycle began, water started to come up washer drain pipe in wall. The washer was not leaking. There was a clog in the drain. Contacted warranty company and after four days waiting, they authorized another plumber to come out.

This plumber was able to come out same day and was able to find a clog in the drain, clear it, and get us back in business. While I don't usually like writing negative reviews, I am very disappointed considering the delay we have had to experience. Update: I appreciate David responding to the comment. I completely agree that these things can happen.

I up'd the rating from one star as David responded to the comment. The plumber that came out did not state that he had cleared any clog and was adamant that the problem was the washer machine itself, and not any drain stoppage. I am not writing off Pacific Plumbing completely. Again, I specifically requested them because they have stellar reviews compared to many other plumbers available.

We had a leaky toilet and got pacific plumbing through our home warranty program. They called immediately (less than 12 hours after I sent in the claim) even though it was after "regular business hours"! When Jerry came to the house he was kind, courteous and very quick - first with a call to let me know he was on the way and subsequently let me know immediately what the problem was and fixed it - all in less than an hour! He cleaned up the area as well - huge plus! Thank you, Jerry for a great experience with your company! I'll definitely be using pacific pluming in the future! Jenn

Pacific Plumbing was dispatched to my house through American Home Shield to repair a hot water dispenser. It has been over two months now. I call to find out what is going on and they say ' oh, you need to call and speak to this person'. I call and this person says they will check on it and get back to me. No call back. One week later, I call back.

They say let me check. I will get back to you. One week later I call. No reply. I email them. No response. I submit another service request. No response. What gives with this company? Save yourself the headache. Do not hire these people.

First the guy on the phone is always rude, the plumber tony fixed the issue but got the hot and cold pipes on the opposite side, we called back so many times, even texted and not even a single reply and even the lady on the phone said she would ask her manager if they could fix it, no reply there too. All I was asking was if the issue could be fixed or not.

WOW.the quality and speed from the initial phone call to installation is remarkable. Dustin was our technician that arrived at the initial call and also installed the water heater. Dustin is everything you want.he was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Dustin's work is impressive, he works with quick precision. When he was done with the installation it was cleaner than when he arrived. It's clear Pacific Plumbing and Dustin are a winning team! We will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs.

Very unprofessional, do not know how to do their work!i will never use them again! They came to my house not only tHey did not fix my problem but broke a pipe. never came back to fix it! I did Not interfere with any work! Your unqualified employee after 4 hours could not fix a fossil and had to LIE and say he will come back the next day to finish the job.

The next day was Saturday and he never showed up. I called your office I found out you guys are closed on Saturday and Sunday, why do u have an ADD that says open 24/7? I have to tear up all my bathroom cabinets to get to thE mold and I can't do that. If your a reputable company you shouLd send a professional to the do job! After all it was your mistake!

My water heater started leaking and Pacific Plumbing came right out to investigate it. They determined that it needed to be replaced since it was from 1977 and unable to be fixed. They came right back out the next day and had it replaced very quickly. They updated all my fittings and did a great job with the new unit. They even went on checked on my second water water heater just to make sure it was functioning properly without issue. I would highly recommend them! Very nice and professional.

Is there a zero star? Me: Can you come Tuesday at 9 am and send somebody who knows about water softener? Owner confirms. Tuesday at 10:15. Tech arrives and says he's never put in a water softener. Says that the owner does this to him all the time. Oh and btw, sorry that HE was late. Me: Have the owner call me to reschedule, I have plans Owner calls back 15 minutes later and says that he won't be able to help me, ever. Wow. Good luck Dave. That's not the way to do business.

We had this service 3 months ago. Horrible, to install the new tub. Guess what they scratched my tub. 2nd didnt clean up their mess. Greedy owner David charged us way more. So wasted money. Left all the trash here and made us to clean up afterward. Reconsider when you think to use this service. Shop around you will get much better deal with David.

My technician was wonderful. He explained what the issue at hand was and what could be the problem. He knocked every times before entering and was in and out. Thank you!

Dan and Pat were my servicemen. They were so professional and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and offer advice. Impeccable work done on my bathtub/shower and also my toilet.

Dan came to the house and assessed what needed to he done; then came to make the repairs the next day. He was very prompt and has an out-going personality. The repairs he made work nicely.

He was professional, on time and neat. He stayed till I ran the dishwasher and made sure there was no leaks before he left.
