Please think twice before using this company. Our home warranty dispatched Cool Blew on 6/15 due to our AC not blowing cold air. The tech was very nice. Spent about 30-45 minutes in the attic and then another 30 outside. He was able to repair the unit. On 6/28 I woke up to watch dripping from my ceiling, carpet wet and visible spots. The company came back out ( 4 hours late).
The tech identified that the condensation pipe had became disconnected and it's been leaking for a week maybe two. He reconnected. The last person on the attic was the first tech and must have disconnected on accident. The company is refusing to repair the ceiling or the water damage! I've never had issues before with an AC company but now I'm so upset. They won't fix what they know they caused! I have water damage and my ceiling needs to be repaired and painted. Horrible company

The worst experience ever. Out here 17 times and didn't fix anything. Lied about what was going on. Tried to put heat strips in the vents when there's hole in the system and leaking freon. Said the back thermostat was bad and I replaced the front thermostat with the so called bad one and it works fine. Then says the power line coming down was broken and hot wired the system.
The guys from metro had the line fixed in 10 minutes after your tech said it would be a difficult job and requires another service call. 17 times out here! 17! I will NEVER call you again and I will definitely be telling others about your service tech's performance. These are just the facts, not how we feel about the situation.

These guys were great and very professional. They were done removing and installed new ac unit within 2 1/2 hrs just today. Would definitely recommend them. They 4 guys that installed, girl on the phone and the 2 guys that inspected the unit in the beginning were great. We really appreciate everything they did. Even my pit liked them Thanks everyone!

These guys are great. They were positive and a joy to work with from start to finish. Their communication was great and they did a stellar job. Cool Blew has been my go to A/C company for many years for both my home and a rental house. In the past they have always done a good job at a fair price. Recently the smaller of my 2 A/C units stopped working so I called Cool Blew as I've always done. They responded quickly and all it needed was a new contactor. He showed me the part and said a new one is $282 which seemed high to be but I needed it done because I had company coming so I told him to go ahead.
After he left I took the old one and looked it up on Amazon - there were numerous options for the same part and all under $35. I respect a company needs to make a profit but I feel like a was ripped off big time. Time to find a new A/C company.

Cool Blew was assigned to me through my home warranty service for a pre-season HVAC check-up. The technician, Chris, was awesome. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about the clients. Chris asked about the filters that I have been using, how often I change them out, etc. Normal stuff, but Chris went online and sent me info on better filter options that will also be a little easier on my two roof units. Chris was incredibly respectful and helpful. Next time I go through my home warranty for any HVAC needs I will be requesting Cool Blew from now on, and asking for Chris by name for as long as he is there.

Cool blew came out. the service technician did not complete the job at the initial visit disregarding the work order. The following day another repair technician came out. The company excessively stated due to rust and damage from flange. The tenant neglected and caused damage to a rusted part which caused our home warranty not to cover a repair. The company excessively charged just to cover the call at the second visit and charged ridiculous fees. Fraudulent documentation to charge rates because Cool blew had to reschedule due to the lack of workmanship. The disgusting practice due to the company's disregard. Would not recommend!

I had a new quiet air conditioner installed in August. The installation went seamlessly, but there still was a vibration. Today Eric came out to make sure the furnace was ready for the winter season. This company will treat you like family. I have used Cool Blew for nearly 3 years for HVAC and plumbing needs. They have kept my 28 year old AC unit primed and pumping despite it being on it's last leg. Their availability is incredible and their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. Our AC went out on Friday and it was very hot in here due to it's AZ in the middle of the summer. We thought there was a big issue with the AC, however, Ian realized there was a loose connection to the electrical box circuit that runs the AC. He did three full turns of the screw and the unit came back on. We are very pleased with the service. Ian is terrific. Thank you Cool Blew!

This company was sent by my warranty company when my ac was out. Due to miscommunication (on my end, not theirs), took over a week to come out. Diagnosed bad compressor and said it was due to dirty coils that were "100% clogged". Said the warranty company wouldn't cover it and I should replace. The unit is over 20 years old, so replacement is coming, but I asked for both replacement and repair cost.
They would not give me repair cost breakdown, just said it would be 5k to repair and 8k to replace. I had another company come out and agreed bad compressor and dirty coils, but just regular dirty, not the complete clog, as claimed. I had a couple portable/ window ac units, so I had time to figure things out. Ended up finding another 2 companies who quoted repairs at less than half what cool blew said.
The fact they misrepresented how bad the inside coils were and were pushing replacement was bothersome. I'm sure they're good at some things, but I wouldn't recommend and will request a different provider from the warranty company in the future.

We have been referred to Cool Blew I think 4, but at least 3x through our home warranty company. 3x plumbing and today AC. I have found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, on time, and easy to work with. Today we had Dan repair our AC (sorry can't recall plumbing team names but they were great too). Dan did a quick and efficient job fixing our AC unit, had us up in no time. Showed up during the window of time promised. IF I were ever to drop 1 Guard I'd definitely have Cool Blew on my list of service companies I would utilize.

