The original founder decided to sell the company in 2004 when it was still very small and struggling to make a name for itself. At the same time, Jim Donnelly, current company President, decided to retire from his career as a successful engineer in Orange County, California and sought to purchase a home services business.He and his wife Lesley decided to purchase Accurate Termite and Pest Control. Though neither had previous experience or knowledge in termite or pest control, both developed a keen understanding of solid work ethic and customer service principles by growing up working in their respective family's businesses.

There are two main types of rats that we are likely to come in contact with in California; the Norway Rat and the Roof Rat. Ant colonies can number from 300,000 to 500,000, and whole colonies can uproot and relocate quickly when threatened. A colony can live a relatively long lifetime with worker ants living up to seven years, and the queens living as long as 15 years. Ants leave an invisible chemical trail which contains pheromones for others to follow once they locate a food source.

I have been using Accurate Termite and Pest Control for around 5 years now. They are professional and they have amazing follow up. I don't have to worry about remembering to call them every few months. Whenever service is due, Carlton gives me a quick text and scheduling is super easy. Carlton always shows up on time as scheduled, he is courteous and polite.

We had some bees in our house right after the rain, this was the first time ever for us! Anyways, I called Accurate Termite, Pest Control and talked to Dru. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with our situation. Accurate sent out David to check out what was happening. David did a great job locating and resolving our problem. We had a small hive started between the fireplace and the wall. Thanks to the prompt service we were able to avoid a much larger problem.
