Totally unprofessional company. Tried to sell me a air system for 18k talk to Jeremy and he bought it down to $16,300.00 for a $9,100.00 system. Got mad mad obviously when I ask for my evaporator coil back that they took last Thursday, today they left it on the sidewalk in the pouring rain and never told me and I was home.

RUN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Highly fraudulent and unethical! Scam! I have called this company twice to come fix my HVAC unit and both times they came out I received some round about answer as to why they can't diagnose the issue and need to come out 4 times before AHS warranty will fix the issue. Our coils were freezing which that typically is an indicator of a refrigerant leak.

The first technician added 2lbs of refrigerant for $180. That fixed the issue for about a week. It took them 5 days to come out again, and when the second tech came out he said magically when he went to assess the exterior unit the compressor just happened to give out. He said no issue with coils. Proceeded with the fact I should just go ahead and replace the entire system, otherwise I'd have to be without ac for two weeks.

Meanwhile he's smiling the entire time telling me I need to pay to replace the entire system when we could just replace the coils and or compressor. I'm not sure why it takes 4 trips to diagnose an issue in the heat of the summer! Highly do not recommend using this company.

Andrew was the technician assigned to us and he was very open, honest and very insightful as to the repairs and next steps. Both him and Crystal (the dispatcher) were extremely patient and helpful as to the issues we faced. Thank you both

I would give negative stars if possible. Absolutely unprofessional and unethical company. They were sent by warranty company to come out for an independent diagnosis of the issue (freon leak). Technician came out and clearly told us that there is definitely a leak but needs to pressurize the system to detect where the leak is and he needs to come back with further authorization to continue detection process.

They dishonestly went back and reported that there is no leak or no problem and closed the service order. Warranty company them to come back and recheck. When tried to call them back to reschedule, the lady won't even let us explain, said that the service order is closed by them and go talk to the warranty company again. They are just trying to scam you and the warranty company by charging the visit fee and not doing their work with integrity.

I called Ace company bc we have been having issues with our blower staying on when the system kicks off. After 3 other companies coming out saying they fix it or saying it was another thing wrong. Jake was our service guy and he figure it out. I will always call this place with anything dealing with my AC unit.

This is the WORST company I ever dealt with, stay away from this company even if it's recommended by your Home Warranty Co. This Company set up the appointment with the customer from 11am-1pm, Tech not only didn't showed up on time, no even called the customer to advise that he was running late. Finally, Tech showed up at 3:45pm, 2:45 later, like nothing, no apologies for been late, nothing, very unprofessional. Took some pictures of the A/C unit, didn't explain the problem, nor the process and left. The office employees are not far from the unprofessionalism neither, they all are the same. Worst company from top to bottom, stay away from this company.

I would never recommend this provider. Refuses to service their faulty work. I notified them the work they performed was not working and their response was they would refund my money. What about the damage they did to my home. Furthermore, their level of professionalism is non existent. Absolutely awful.

Replaced the compressor motor in my unit on Thursday, by Friday at 5 pm the unit was showing the same malfunction. I called Saturday morning and they want to charge me $75.00 for an emergency visit. Seriously, you should stand behind your work, EVEN ON WEEKENDS‼️ Extremely disappointed in this company for their greed.

Greg from Ace Heating and Cooling was here Feb. 10. 2020 to diagnose a problem with our heating/cooling system. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and knew what might be wrong. He was able to tell us what kind of system we have, as well as the age, because we had just bought this house and had no idea what we have. We are grateful him for that. We would use ACE again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them.

I have used ACE Heating & Cooling for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed. Their technicians are professional, pleasant, timely and knowledgeable. Hats off to both Bryan and Logan for the emergency work they have done over the years. I always look forward to seeing them when I get the annual a/c checkup. Thanks once again.

