I have previously reviewed Plumbing Masters on Google and have only good things to say! Discovered bathroom leak upon inspection selling home. Plumbing Masters was responsive, on time, friendly and professional. Brad and Chad came out for initial diagnostics and Levi came to repair the leak. I'm very happy with everyone I've encountered through Plumbing Masters!

I contacted Plumbing Masters early in the morning and they came over within hours. Brad Smith was very professional and honest. He was quick and friendly. He was able to detect the problem and fix it promptly. His service was excellent and I'm very grateful for his help. I would definitely use them again for any figure plumbing needs. RIPS OFF THE ELDERLY WITH OVER CHARGING: I had a leak in my master bath faucet. The man came out and put a new cartridge in it and that really did not fix it. A cartridge costs about $50 at the most I looked it up on line. I also looked up online what it could cost to have a plumber replace a cartridge and the highest was $250.00 or so. Plumbing Masters charged me $495 dollars which was excessive.

I am a senior citizen and this is abuse of a senior citizen. He did not give me an invoice but emailed me one later and that is how I found out all he did was to replace a cartridge. It still leaked until my son came and fixed the handle on the faucet. DO NOT USE THEM!

I had a fantastic experience working with Brad and his team at Plumbing Masters. He was very professional and you could tell from the moment he started explaining the situation that he knew his stuff. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone in need of a plummer. Saul and Trevor from plumbing masters were outstanding! They did a fantastic job explaining everything and providing us with details and pics of all work performed. At first I thought they were great - when you call them they are very very helpful, the technician comes out and tells you everything you want to hear, they perform the work, but. I had a leak in wall and they quoted a price. While on the phone with my warranty company, the technician couldn't break down their prices and explained the repairs to warranty company.

He said call on Monday and the office staff could do it. Called back first thing Monday and the office staff says they don't do that. Relayed that technician said to call and they said it was up to him. They only offer a standardized price without breakdown. Already paid and happy with work, but tried to explain that needed it for insurance. The office staff became very rude.

They said they would answer call from home warranty - nope. Warranty company called them and they would not break down the prices. So when technician was at my house warranty company said they would cover close to $900 from his description, however since Plumbing Master was UNWILLING to help and BREAK DOWN their charges that we paid for the warranty company would only pay diagnostic fee and drywall for $295.

So total cost of 1300 but because of false promises of the technician and the office staff being UNWILLING to help lost over 1K. IF YOU HAVE HOME INSURANCE or HOME WARRANTY stay away. Also, if you want customer service after the work, forget it!

I had a wonderful experience with Plumbing Masters. I had a tree root growing in a pipe. Ry, Ben and Chad were fabulous every step of the way. They were professional and were extremely detailed in digging out a small space without damaging any of my plants, driveway pavers, etc. They came back the next day to make sure my drip irrigation lines were repaired and you can barely notice anything was done.

We just moved to AZ and were not familiar with water softening systems. Brad was very nice and informative when he diagnosed the issue. We ended up needing to replace the water softener. They had Ben and Jacob come out the very next day. They did such a great job. Everyone was so nice and took the time to teach us about the system. They were on time too! Thank you guys so much!

I have to say I was totally impressed with Jacob at Plumbing Masters. We have a tankless water heater and I did not know how to flush it out. Jacob went over it step by step while I took pictures and notes. He was very patient and knowledgeable. The price I paid Plumbing Masters was $800 LESS than what another plumbing outfit had quoted. He went above and beyond normal customer service and I will use this company for whatever plumbing needs may arise in the future.

I called for a plumbing leak detection, was quoted $29.95, the dispatch then changed the price because it was a rental private owned to $49.95. The technician was WOUNDERFUL, he explained the leak and also explained that he was a subcontractor which plumbing Master did not share, then the technician said it would take 3 hours couldn't do the repair that time would come back in the am but would call "the office " to get a price.

