Awesome job! They got the job done. 1 1/2 days. What a great crew. Couldn't be more pleased! Their promise is in their name DONE RITE ROOFING and their office staff are awesome! They get the job done!

Done Rite Roofing was recommended to me and to my delight we are so happy to have found these good people. My roof looks amazing and I am impressed on how quickly it was done. Our salesman was great to work with and made very good suggestions and recommendations that other companies did not suggest. Our office contact was polite, easy to work with, and friendly.

The job foreman was professional and polite. Done Rite uses top quality products with a variety of options available. The crew did such a great job on our roof and did a fantastic clean up job. Thank you to the owners for having such great employees.

The roof product is good (Owen Corning) but I am unsatisfied with the company and their purchase process. Pete and Emily in sales were attentive and gave me lots of completed roofs so I could choose my shingle color. Done Rite was able to get the roof on the house quickly and the workers kept my yard neat. The problem came afterwards. On the contract, Pete gave me a 5% cash discount on the total amount($900+ savings) and explained that I could pay the down payment with a check, another check when the roof started and then the balance in cash when the roof is done.

When the roof was done, the second check had not been applied to the invoice. I called Bridget(accounting) to tell her and she told me that the 5% discount only applied to the portion that was paid in cash. We argued that Pete did not explain those conditions nor did the contract state that. She replied that I can pay however I want but that the cash discount would be removed or reduced.

I asked to speak with the owner. The owner, Anthony, was not concerned at all with my dissatisfaction, "that's just the way it is" were his words. He offered no assistance. On a separate note, the roofers got some tar on one of the gables on the back of my roof. I notified Taylor in the office and she dispatched someone to clean it right away. He painted the whole gable in a mint color-my house is dark green.

It did not match at all. Anthony, the owner, apologized, but did not offer to repaint. I work in the insurance industry and refer people to home improvement companies daily, I will make sure that my employees and my customer are aware of Done Rite's miscommunication issues before offering them as a referral. By the way, everytime I was placed on hold, Done Rite's advertisements repeatedly say that they are 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Be aware, the owner will not back that guarantee. I just cross my fingers there are no issues with the roof when the rainy season comes, as I don't have faith that Done Rite will stand accountable for any repairs.

Done Rite replaced our shingle and flat roof 2 weeks ago. Very professional. Finished product looks great! Wasn't expecting an additional $1600 for wood replacement but I guess you don't know till you tear off the old roof what's underneath!

Tom estimated a repair for my moms house for some rotted wood that needed replaced. Jesse was out to repair it in no time it was all completed in one day and Jesse and his partner cleaned up everything there was no mess left looked like they never were even there. I'm go grateful they took such good care of my mom's roof to get it back into great shape.

They did my roof 5+ years ago. I had a leak.figured it had been 5 years that it was just wear and tear so i called for an estimate. The second they knew they installed the roof the matter was fixed under warranty! They they spend time on the repair. The service man walked me through it all. They get a 10 from me. I am so. what is the word? When other companies seem to out to get you.the word is PROUD that a palm harbor company did the right thing. I highly recommend this company. Oh from time of call to fix seven days and no it was not raining . That is awesome!

Done Rite Roofing was a pleasure to work with and offered the best value for my roof replacement project. I'm very happy with the job well done. Great selection of color options. Jeff was awesome to work with and the office staff are all great too. There was facade work that needed to be replaced along the pool screen frame and it was repaired along with the roof and replacement wood around the chimney. Super impressed it all only took two days to complete.

Extremely pleased with the people and final product. We went with Done Rite after careful consideration. The personal touch from the Done Rite owners is impressive. The team installing our metal roof is second to none. The inspector for the city said: " it is the best metal roof project he has seen." Bridgette and Kayla returned any call or email quickly and timely.

They were knowledgeable about every process during our install. The quick, knowledgeable, responses confirmed the commitment of Done Rite to their clients. The only draw back was the length of time to install a metal roof. It took five weeks, but I would rather not rush such an important job. The delays were from material shortage or weather, which are out of Done Rite's control. However, the roofing crew even showed up on rainy days. Again, the roofing team is very precise and would not install an material unless is was done correctly. I thank them for that. I would recommend Done Rite over all roofing companies. Kent Kilgore

Had a new roof put on a few weeks ago, arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would and cleaned up everything, I did get a nail in my tire but I guess that's the nature of the beast, would recommend to a friend

Worked last year for a dear friend last year workmanship poor which explains why the porch roof fell in after one year would not allow them to touch my worst friends roof for repair now I know why they don't advertise to be a member of the better business association they take advantage of the elderly and will not correct the work they did, don't let their false positive reviews sway u they took advantage of a double amputee and will not come and fix it!