My service technician was Dustin, and this was my first experience working with Ace Heating and Cooling. Dustin was very professional and explained thoroughly what problems I was having with my home AC unit, and he was able to correct the issue in a very timely manner. He arrived at my house promptly when he said he would, and made sure that I had all my questions answered before leaving. I highly recommend this company for any service that you need, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We have a home warranty company that sent ACE out to diagnose a problem with our A/C unit. We got off to rough initially with one of the first techs to come but after speaking with Rick the office manager we got things back on track. After getting a number of estimates we decided to go with ACE because they offered the best price. The techs (Mike, Jake, and Greg) showed up at the scheduled time and really did a great job. They were professional, courteous and helpful in explaining ever every step of the job. Thank you!

I have called them for help twice now and they have been fantastic both times! The first time was for a dead motor & capacitor. They were there same day, fast and highly professional! I just had them replace an entire old r22 unit. They completely removed all of the old air handler components and left a very clean professional install of the new unit.

The techs worked nonstop all day to get the antiquated system upgraded and were extremely clean and professional throughout the entire process. My new system is fantastic thanks to the team at ACE!

During the two years we have lived in our home we have had a lot of issues with the A/C. American Home Shield sent company after company to fix our A/C issues, but the companies either misdiagnose the problem or just didn't want to fix what was wrong. A company that misdiagnosed our A/C issues and refused to fix the problems they found was Third Generation Plumbing A/C & Mechanical.

After Third Generation lied about our A/C diagnoses to AHS we requested a second opinion. Ace Heating & Cooling was the next company AHS sent out to our home. When Ace called us to set up an appointment Cristal the dispatcher was very professional and accommodating. After having such a troubling experience with other companies the courtesy she extended to us helped to put our minds at ease.

The good experience we had with Ace did not stop there. Logan, who was the technician they sent showed the same amount of professionalism and courtesy. He also showed up on time. Logan just didn't show up on time he properly diagnosed our A/C problems and fixed each issue. Thanks Ace Heating & Cooling

Our office, SimPhonics, was told from someone at ACE Heating and Cooling yesterday they would be at our office between a certain time frame. Staff stayed late in the office to meet with an ACE Heating and Cooling representative only to be told that when called and followed-up, the employee had lied and stated he came to our site and we didn't have a ladder that could get him on the roof.

Our units are on our roof of our building but we do have a ladder here on site that would reach. We could have found an alternative company had the employee been honest and stated they wouldn't make it to our site by end of business. I would rate this business practice very poor and would seriously ask others to question using them for their needs. We will not be using this business ever for our future needs.

Extremely happy with ACE and the work Jimmy did, I called around 10am and Jimmy came by at 1pm, diagnosed the problem without trying to upsell me, he did a bypass so we could have AC in the house while we waited a couple days for the part, he came back and put the part in and the AC took 5 mins to start up, just like he said it would. By far the best repairman I have ever had come to my house for any problem i've had.. I will be calling ACE if my AC ever goes out again.

The Technician Paul is very rude and we received worst service ever. Being hired such persons I am pretty sure the company would be nothing more than worst. This is in Tampa, FL.

I have a warranty on my home and I'm always nervous about companies that could come out. I was relieved when I initially saw the Reviews for this company. My service call was submitted online on Sunday. I got a call Monday morning for a same day appointment. My technician arrived a few minutes early and was fantastic at explaining what he was doing. I got a follow up call the next day to make sure my air conditioner was still working. Fantastic customer service and very prompt.

We were so stressed out about our central air conditioning not working, and particularly because my husband has heart and health issues. By the grace of God, we were given ACE Air and they sent us Jacob. He was on time, intelligent and courteous, and definitely knowledgeable about central air conditioning and systems!! I feel relieved and confident that at last we will have it correctly repaired, and I just wanted to give a shout out of Thanks and appreciation to this company and their employees such as Jacob, and I highly recommend them!!