After consulting with what he said was "THE OWNER " taking 3 hours to repair sweat a cluster of 5 copper pipes with two leaking 3 hours it would be a whopping $1,295, after consideration and time and parts I agreed. The technician arrived took inventory of parts needed, made several trips to his truck he cut and repaired two lines and replaced 3 other 90 degree angle water lines with total time of 90 minutes, arriving at 930am leaving with basic conversation at 11 am, which is NOT 3 hours which was quoted for the price.

The change in pricing and misleading time frame, non disclosure of a subcontractors makes me owner of 6 properties NEVER to use or recommend plumbing master! After a call back from the OWNER and much discussion and negotiations the owner offered to reduce the invoice to a flat $1000.00. Fairness and honesty is best in policy! Running a company is very challenging to be profitable and to retain employees with integrity. Working with the public myself for 35+yrs is both challenging and rewarding in the service industry.

We called Plumbing Masters yesterday, May 23rd, to have our water heater flushed and were able to get appointment for today, May 24th. Saul and Trevor were outstanding in everything! While Trevor was doing the 50 point inspection, he noticed one our toilets was not bolted down all the way and we asked if they could fix that as well, which they were happy to do!

There are just no words to describe how wonderful of a job they did, how professional they were, and transparent they were with everything! If we could give them 10 stars, we definitely would! We totally recommend Plumbing Masters!

I received a free estimate from Eric Hirsch with plumbing masters company. He was so professional & knowledgeable in my plumbing problem. He was very pleasant honest & so nice. If I have issues with American Home Shield (currently having issues ) not wanting to cover my repairs, I will definitely consider utilizing plumbing masters / Mr. Hirsch to complete my repairs.

Ry is a true professional! He has been through 2 quite large issues we've had. Ry is thoughtful, explains the issues the why's on the job. I highly recommend Plumbing Masters! I wouldn't think of calling anyone else after my awesome experiences of this company. Thank you Ry! Mary McAllister

We had 2 toilets installed today by Saul Baca ESCAMILLA Very conscientious! Left the job site clean. Over all a great job and I would recommend him!

I called this company, telling them what I was advised that I most likely had a main water supply leak to pool but that I needed this confirmed. They scheduled an appt, then called me, the next day, at the time of my appt, to tell me that they don't service this type of leak. So unprofessional! They wasted my time and I'm in a hurry to get this leak taken care of. They should've told me this when I first called as I could've used another company, which I cancelled, because they said they will come out.

Requested a plumber take a look at our NEW water softener. After agreeing to pay the obligatory $29.95 fee for someone to "take a look" we agreed on an appointment today between the hours of 11-3 p.m. About 2 p.m. the office called advising he was delayed and would be here closer to 3 p.m. Nothing I could do but wait. At 3:30 p.m. I called the office to find out what was going on and Michaela said "When I talked to you earlier I told you he was delayed.". She denied ever saying he'd be here closer to 3. Wasted my entire day waiting. I did not reschedule but told them I was sending them a bill for $29.95!

Toilet was plugged, I called Plumbing Masters, when the technician came out he did not even check the toilet. He said he need to run a camera from the clean out, outside. He said the lines needed to be pressure washed. Then he said he needed to replumb the clean outs. They charged me $3200. I hardly ever use that bathroom, I had company, they used the toilet, it was still plugged. Called the company back, took the toilet off the mount found a root in the line just below the toilet. The tech in the first place should have checked this first. Don't call Plumbing Masters. Way over priced did the expensive work and did not check the quick fix first.

Very disappointed. I scheduled my appointment one week in advance. I was getting new countertops and needed a plumber to install my new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher. On the day of my appointment, no one showed up. I called and they couldn't find my appointment and blamed it on their system. Yet found my original call for my appointment.

I rescheduled for the next morning and still no one showed up. When I called they said everyone was in a meeting and no one was available until 1 pm. My appointment was at 7:30 am. I told them I would call someone else so I called Reddi Services. They came out within 30 minutes. Had the job done in no time. Gerald Schultz was my technician. He did an awesome job.

