Dooley Septic Pro

First, choose Dooleys for fast response, good price and the education. I'm taking the time to post because not only did they do a great job, but also educated me as to how to prevent future issues as well as save money in the long run. They took the time to explain my situation and how to manage my less than ideal septic situation from now on. I've been given false info about septic systems that attributed to extra $ and a weekend of dealing with sewage coming up in both shower bases.

Many local companies will take your $ and not do a proper job so that you'll have to call again a year later to make some easy $. I've heard about this and if not referred by a trusted source, I wouldn't have trusted them either. The fact is, unless you've had them come out and tell you what they told me, you're going to be wading around your bath tub in waste trying to auger out a drain clog that isn't going away.

In fact, I was ripped off from the start when I bought my home and was told that it was pumped when I bought it in 2006 because it had to be done before inspection and like they said, "if the back yard wasn't dug up like it is now when you moved in, it wasn't done". Before 2015, they were forging documents to sell homes and save $. And sometimes other companies would come out and only take one cover off and do only one of the sections because it's easier and too hard to find the other lid.

They searched and found both - which were not easy to find and dug them both up to do a proper job in 90 degree weather. We don't know anything about this so we can be told anything and think it's good. This is one service you don't want to roll the dice on. You can trust them. JVF

Cliff came out and pumped our septic tank. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. We also needed risers installed he walked me thru the entire process. Explained all the codes and reason for them. He provided the kind of service you hope to get when hiring a company but don't receive with most.

The Dooley Service Pro (Aaron) arrived at my home on time. I received a text with Aaron's picture stating he was on his way to my home. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He also wore shoe/boot covers. My toilet was leaking from the tank and from the bottom. Aaron fixed both leaks and explained what he was doing. Unbeknownst to Aaron I had also purchased a new faucet for my bathroom sink. Aaron kindly installed the faucet too.

I asked Aaron to try to install the hot and cold-water supply lines in a manner to keep them from taking up space in the under-the-sink cabinet. To my delight, Aaron placed the water supply lines in the open cavity around the bottom of the sink to where you couldn't see them at all. Great job! Aaron did a great job of cleaning up and removing all of the trash from the job.

I've used several plumbers in Springfield, Ohio (only one time per company). Now that I have used Dooley Service Pro, I will be using them for all future plumbing needs. Learn from my past mistakes! Save your time and energy and START with Dooley Service Pro FIRST!

We just got our water supply line fixed by Dooley. I honestly can't put into words how amazing the owner and his team are. They are professional and truly caring. Dooley responded on time as promised. Jack was very pleasant and informative he even called on Kaleb for further guidance to be sure that he was spot on with his diagnosis of the problem. When Kaleb arrived he further explained the issue and provided even more informative information. When they return tomorrow hopefully they will be able to pinpoint the problem and we can get it fixed as soon as possible. So far I'm extremely impressed with their service.

We needed a new shower faucet installed due to a slow water volume. Our daughter was leaving for the hospital to have twins and I thought it would be a good time to have this work done. To my surprise Dooly's couldn't get to it until the following week. I told them the situation and asked to be put on a sub list. An hour later I received a call that they could come right away to do the job.

It turned out that it was going to be about a 3 hour job. They shifted their schedule around and was able to complete the job that day. Jimmy did a terrific job as the Master Plumber. Called Dooley's and explained that our main sewer drain was clogged and had backed up into the house and basement. Was told they would have someone out asap. We have used Dooley's for years for emptying our septic tanks and have been happy. Recently we discovered that we had to re-route our septic line and we didn't know what to expect, what was involved and how quickly it could be done. Desiree went above and beyond to get a person out to our house to get us a quote and see what needed to be done. Cliff and Cricket are rock stars!

I had a leak on my kitchen ceiling from my upstairs bathroom. I called and they had someone come out within a few days of my call. Would've been sooner but my schedule didn't allow for it. Jimmy came and was very pleasant. I liked the phone call from the office letting me know he was on his way as well as the text with his picture so you know who to expect. He was here only a short while and found my problem. I appreciated him showing me what was needed. I will def call them again if ever needed. Thank you for your help!

Discovered a drain issue Monday. Dooley's came out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and by Wednesday the problem was resolved. Aaron and his co worker were great to deal with and very professional. Jack did an amazing job cleaning our septic tank and educating us on how to properly maintain the system as well as answering a horde of questions I had on septic systems in general. Our master bath was not plumbed properly. They came out and assessed the issue and was able to give us a functioning bathroom in about half a day. After over a day of waiting(no phone call) they finally show up without even an apology. I finally told him to get off my property. I think it's deplorable customer service and borders on dishonesty.
