These people are unprofessional first they had someone come out to fix a leak but that person didn't fully assess the issue! Turns out the job was more than just one leak so when they fixed the first leak there was still a issue apparently. Called them came back out and it was determined there was another leak. Then tried to charge me for coming out and reassessing which I was not told about any trip charge ahead of time! Sent me a bill and added on labor for no reason because they didn't fix anything the second time just determined there was another leak while they were out here for the second time as if dealing with a leak isn't already stressful enough!

Excellent. In less than an hour they located the outside drain ( that several other "drain specialists") hadn't been able to locate for many years. Those others preferred to do a poor job. Heeter Plumbing were responsive, efficient, respectful and should be voted The Best in Dayton. Thank you!

We've used Heeter a few times over the years and I just want to say how amazing a company they are. All of the technicians that have come to fix our problems and the ladies in the office are just amazing. They are quality service and we recommend them whenever someone says they need a plumber. We've used this company a couple of times due to them being contracted with a warranty we have. I have not been impressed with them at all. They misdiagnosed a problem and ended up rerouting our water main when that was not the issue. When we called to let them know the problem still persisted, they just told us to wait and see if it would eventually clear up.

Later we got them to come out again, and the estimator was exceptionally rude. He cut me off every time I tried to explain the problem. He told us we just needed a snake, even though I told him we've had that done many times and the problem must be bigger. I told him we needed to get the situation resolved, regardless if it was covered under warranty or not.

He just said it would be a lot of work and wouldn't give us any options other than a basic snake. He said they would be in touch with us to set it up. No one called until much later when reception contacted us wondering what ended up happening. I guess the estimator never told them. We contacted Korrect plumbing instead and they have been great.

They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They gave us our options and got to work as soon as they could. Once they got into the floor, we ended up discovering even bigger problems than we first thought. They were able to adapt and develop solutions. They never complained about anything being too much work!

Heeter has fixed a couple of plumbing issues we had and they also installed a water heater which has been working flawlessly for two years. In addition to their fair pricing, they're above the board honest, and that's worth a lot. Great local business.

Heeter Plumbing came out and replaced all of our old galvanized pipe throughout the house. They did an extremely good job, and we paid a reasonable price for great work. It's difficult to find companies in Dayton who provide services that are willing to show up and get the job done right. Highly recommend giving them a call for all your plumbing needs. Professional, answered every question and explained the steps they would take to complete the job. We've been wanting to plumb a toilet in the basement, we will definitely give them a call when the time is right.

Out of eight different plumbers they were the only ones who didn't leave without helping me. They went above and beyond to help me. The staff and employees were exceptional. I personally would highly recommend heeter plumbing. Again they were great.

Will NEVER use this company again! Came out twice to replace parts to my new water heater, did not fix the problem, tried to blame on ventilation issues. When I called back to let them know the problem was STILL not fixed, they told me I would need to contact the maker (RHEEM) in order to NOT be charged (remember my water is less than a year old and still under warranty).

When I called RHEEM they informed me that Heeter Plumbing should have NEVER told me that and they will provide me with a new plumbing company to take care of the problem at no charge. As soon as the new plumbers came out problem was fixed and nothing to do with the ventilation, but a part improperly installed by Heeter Plumbing! DO NOT USE Heeter Plumbing!

Did you try Heeter Plumbing in Vandalia? If you haven't, you need to! I own a restaurant in the area and needed backflow prevention check up every year for past 10 years. Every one I used charged me twice of the fee for something they didn't even do. Heeter is very honest and efficient. They told me although there are 2 sections but only one is in use, we will write a letter to city and only charge you for one. NO OTHER PLUMBER in Dayton we used did that or even bother to tell us that and charged us price for two when they only need to do one. Highly recommend them because they are local, genuine and on time.

I was very nervous about calling a plumber but several of my friends recommended Heeter and we had a water pressure problem so I called and it was the best decision EVER! Rob Heeter came out and was very friendly and listened to our problem and then checked a couple of things. He fixed our problem very quickly and only charged a small service call fee.

We have had this problem for almost a year and put off calling a plumber thinking it would be a huge cost and hassle but Heeter Plumbing made it a quick, painless and inexpensive event. I will use them again for sure!

In the past 6 months, I have had plumbing work needed twice. Heeter Plumbing was recommended to me by someone who had employed them both for his business and his home. I had them install gas lines for two fireplaces the first time. When my water heater died, I did not hesitate to call them again. On each occasion, the work was performed as promised, on time, and by professionals.

I have been greatly impressed by the diligence, politeness, and expertise of their employees. Great customer support from the first phone call through the project's completion!

Stopped by the shop on Tuesday to make an appointment for friday. They said 3 to 4 of their guys were available Friday morning. Made appointment for first thing friday. They called Thursday afternoon to ask if I would be willing to move my appointment to friday afternoon. I agreed. Friday at 330 they called and said they would not be coming to my house. Obviously this company cares very little for the home owner.

My husband and I called a plumbing company out late one night because of a drain issue. They cleaned the main drain and everything seemed to be okay. The guys told me that they had a hard time getting the cable in and out. They offered to have their camera guy out the next evening to take a video of the main. They showed up the next evening with their camera.

My daughter's experience with a certain plumbing company occurred shortly after she moved into her home in Huber Heights. The main line from the house was draining slowly if at all. The tech showed up and opened the cleanout spout cover and saw the water level was high. He worked on the drain for about fifteen minutes and did get some roots out of the main pipe.

Terrible experience: they damaged my antique bathtub and were unwilling to fix it in an acceptable manner( the offer of porcelain handles replaced for cheap ones) Was treated to perfect definition of mansplanning by one of their staff. Would never recommend them. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs

Grinder/pump stopped working at our office and toilet in basement stopped working. Plumber from Heeter went out of his way to clean out the pump and get it working again. Plumber went out of his way to work in the horrific smell.

He came out on Christmas Eve at 3:30 in the afternoon. He was friendly and helpful. He fixed our problem quickly and gave me good advice on how to prevent the problem from occurring again. He struck me as a decent and fair man, one who would not mislead you or overcharge you.