Critical: Value I loved that they were responsive (on a Sunday). And the plumber (Curtis) was friendly and quick. However, what was getting repaired - an outdoor faucet - took only 30 min total and then the bill was $525! I really felt like this was price gouging. Service: Repair faucet

Their 3 man team repiped the entire house correctly, for my 82 yr old mother. We had 3 different types of plumbing pipe to include galvanized steel, copper, and pvc.also included was old school asbestos in the drain vent to be removed. Lovely. They quoted a fair price and lived up to their promise to perform and beyond. We were in tough spot.no water, catastrophic flood, showers in the backyard with a water hose till I could get there from out of state to help clean up the mess. Plumbing Masters -plumbers for life. Way overpriced. To replace main water valve they quoted over $1000.00. Received two other quotes for under $200.00. Needless to say I did not have them do the job

DO NOT USE: Plumbing Masters is overpriced, but we were in a bind. My mom passed away and we are selling her home. My mother was a very loyal and long term customer. I called PM since they had installed the original water heater years ago. So, I paid $1800 for a new water heater last month. Later in the month, at the home inspection, the water heater installation failed inspection because it lacked a drain pan and there is a pipe for the drain.

There was a pan with the old water heater. I called PM and I said they should come and fix for free ( especially given the $1800 installation price). They didn't dispute that, we set an appointment, they called today to give me a 30 minute window of arrival time. I left work in the middle of meeting to drive 30 minutes. Here is where the story goes downhill: In the meantime, the technician calls my brother to tell him it costs $250 just to show up and my brother cancels.

My brother had no idea I had even made an appointment. I had not given PM any alternate phone #s when I made the appointment. I am waiting at the house when I get the text from my brother. I called the dispatcher who told me to call the technician. He said he didn't have my phone #. Despite that it was the only phone # I had given the dispatcher who had called me to let me know the window of arrival time just 30 minutes earlier.

When I talked to the tech, after he talked to his boss, the "best" pricing due to my circumstance became $375-ish just to start putting in a $10 Pan (which I had) for the approximate one hour of labor. The technician explains that they have to make margin. I am pretty sure they made margin on the $1800 installation of a $500 water heater. This is ridiculous! I would like to charge them my hourly rate for the wasted 2 hours of my time. But instead I will let everyone I know to steer clear of Plumbing Masters.

I experienced a major leak at my home from the exterior. As a new home owner this was beyond scary. I called several plumbing service providers and no results. Finally I reached out to Plumbing Masters. My appointment was confirmed by wonderful text message that even included a picture of the technician and a short bio. Michael Pace came out and fixed the problem within a few hours.

He even showed my husband a few things about plumbing which has been super helpful. He was beyond professional and knowledgeable. Well, firstly, I'd love to thank the tech that came out today. He was awesome. His attitude was great, and he stuck with it, even when it wasn't resolved at the end of the visit. My tankless water heater (2 yrs old) stopped working. Faulting out error code 12. While he was here, troubleshooting, we got Rheem on the phone regarding warranty.

The tech originally said he would clean the flame rods but didn't think that'd be the fix. Yes, I agreed to the service. But for the flame rods and ig otros to be removed, (them be already clean), and at the end of the night, we have to wait on a control board from Rheem to arrive in a few days. which the tech even said he doesn't feel confident will fix it in the end.

But hey, I still got to pay Plumbing Masters $291 today and no fix, no hot water! Just a $291 bill! And I still have to pay for labor when the board arrives! Yea, idk about that. All I know is that I just spent nearly $300 and my water heater is turned off and unplugged and I'm about to shower with cold water.

Husband made an appointment last Saturday over the phone, was told someone would be here on Wednesday between 1-6pm. They called to confirm the appointment on Monday, but never showed up on Wednesday nor called to say they wouldn't be here. Husband called that night to figure out what happened, was told we would be contacted immediately. Never were. Ended up paying more for a different plumbing service who actually showed up. Avoid using this company unless you want to micromanage their time to make sure they do the job.

Had Plumbing Master's out a few days ago after a failed attempt at fixing a leaking bath fixture. Had to call them out on Friday evening, otherwise I would have had to leave the water off all weekend and call someone out Monday. I didn't have a problem with the $125 after hours charge. But after I provided the $17 cartridge from home depot, he was able to reduce the bill to $414. Uuuummmm.whaaaaat? Tech was great no issues there but he wasn't even there for an hour - closer to 30 minutes. So after the $125 it was an additional $289? I've worked for contractors for 25 years and that is absurd at best. So, so disappointed.

