Hendrick Roofing

We had a metal roof done on the house we are renting, and so far we don't have any complaints on the job itself, but the workers left a mess in our yard. My husband found a strip of nails on the ground on the side of the house while he was mowing, with nails on it! He threw it away before I could get a picture. I walked around the house and found all these pieces, this is unacceptable.

We have a toddler that runs out barefoot sometimes and he could have cut himself on these metal pieces, or the nails or screws. Not to mention the workers left our side gate opened twice and our dog got out both times. They left a bucket in our front yard and I called three days after the workers done to see if someone could come get it, and she said she will have someone pick it up by Friday.

It's been seven business days since my call and it's still in my yard. I find this very unprofessional. I know putting a roof on is messy work, but it is NOT okay to not pickup after the job. These pieces could seriously hurt someone!

Hendricks did a roof repair about a year ago and just recently there was a small leak. Paul showed up, found the problem, and took care of it. I'm so appreciative. Service: Roof repair

We hired Hendrick to put a new metal roof on our house. The crew was very friendly and cleaned up after themselves each day before the left. No roof nails in our car tires to report! Following completion there were a few punch list items that needed to be addressed. That is when Paul stepped in and stepped up. I can't say enough good things about Paul.

He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy with the finished product. Paul is a class act and in my opinion, he is what is good about this company. I want to work with people that care about doing the right thing and care about customer service. I would absolutely hire Hendrick again and request that Paul oversee the project.

Installed a metal roof and lowered my home owners insurance over $2000 a year. The roof will pay for itself in 7 years.

Our roof looks good. It was replaced on our new home, by the seller, as a condition of the purchase. I'm not upset about the quality of work. I am mad about the follow up. I called the office, somewhere around 15 times, in the span of a few months. I wanted someone to come out to check on some moisture under the roof. I kept getting the runaround!

I was told multiple times that someone would call me to set up an appointment--never happened. I was also told that my "file" was on top of someone's desk, and that it was going to be a top priority. I spoke with two different ladies over the phone who, while very kind, did not have any information about my request, even though I had spoken to them previously, and on multiple occasions.

Avoid this company. I have not used them professionally but by looking at previous reviews it's looks like it is not an enjoyable experience either. I was driving over the water on I275 and debris came off the back of this truck, cracking my windshield. I called to handle civilly with their office manager who told me there is nothing she can do.

From the very start of our major reconstruction of our home I found all the employees from Hendricks roofing start to finish to be professional and upstanding. I had Hendrick's Roofing do 3 jobs for me on my properties, some rentals, over last 2.5 years, and they just completed the 3rd one. All metal, and no bids compare to them, and their quality is always good, no drama. They save you money by buying in bulk, and cutting all their own metal to fit, rather than the mfg., or a 3rd party doing that part and up charge or risk an error. They deliver as promised, don't up sell, if anything, they do extra things like remove old turbines, fill holes, and keep price as quoted.

Nice people, TERRIBLE ROOFS! Hendricks put a new roof on our house less than 2 years ago. It has leaked repeatedly ever since it was installed. They have been out to "fix" it 4 to 6 times, each time claiming that they took care of it. $11,000 for a roof and the roof still leaks. The prior roof was on for over 18 years and never had a leak! Staff is very friendly and responsive - but who cares - I would rather not have water on my living room floor and damaged plaster ceilings!

I highly suggest not using this awful and rude company! My management company hired them to replace my skylight and I'm still experiencing some leaking. The owner came out today and I wanted to show him a picture of where the roof is leaking inside and he said he was not interested in seeing it. He put a moisture meter which he had a hard time getting it to calibrate and held it to my ceiling and said it's totally dry and there is no moisture.

He was very nasty and said he had other clients that their homes are flooding compared to mine and that I don't have a problem with my roof. If he has other clients that their house is flooding it just shows how good his workers are in repairing roofs. They just love to get paid but if you still have a leak they just deny that you have a problem. Do yourself a favor a don't use this company!

Avoid this company at all costs! Such a sham. Was told they could repair our roof. After paying and supposed repair, leaks remained. Called them back and was given some ridiculous excuse that it needed to take a few rains before it would "take". Many more unreturned calls without any resolution. After finally speaking with owner was told we needed a new roof and that he would only put our initial repair cost towards his installation of a new roof. Run, run, run from this unscrupulous company. They don't deserve any stars but I I don't want people to think they are unrated so giving one worthless star.

Had this company out to repair a leak and Billy, the roofer said he knew exactly where it was. He tore back shingle and torched new bitumen in the dead valley. 6 months later, we are having same problem, he comes out and says water meter says it is dry no leak. Had them come out again in a year, still same place leaking. Tells me, you should always have your roof inspected every 3 months and the repair he did was not going to eliminate the problem but was a remedial fix.

I told him the other roofers said it needed more extensive work done and he told me, no he knew what he was doing. So $ 750.00 later, roof leaking again and now will pay the other company $1400.00 to actually fix the leak for the long term. Owner was suppose to call and discuss 3 days ago and no word or follow up from anyone. Avoid this company, they don't solve the problem.