Third time's the charm! After two other contractors failed to repair compressor issues in an older A/C system over a month of trying, the warranty company finally sent out CoolBlew and they got it done. The office called promptly to set up appointment and Eric went beyond the call of duty getting it back in operation, including cleaning, assessment of the attic-mounted air handler, and dealing with an overheating compressor.
He gave clear descriptions of all the problems and how he dealt with them, and was a pleasure to work with. Next time I need warranty service I'm asking directly for CoolBlew and him to handle it.

New update. After many visits with home warranty, decided to replace unit. New unit pricing was frickin awesome and trust me, I shopped around. Currently have a loaner unit.yes.a temporary loaner unit attached to my home until my new one comes in. Hands down I am COMPLETELY blown away at the level of service and dedication to the customer. The extreme amount of flexibility and the plain out "we gotta take care of the customer". If you need ANYTHING with your home ac, your an idiot if you don't start with cool blew!

I had requested an appointment for last Wednesday with Chris, who was referred to me by my very favorite a/c tech, Greg, to discuss a new a/c unit. He was very prompt and took time to go over different units in great detail. I purchased a unit that day, it was installed by very professional and knowledgeable installers on Friday. Three hours later my unit was up and running and they were on their way.
It was so great doing business with a complete staff of people who truly care about satisfying their customers. I highly recommend you check them out before making any a/c decision needs.

I'd like to share our experience with Cool Blew Solar and Electric. After receiving 2 quotes from reputable companies in the area, Cool Blew Solar was the most economical. Scott and Jesus gave us a well-informed presentation regarding the pro's for going solar. They showed us actual bills from customers clearly showing how much we could save and also the very fact that Electric will continue to be more expensive makes it more sensible to install solar.
Our roof is 23 years old and Scott agreed that it needed to be replaced to ensure there would not be water damage problems down the road. Also, how costly it would be to remove the solar panels once they've been installed to replace the roof. Scott showed us three different plans, depending upon how many panels we purchased and how it would decrease our current bill.
All of our questions and concerns were totally answered in regards to the product itself, cost and the pros and cons of purchasing versus leasing the panels. Scott and Cool Blew handled all the correspondence and scheduling with APS, continually including us with updates. Cool Blew representative, Kody, waited at least two hours for APS inspectors to show up outside our home.
He wanted to be here and respond to any questions that might come up with the inspection, prior to interconnection. The installation team did a very professional job. I've seen other installs with naked conduit running up walls. Cool Blew bent the conduit and it hugs the trim then they painted it, matching our house exactly. It's almost invisible. Angel connected our solar monitor so that we are able to check out how much power we're continually producing.

Our central AC went out unexpectedly on a 113 degree day. Called Cool Blew at 8:00am on a Saturday morning. Dispatcher immediately scheduled service appointment for between 10:00am and 2:00pm. The service technician arrived at 10:30am, :well before we thought, which was great. Ricky C. was our service technician. He was prompt and prepared to get the job done.
He went right to the source of the problem and exchanged a the part that had failed. It literally seemed like no time at all and the AC was up and running as it should. Overall we were extremely impressed with the Cool Blew company from start to finish. The cost was very very reasonable and the entire service experience was worry free on our part. We had a previous company through our home warranty come out to fix what should have been a simple issue. The previous company completely plugged off our system by melting the aluminum to copper connection and then tried to turn on the system in turn plugging the whole line up into our attic. Jimmy was sent out to repair the issue. Jimmy has great knowledge on copper to aluminum welding, as the previous company he both told me that there are very few contractors in the valley that can do it. Jimmy did a great job not only fixing the issue but explaining the issues to us as well as showing us the problem.
I really felt like I wasn't getting screwed over like i have in the past where a contractor shows up, crawls in the attic does something i have no understanding of and then swiping my credit card. Thanks for the hard work and good job. 10/10

Thanks to Cool Blew my house now stays cool when temperatures hit the high 100s. I was charged $1,600 (Would have been $1,100 but I wanted a smart thermostat installed) However, they saved me $10,000. They were able to fix multiple hot rooms in my house by installing dampers, sealed some ducts, relocated one duct to run directly to the air handler, replaced some of my vents with new ones to allow better air flow and installed a ecobee smart thermostat.
I had 3 energy audits done on my house prior to Cool Blue. One company quoted me $12,000 (Said I needed to replace all my windows, new ducts, insulation, install additional vents, new AC Unit and Air Handler) Even though they told me that my AC worked good. The lowest proposal was for $5,500 which I did not have. Thanks again to Sean and his guys for helping me stay cool this summer :)