Called them due to having a water leak inside the wall, they showed up charged me $278 to detect the leak and $401 to fix it. Due to the extent of the damage I had to file a homeowners insurance claim. They assured me I would be reimbursed and requested that I pay upfront. Needless to say I was not reimbursed. When I requested the plumbing report and photos for insurance as they still needed them they refused to provide me with the report and photos even though I am the customer and had already paid for the repair.

They said they could only provide them to insurance, when insurance called to request them they told them they would be able to provide them in 7-14 business days. Thankfully my insurance agent was kind enough to come out and take more photos. Things didn't end there they recommended Rocky Mountain restoration to do the water mitigation and they ended up sending a ridiculous bill. Overall a horrible experience.

Used Plumbing Masters once before for running toilet. Quickly fixed for reasonable price. Next time a different plumber came without parts. Had to go to store. Additional problem of seal leak. To fix inside, move toilet fix seal cost $702! It took about an hour. He should have arrived with parts as I explained this was the problem. Four friends have told me I WAS TOTALLY RIPPED OFF! I WILL NEVER EVER USED THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Also office told me a date and they didn't show up. HORRID COMPANY

Nick from Plumbing Masters just came out to do a hot water tank flush. He advised keeping an eye on the older tank, but did not do a hard sell on a new one (which would be nearly $2k). He also fixed a leaky shower head and replaced a part at no charge. Gotta say - his outstanding customer service and friendly, professional attitude won the day! Thank you, Plumbing Masters!

They had a discount special. so I decide to try them. They serviced my kitchen clog drain just 3 days back. and it is clogged again. The Tech servicing our drain was very polite and professional, so no issues with him. the company But when I called back to let them know that my drain was clogged again, they said they do not warranty work on discount specials. In my opinion, not good business. So we went back to our original plumbing company who always warranties their work.

I called for service and spoke to Makayla. She was very pleasant, patient and helpful! I would absolutely call plumbing masters again for my future needs!

Highly recommend Plumbing Masters for clogged drains. Technician Adolfo Alaniz was prompt, thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. Very happy I heard that jingle on the TV ad! Thanks Adolfo!

Deceptive advertising. A few days ago, we had the misfortune of having a slab leak in our home. Responding to a coupon for "Slab Leak Detection Repair Consultation" on there website (see screenshot below), I telephoned Plumbing Masters and explained that we specifically have a slab leak and wish to take advantage of their advertised special. After discussing our problem in more detail, the phone representative kindly offered to wave the $29.95 Slab Leak Detection Repair Consultation and promptly scheduled an appointment with one of their trained technicians.

This was music to my ears. At 7 am the following day, Plumbing Masters called and informed us that the serviceman was currently on his way. When he arrived, he examined the slab leak (located behind the drywall beneath our kitchen sink) and we then proceeded to where our hot water line cuts off. But within just a matter of minutes, the technician quickly explained that Plumbing Masters will need to schedule another serviceman who is trained and equipped in leak detection, and that such a service call would cost us hundreds $ more.

Not only did this leave me extremely frustrated, but also angry that Plumbing Masters obviously wasted both our time. I even voiced my dissatisfaction immediately by calling Plumbing Masters back, but sadly that effort proved a complete waste of time too. So thanks for nothing Plumbing Masters., except for proving that you are NOT the "Top-Rated Leak Detection Service Near You in Phoenix" as publicly advertised!

What a professional and knowledgeable establishment. A nice man showed up on time and with a mask and foot protection on. Super safe and super professional. He fixed our plumbing issue and answered all of our million questions. Would highly recommend. Thanks

Stay Away! This is the biggest rip-off company I've ever dealt with. I called them for a clogged drain pipe; they couldn't unclog it and told me they would have to locate the clog with a camera. I was told that that would cost $348. They came back the next day, located the clog and sent another guy to come out and dig up the driveway and fix the clogged drain.

