I've been a little behind in getting this review out. No 1. Home roofing was the last company on my list of contractors to get a quote to have my roof replaced. I wish I had them listed first as it would have saved me so much time. I got quotes from 6 different contractors and No 1 Home roofing was the best price with High quality materials! Some matched the price but only offered off brand name shingles.

Prior to selecting them I check the google reviews and for each low review they took the time to write out a response. This was the secondary reason why I selected them! It showed that if a problem existed then they would take the time to respond! I had a large scope of work that I wanted which included Roof, Solar Air Vents, Removal of an old skylight and full replacement of all facia boards around the house.

They completed the job in 2 days which I did not think was possible at all! Due to the age of the roof, I had 10 sheets of plywood that need to be replaced. They showed each of them to me pointing out the damage on each one. I was so impressed with the hard work that I cooked lunch for the guys on the second day! The crew supervisor was extremely knowledgeable.

He found an issue with my Fireplace chimney and talked to me about possible solutions. The issue with the chimney was due to bad construction when the house was built. Long story short, when the house was built, they (Building Contractor) did not put flashing around the chimney, and it was actively leaking which I wrongly assumed was a roof leak issue.

We agreed on a solution, and they (Free of charge) removed the damaged stucco and got it code compliant. I had one administrative issue and the owner took the time to talk with me and resolve the issue. I have recommended them already to all my neighbors. I would also recommend the Solar Air Vents! I was able to notice a big difference the day after they were installed. Great Job Guys!

WOW! I have never experienced such great customer service. I was recommended to use No 1 Home roofing from a family member that just had their roof done. I felt No 1 BY FAR gave me the best price in market Not only was impressed with the price I got on my home, their crew members were a delight to have at my home! Very professional and diligent men working for No 1. My yard was spotless after they were finished with my roof, cleaner than before! I will without a doubt use them on any future roofing needs. HIGHLY recommend

The main roof work was excellent. That's the 3 stars. Now the -2 stars: They forgot to nail in a gutter, it didn't pass inspection from poor trimming on the flat roof, and oh, I've stepped on enough nails now in the yard that I needed a booster shot. They do not pick up the nails very well (are they not using magnetic pickups?) and if used, you should watch your step in your yard and around the house.

Back to the main roof itself, it doesn't look bad, and hasn't leaked so far, but it's only been about a month since installation (and yet to pass inspection a month later). Inspector comes out a second time, let's hope it passes, because they just came back to fix the trimming on one side of the flat roof, but as you see in the picture, the other side again was left poorly trimmed.

If it doesn't pass a second time this review will be modified to an even lower 2 star. As for the review about once paid, getting ahold of them is challenging, this is actually true. My mother had tried calling one whole day about the gutters not being nailed, and they promised to have someone out after my mother found Wes's number to text directly (of which apparently no longer works there?).

They didn't (they were apparently sick). But getting ahold of them was a nightmare, no one answers the phone. Then finally once nailed, we noticed that the inspector paper was still on the house (it had now been weeks since the roof was done). But we were unable to get ahold of anyone at all. So I gave my mother my office phone, and they picked right up and promised the inspector would be out.

They didn't. So we called again and this time they started answering my mothers line again, and promised the inspector would be out. They did, and that's when it failed inspection. So yes it's true, once they take payment they won't like answering the phones. I recommend you withhold payment until inspection passes, or at least part of the payment. That's probably the only way to make sure they complete the job properly.

Horrible roofing company that completely disregards safety. Their workers had no safety equipment and could not speak English. They did not appear to be OSHA compliant at all. They dropped huge pieces of metal onto our furniture without warning and surrounded the home with nails. There was no warning when they began their work and no consideration given to the safety of me or my family while they rained down nails all day long and littered tar paper and plastic throughout the neighborhood. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

In April 2018 A rental property of mine had a roof leak that was leaking into the kitchen. My property management company got an estimate from No 1 Home roofing. The estimate was $2,300 to repair a tile roof. I thought it was high, but decided to have them fix them roof. Now forward to Nov 2018, come to find out now we have another in the kitchen about 5 feet away from the previous.

My property management company contact No 1 roofing to come out and inspect the area. Then they gave me an estimate of $2,700 to do another repair. I contacted No 1 roofing to get an explanation, and all of a sudden they went ghost. I never got a call back. after contacting actual reputable roofing companies, come to find out pricing for tile repair ranges from $60-$100 per square foot, which would mean they would of had to do at least 20 square foot area of new underlayment and TU.

This would of covered the entire Kitchen and Living room. Plus was informed after inspection No 1 Home roofing work was poor at best. I informed the property management company to Never use this company again, and would question their use of them on other properties. BEWARE!!!

Fantastic job!! The team was very nice and worked quickly, even with some of the more difficult repairs (fascia boards in between the pool cage supports)! Would recommend them to anyone!

This company is awesome! Two days and I have a new roof. I was kept in the loop the whole time and they were very professional and not only did an amazing job but they cleaned up everything so well. They are excellent communicators too. Very pleased!

Called for a quote was told that they had about a 6 week wait unless something opened up. One week later they called and scheduled to replace the roof the next day. Alex and his crew did a fantastic job. Ripping off the old roof is a very messy job. They put tarps down around the house and cleaned up everything when the job was complete. They take great pride in their work and I can recommend them with no hesitation.

They were great. They accidentally dropped a shingle in my air conditioner. It broke. They sent their a.c. guy within 30 min. And it was repaired quickly. They are a great company and stand behind their name.

Horrible service. Did not care to do a job. Kept saying that they have too much work and could not do the repair. Not number one and will never recommend.

We received our new roof in June 2012 They are reasonable & provided wonderful service to us. They cleaned everything up & came right back when I had another leak no questions asked I recommend them to everyone looking to get a new roof.