I'm surprised this company has this low of a collective rating. I was in the market for a toilet upgrade and started contacting plumbers. Jim from Cool Blew was the first to respond--actually the only one at this point, (3 days after my initial emails/phone calls went out) so I quoted with them first. He was quick to send a written quote, and when my roommate and I discussed it, we felt it was very reasonable.
When I asked how fast the work could be done, Jim said it all depended on inventory of what I wanted at the local store. Turns out Home Depot had what I wanted in stock, so Jim even picked it up for us charging only a small fee. He came and installed both toilets within two days of me initially contacting him through their website. How's that for fast service? Jim himself is a five-star tech.
If I had any more work to do from this company, I would definitely try to request Jim again. The missing star is for two things. One, even though we had an afternoon appointment between 1p-4p set, He still showed up past 4pm. Around 10 am, my roommate called Jim to see if he could tighten up that window a little. Jim originally said around 2pm. He did call my roommate sometime around 2ish pm to update him that he was running late. Jim said the office "squeezed in" another appointment ahead of us.
I completely understand when that has to be done, but I figure, even if inefficient, everything in their power should have been done to make our appointment on time since we had the appointment for 2 days already. Second reason the star is missing is that even though Jim called to update us on running later than planned, I feel it is the office/admin staff's responsibility to notify the customers.
I don't know if I have an accurate impression of Robert, but I do know that even though Robert works in the office, Jim was the one answering my emails and calls as well as updating us on arrival time. I don't know if its true that the office (Robert included) set another appointment ahead of ours, but that didn't help my disappointment in the office staff either.
I sent a couple emails to the general email box (not Jim's direct Gmail) that went ignored. All in all, I am content with the company performance. 90% of my interaction was with Jim and he was definitely a representative of ideal customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Excellent work! Fantastic Customer Service! Carl from Cool Blew came to my house today to figure out the leak in my hall bathroom, which is wall mounted. He did a fantastic job! He had to chip out my toilet from the floor to get to the wall mount was ring. He did it without scratching or chipping a thing using only hand tools. He fixed the toilet and put it back in place.
He also caulked around the toilet and leveled it to be sure there wouldn't be more issues. He was professional and cleanup after himself. I will definitely be calling Cool Blew for any plumbing/AC issues I might have in the future.

My Home warranty company sent me to them Monday 8/5. At first they were very diligent to get me scheduled ASAP (8/7). The technician Chris was nice. Showed at 13:23 for my 12p-4p appt. called the Home warranty people the next morning said they can't move on anything until C.B. submits the proper paperwork. My house with animals (breeds not permitted in hotels) are stuck in 92-100 plus degree heat (with every fan in the house running) until they do so. Warranty company has called them 2 times asking for the paperwork. I'll update my review as things progress. Update.
I received a call Friday 8/9 at 1352 to schedule for Monday 8/12 for 9a-12p to fix the issue. I call C.B. At 1210p spoke with Daniel; asking when someone's coming since they haven't made contact yet or shown. He had to place me on hold while he called the technician. Told me he got "held up" at his last appointment. They would need to call me back soon with another time frame as to when they will be here.
I already took off work to be available for the 9a-12p appointment. I've been waiting at my house in 99 degree temps waiting for them all morning all ready. Heather calls back at 1230p to say he's going to be another hour to two hours at max at another job. She says there isn't any other installers so all she can do is reschedule for another day. Honest and fair sales rep that looked over our system more than the last 3 technicians that came out to repair our system. He found and showed me a fire hazard and said "I don't care if you buy from us or not, but please don't use your furnace until this gets fixed". he didn't bad mouth other companies, just told me how they worked and what their system would cost. Installation was done with no surprises and no hidden fees. Installation team was efficient and professional. Highly recommend them!

I came home from my night shift job on July 4th to find my AC was out. I called my home warranty company around 10am and they dispatched the job to Cool Blew. Cool Blew called me about 5 minutes later and said a tech would be out before noon. Johnny arrived a little before 11 and the AC was fixed by 11:30. On the 4th of July. I was in bed and asleep by 11:45 and was able to get 6 hours sleep before getting up for work that night. Thanks guys! There’s a reason I always request you when I have a problem with my AC!!

I just had to kick their tech out of my house for being a prick, I had my home warranty old republic schedule and pay them to come out and that my thermostat was missing a screw when their were all the screws their to make the connection he wanted to charge me $180 to move one screw to a different socket literally centimeters over. And saying that he doesnt work for free when in fact my home warranty has paid them to come service me and that it only covered 1 hour dude has been here for 20 minutes and I told him I would move the screw for him and he kept going on about getting more money, he wouldn't even leave my house when I told him to leave I had to escort him out. Beware of this bait and switch company they are thieves and arrogant people.

This morning I woke up to water on the floor next to the garage. My water heater had leaked and needed to be replaced. Victor called me right away and got the info. He was there within the hour. I have used Cool Blew for years and they are always knowledgeable, skilled, prompt, and they fix the problem the first time. I had an issue with my a/c a couple of months ago and Shane came out and discovered there was a relay that was broken and not working properly and causing the a/c and the heat to be running at the same time.