It took this guy 3 hours to do the whole job, and the final bill was a whopping $4619! They knew that I had been unable to use water in the house for almost 3 days, and just arbitrarily threw this outrageous charge at me knowing I was desperate. They probably had $50 in materials, and the rest was labor. For the time they spent on the job, the labor came to almost $800/hr. I have never seen a more dishonest company. They should be called Plumber Master Ripoffs!

Eric was so pleasant to work with. He explained everything and in a couple of hours my Toilet was installed by Drake. Drake was pleasant as well. As a young man he sure knows his business. He was kind and courteous and showed me what was going on with the Toilet. He was in and out of here in a timely manner. Thank you for sending the best. They both represent your company well. Very quick response to an urgent need (shower head separated from hose and would not stay on). Aldolfo was very professional and did an excellent job of replacing with another kit on the same day of service. He was also careful to be tidy. Highly recommend.

My technicians Jessie and Levi were awesome. They were on time, polite, professional, and upfront/honest. Jessie explained my entire plumbing layout to me in an easy to understand manner. They saved me thousands of dollars by his presistence in fixing my problem as cost effectively as possible. They had great attitudes and we're very personable. Would definitely recommend.

I wish that I had read these reviews a couple of months ago before I spent 2300.00 to install a new drain in my laundry room and bought a 2 year membership! My husband told me then that it was way over priced! Live and learn who not to trust! Today I had them out for my "free member estimate" for fill valves for my toilets they want 213.00 per toilet for a 25.00 part!

They won't install my attachable bidet because of "liability". My son is going to do the work. Wasted money on a membership these plumbers are very overpriced! Also, they didn't cover their shoes before walking in my house disgusting and inconsiderate! Very unhappy with this company!

I am very, very happy with the installation of my new whole-house water softener by Josh Vanbronckhorst of Plumbing Masters. He showed up on time, was friendly, helpful and highly professional in his presentation and work. Josh went above and beyond in making sure the installation worked perfectly for my house, including running a power line for the unit through the attic so that there would not be any unsightly cords in my garage.

I also appreciated that he educated me on how to use the unit, and even took the old unit from the previous homeowner away so that I did not have to deal with disposing of it myself. Plumbing Masters are truly professionals at what they do, and I will only call them when I have plumbing needs. I highly recommend them to friends when anyone asks me for a good plumbing company. I have had Mike P. out for two separate plumbing issues in the last few weeks. He is a consummate professional and an expert at his job. I appreciate that he explains the issue and how to resolve it. This is a best practice that creates an honest experience and a better understanding of the next steps. The whole team at Plumbing Masters are polite and they communicate well. I appreciate their focus on safety and that they send a lot of communications about techs that are being dispatched. I would recommend Plumbing Masters!

I had Eric and Levi come out and do a phenomenal job. You can tell instantly you are in the presence of a subject matter expert. They were both courteous, thorough and at no time did I feel like they did not have full transparency as to what work needed to be done during their thorough evaluation. I will be a repeat customer by this one experience alone. I will be recomending them to everyone. Thank you for everything.

Once again, Plumbing Masters has outdone all others! Here's our 9-07-2018 story: We were vandalized last evening and our outdoor water supply spigot pipe had been bent down - breaking it & spewing water all over our front lawn. So when we discovered it, we had to shut the water off to our entire premises. Immediately, we called Plumbing Masters, who said it wouldn't be until this afternoon.but we asked to be put on the 1st available (since we had no water at all).

Within the hour, Plumbing Masters called back to say "Josh" was on his way. (WooHoo!) Josh arrived around 9:30am & quoted a price - we agreed. However, Josh couldn't get the rusted broken pipe off; even had to make a trip to Home Depot for parts. And still, that blasted pipe wasn't budging. But, Josh NEVER gave up - not ever! Josh's perseverance & sheer brute force won.and a new pipe was finally installed, water turned back on and the price quoted was the price we paid.even after over 2 hours working to get the old pipe dislodged! KUDOS to technician "Josh", who didn't give up on one heck of a tough job! We couldn't be more thrilled with Plumbing Masters & highly recommend them to everyone! BRAVO Plumbing Masters! P.S. Bless you, Josh! You're THE BEST!