I recently moved to Palm Harbor and was looking for a reliable company that wouldn't cost me thousands upon thousands of $$$ when Done Rite Roofing popped up. They did a TERRIFIC job and even provided a discounted rate on the initial price quote. The owner is friendly and knows his stuff. 10/10

They do not do what they say there gonna do I am having a issue getting the to warranty a roof the installed with the wrong pitch water is pooling and leaking into our building. Had them come out on three rental property's with leaks told they could be patched then the guys come out to do there repair work after paying a large deposit to be told they will not patch the roofs they need new roofs had estimated done the were 30 grand more than the other guys.i would not recommend them peroid

Fantastic customer service and very professional. The worker showed up on time introduce themselves and got the job done and I'm very acceptable time frame.

Make certain to get everything in writing. I was misled. I specifically asked about transferring the warranty now come to find out you need to pay to do so, even after paying an additional 340.00 to get the warranty. Very sad they should have been honest!

Everything! Customer service is top notch! I worked with Brigget and Luke on a warranty issue with my Owens Corning shingles. they were both extremely responsive and helpful in getting the issue resolved. Also the gentleman who work on the roof today. I will highly recommend done rite to any friends who are contemplating a new roof and also I will certainly call done rite when it is time to replace my roof.

We recently had our roof replaced by Done Rite Roofing and we couldn't be happier! Noe and his crew did an outstanding job; they showed up on time, were very reliable and did an excellent job cleaning up each day. I have many potted plants/gardens surrounding my home and there was no debris left behind! They met all of our needs/expectations. The communication throughout the entire process from start to finish was A+!

To say the least my experience with Done Rite Roofing was exceptional! I've had my roof for 14 years and decided it was time to replace it. I seen a billboard for DoneRite and was Immediately impressed! I seen that they've been in business for over 20 years so I was sold. I got a free estimate the same week I called which was awesome. I was nervous about such a big project but I was reassured that everything would flow smoothly & that I would be more than satisfied and that everything would progress on schedule.

I want to share how much satisfied I am from that roofing service! Done Rite Roofing Inc Palm Harbor was the best when it comes to roof repair. Everyone was nice, they immediately started the repair as soon as I pointed where is the problem. I didn't expected such a reliable price for this repair.

Everyone who worked for Done Rite, from the people who tore off the old shingles to the folks who laid the new ones, worked hard and displayed a professional demeanor. They obviously take pride in their work. A couple who lives down the street stopped me and said that based on what they've seen while my roof was being laid, they plan to hire them when they need a new roof.

I called the number from the yellow pages located in Clearwater, fl. I was greeted by a friendly voice. The receptionist in the office got me an estimate appointment right away and I did not even have to be there witch was very convenient for me and by time I got home the estimate was in my email.

Done Rite Roofing is doing my neighbors roof and they drove across my front yard and parked their big truck in between our houses and didn't even have the courtesy of asking first. After I let them know I was upset and that they ran over our sewer line they did move the truck and said sorry.

Done Rite showed up on time as promised they tore off my old shingle roof, I had some wood rot no worries Jamie, the carpenter came in and changed my rotted fascia, he does an great job.,t hen Steve and Greg installed my Owens Corning shingles, now I have the best looking roof on the block.

Recently we made an appt. with Done Rite Roofing to have someone come out and inspect our roof for repairs and possible replacement. Tom was the gentleman assigned to the job. From the moment he arrived we felt as though we had known him forever.

I have known the owners of Done Rite Roofing, as they are a customer of my A/V firm (Attic Rat). So, of course when it came time to replace the roof on my own home, I called Done Rite. However, as this is a significant purchase for me - no free passes were offered.

We gave Done Rite Roofing a call, they showed up 10 minutes early. Did not have a problem finding where the leak was coming from. They explained to us what was needed to repair the problem. Gave us the quote. We hired them, they were professional, courteous, and very helpful with the project.

The best family owned roofing buisness in the area. The owner came out and quoted us a new tile roof. He put us in touch with a woman that help us pick out the perfect color. They started shorty after and about a week later had the whole roof finished.

I was referred to them by our realtor. We purchased a 2nd home and needed to replace the old roof. I called for an appointment and the estimator, Mark, came out within a few days. He provided a well written and detailed quote for the work that needed done.

Done rite was great. Customer service was outstanding. Good communication throughout the process and anytime I had a question or concern, someone called me immediately. They did a very good job on the roof itself and were there when they said they were going to be there. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair.