I found Ace as a 2nd opinion request referral from my home warranty company. The technician - Jacob - was kind, knowledgeable and above and beyond thorough. He also found and issue that the original referral company missed. I decided to go ahead and have my older system replaced and - Rick - made sure that the warranty company would provide the coverage amount toward my new system which would lower the cost. This company is outstanding and the epitome of customer service. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.

ACE came out to my house in San Antonio, FL after the first company (Total Air) that my American Home Shield (AHS) Insurance set me up with didn't show. The guys that showed up were Paul and Ray. Paul obviously the more experienced of the two was very professional and articulate without trying to talk down to me with regard to my A/C problems when I am sure he could have easily drowned me in technical terms.

He was also very good at teaching (from what I could see) Ray. So they determined my problem was in the Condenser Coil. A part that would be covered by my insurance, but not the R22 Freon. He was very upfront about costs and provided me with repair verses new system options. The following day Rick (Manager) call and offered me yet more information as well as an additional discount.

While I opted to go with a different company based on numerous things non of which are or were due to not being happy with ACE, I was very impressed with their entire operational procedure. Rick even told me how to get a refund from AHS for the coil. Very impressed. I would recommend them, even though I didn't actually give them the work, just for the way the went about informing me of my options and all that.

AMAZING!! Our AC went out, another company came out and dropped the ball, big time. The other company (Airboss) was horrible and gave us the run around, they never even ordered the part and told us they did. I called American Home Shield and they gave me ACE. I called ACE and Crystal answered after hours and on her way home, she got me an appointment right away! Bryan came out the next morning and found more things wrong with the AC, stuff the other company didn't mention.

He put an order in for the part right away, the part came in a day later. Crystal called me and had a technician come out the next day(Saturday). Greg came out Saturday and fixed everything with the AC and made sure it was pumping ice cold air before he left. Every single person at the company was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. Thank goodness for ACE, they are absolutely amazing!!

ACE was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. I first spoke with Crystal who scheduled a timely appointment for us to get our A/C checked out within 24 hours of our call. She was so nice and helpful, so I had a good feeling from the get-go. Our technician was Logan. He had our A/C back up and running within 20 minutes of being at our house.

He was professional and so friendly. I'm pretty sure I had about 50 questions and he answered all of them with such a great attitude. It was an excellent experience and I will use them for all of our future A/C needs.

This is the worst ac company I have every seen and they should have any or all hvac accreditations or certifications removed ASAP. They have been at our house 7 times in the last 7 weeks and still cannot correctly fix our a.c. Every time that they send someone out, they spend about 10 minutes and find a random unrelated problem to blame the a.c. issues on.

They never take any of our requests or suggestions seriously. I have asked them 5 times to check the capacitor and was told that they would not do it because it's a waste of time and I'm stupid for thinking that it's the capacitor, though most troubleshooting guides with our issues recommend to check it. We still don't have ac. Avoid this company like the plague

Our air conditioning has been out since May 5th. They had to order parts and said that the parts would be in on May 13th, which the parts did come in. Now we go to scheduling the SCHEDULER who was a bit rude said "oh yes parts are in, that's a morning job because it is in the attic" you will be schedule for May 18th. I said we have been without air since 5/5 and you knew the parts would be in on May 13th why didn't you preschedule? answer "oh no we don't do that" Well I said" let me speak to the manager" Scheduler said "for what reason" and I just said, " let me speak to the manager" and she kept asking for what reason, finally she said "ok" and then came back on line and said "she is on the phone".

I said " I will hold". 5 minutes later she gets back on line with me and says "the manager is still on the phone." I finally said "have her call me." that was over an hour ago.still no phone call. But before i hung up I said" let me speak to the owner.". again "what for".oh he is not here and again I said, " oh when will he be back?" Scheduler said, "oh I don't know he is in and out" So I as for his voice mail she gave me ext 12 don't know if that was him or not because there was no "hello this is Chris not able to take your call message".but I left a message anyway.