Called because they were a couple miles from the house. Website says $93 drain cleaning. Two toilets = $186. But total was $366 because they used a camera to ser the main line wasn't blocked. Called and was told we have to "mention" the special price to get it. No where on the website does it say that! Any other plumber I found was $50-$100 for using the camera, but not $180.

I made the call for my elderly parents and feel they were taken advantage of. The "recommendation" was to replace both toilets to the tune of $3000+. On the plus side they were on time and the clogs were taken care of. But hopefully their regular guy isn't on vacation next time a plumbing issue arises.

Ron came out on time and was polite and upfront with the pricing. His service was excellent and he answered all my questions during his time out here. He cleaned up after himself and the completed job was bright and shiny. Couldn't be happier.

These stars are for Roger Armstrong the lead plumber, who is amazing and he makes this company what it is. My sewer line broke and he was thorough, responsive, honest, true to his word and provided stellar service. Took photos and videos throughout. His team went above and beyond. When I called the office however to ask for an itemized invoice I was told that would not be possible.

I asked to speak to the manager Richard, who repeated that the company could not provide the invoice. He was also rude, unprofessional, and did not indicate any appreciation for my business. If I had spoken to Richard first, you can bet that I would have called another plumbing company. That was surprising after spending more than 7K on their service.

Not to worry though because Roger took care of it in a cinch. I am thankful I found Roger who takes pride in his work and his team, but if he wasn't working with this company, I would have gone elsewhere. Have Roger work on your service, otherwise I would not recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience with plumbing masters. Roger and Lester got a job done for me at the last minute. Lester made sure that the problem was resolved and had such a good attitude about it. Roger went above and beyond trying to facilitate everything and make me happy. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. It's nice to know that there are service providers out there that can give an honest overview and sincerely try to please a customer!

Super happy with Todd at Plumbing Masters. Friendly, fast. Fixed my leak! Plumbing Master's was great with customer service. They call ahead to let you know when the plumber will arrive and they send a photo of who it is as well. After the crappy plumbers my warranty service sent me, I could not be happier! Michael, a native New Yorker, who has only been with the company a month, came out today SAME DAY call and took care of our problem. Friendly, competent, worked efficiently and was out of here in roughly 1 1/2 hours start to finish.

Brian did his best to make it right. The point is not if my husband is a nice guy.when 1 hour and 40 minutes into the scheduled time you don't say we are too busy and need to reschedule. That did not sound like an option where he needed to say no you must honor your commitment. With that being said Brian said he would use this review as a teaching moment and I appreciate that. Now if I can just train my husband to be a jerk next time.

I've already left a review at BBB regarding the service we've received from you. It was excellent, but I forgot to give kudos to others who were at our home. Charlie and Wilman were better than great. You should be proud to have such dedicated, attentive and courteous employees. I forgot to mention the outstanding service from Roger, Chad and Brad.

Last time I was visiting my elderly father in Phoenix, we had a leaky water heater issue I couldn't fix. We called the Plumbing Masters and they got the water heater replaced quickly and affordably. and I definitely called around to compare prices. These guys are honest and do good work.

We've been using Plumbing Masters for several years. I've had a new toilet installed and had a leak repaired under the sink in my master bath; and the results are great. The plumbers were terrific! They were very professional and clean. If I had any questions they were able to answer all of my concerns.

Thanks for having Mark come out to deal with the water tank issue. He had it fixed in record time, knew exactly what needed to be done, and had the parts required to finish the job in one visit. Hope to have him visit again if and when I need your services. You have a quality employee here.

These guys were great. Jim, Jesse, and the Daves were proficient, professional, timely, good humored, and got my slab leak fixed in a matter of a few hours. It was a very big relief to us. I would recommend Plumbing Master to everybody with a plumbing problem.

Mike was just out to fix a hose bib on our house. He was the most friendly repairman we have ever had. He found another problem and with no pressure for the sale explained the issue and quoted us a price. After fixing our problem, he took us out to make sure everything was ok.
