Jason is phenomenal! He did a great job fixing sagging pipes and clearing a huge clog. He also installed a new disposal for us. Amazingly, they were able to get Dave to our house within a half an hour after I called On a Friday afternoon. Dave was great. He got the job done quickly, and the cost was reasonable. We have used Pester Plumbing for many years. We would recommend them to anyone.

We have had Pester Plumbing come out twice to help us with two different issues. The initial issue we got 7 different quotes from and from their quote to the most expensive - there was $1,000 difference. They were able to come within 1-3 days with both issues. Every person we interacted with was so nice and helpful, from the secretaries to the field technicians!

Had pester come out to hydro jetting our sewer. Ever since we moved in we have had issues with our basement being backed up into. We've had so many companies come out with no success. Pester came out and ran 450 feet of hydro jetting hit a few spots and got us flowing. Hopefully no more issues but if so we will be using them again. Very prompt with early arrival and very professional drain cleaner.

These folks are my go-to for residential plumbing. I used Roto-Rooter one time, called these guys out for a second opinion, and I haven't looked back. Roto rooter was going to charge me $17k to replace my main sewer line. These guys charged me $180 to snake the drain for roots and shoved a camera down there to prove it was clean, and in good shape.

More recently, I had some flooring done, noticed some drywall was wet at the base of the wall. Called them out for what I thought was "leaky pipes". Anticipating an expensive repair, and succumbing to the reality, I called Pester Plumbing. They said they'd have someone out the next day. But would met me know if they'd be able to make it out that day.

A few hours later I get a call, plumber is en-route. I'm at work, so the plumber goes in, assesses the situation, and determines it's a leaky valve and not leaking pipes, which would have been the more expensive (and profitable) fix. At the end of the day. if you're looking for top-notch service from honest technicians, call Pester Plumbing. My grandfather referred me to this company and gave glowing reviews so I didn't hesitate when calling this morning around 9 to request an appointment for service. I was told they would be to my house between 1 and 3 and they would call before coming. Around 11 or so, I saw a pester plumbing van pull in front of my house. I was confused that they were so early and didn't call first, but glad to get it out of the way so I could enjoy the rest of my day off.

It was about to storm and was dark out, so I turned on the porch light and waved at the man in the van, who then just drove away. Assuming they got the job times switched up and would be back, I waited until 3:30 when I decided to call back to see if they were still coming. The receptionist was not very nice in letting me know that they had "tried" calling me multiple times but the call couldn't be completed as dialed.

I asked her to verify my number with me, and it was the correct number so if her and the plumber had tried calling me there is no reason why it wouldn't have came through. I then told her I saw the man pull up around 11, turned on the light and waved at him, to which she stated that "he must not have seen you" and that "they were just driving by to see if anyone was home because we couldn't get a hold of you", which also does not make sense because my appointment wasn't until 1 anyway.

Nothing she said made sense, I didn't receive as much as an apology for spending my entire day off waiting on someone who didn't show up. I asked if they would still be coming out, which I was willing to wait on again, and she would not tell me yes or no, only that "he's on another job and will try to make it out" I will absolutely never consider using this plumbing service again.

I have another plumber who will be out around 6 tonight, who verified that my number was working with me, and who will be receiving my money. Thanks Pester Plumbing, for the biggest waste of time and nothing but aggravation.

Tried to be proactive and replace a sump pump that was 20 years old with a switch that was beginning to fail. Ended up wishing I had left it alone. I had to call to have them come back out 2 more times to fix it and it still wasn't right with water coming into my basement for the first time ever in 20 years. They tried to blame it on my down spouts not taking the water away from my foundation but it hadn't even rained and that was not an issue before the pump was altered. Then they topped it all off by just not showing up or returning my calls and a letter. Wow- too many other options to treat your customers like that.

I used Pester Plumbing for the first time today when my main drain became clogged. I am very pleased they were able to dispatch someone to my house the same morning! While the fee was marginally more expensive than I was initially expecting, I am satisfied considering the level of service of received. You do get what you pay for. I will definitely use Pester Plumbing again.

They could have KILLED a man with their carelessness, and shotty workmanship. Our condo association has used Pester for years. However the last 2 service line repairs have been horrible. Most recent were had 4 lines repaired at once, 2 of which leaked within a 48 hour time span. We were then told it was not an emergency. Our owners had to wait for Pester to return and fix at a later date.

They caused damage to our carport, and did not notify us (they did have it somewhat repaired) the newer shingles however are still damaged. Pester left our property in a mess and said that's the best they could do even though the quote stated the ground would be back to grade. So we hire landscapers to fix what Pester destroyed, while they were running the roto tiller (barely 6 inches deep) the blade grabbed an electrical wire that Pester plumbing failed to bury to code. They could have killed that man. Now we have exposed conduit sticking out of the ground and Pester is in no hurry to fix it. The lack of urgency is bewildering.

They worked on a leak in my meter and got it fixed, and when the job was done they turned the water on, I asked then if the city was supposed to turn in it on and they said no, now the city shut my water and is charging me 225 for turning the water back on without their knowledge. Those guys don't know what they are doing, I would be very careful dealing with them.

They fixed a bathutb drain and cleaned main drain for me. I was really worried about how easily it could get done and they got the job done quick and professional. Would highly recommend them.

They were quick to respond to the issue, fixed it, and only charged for the time it took. We're happy with the results. The first time I had contacted them, they we're a little hard to get a hold of; however, the next time I needed work done and called on Sunday, I reached a real live person!

I've used Pester Plumbing for several years. They've helped finish a basement, install sinks, installed a water softener. All of the employees have been professional and leave the work area clean. Highly recommend them

I hired them to correct a problem with my sewer lateral caused by Roto-Rooter. I should have called Pester in the first place. Brian's quote was thorough and the job was completed with the same level of detail.

These are good guys. We've called the chain plumbers and they always had doom and gloom. Call these guys they are friendly easy going and they do a great job, always concerned with craftsmanship. They even took care of little things that I would suddenly remember that needed fixed while they are out working on something else and without charging extra.

Unfortunately there weren't any reviews when our neighborhood hired Pester to install 2nd water gauges in 7 homes. Four of the seven have had to hire another company to correct the initial work. When BBB got involved, Pester didn't even respond to the complaints until nearly two years later.and only because the company wanted to get rid of their 'F' rating. Do yourself a favor, and STAY AWAY.
