Max was great to work with! He was super professional, offered education, and even sat down with us to explain the app features. We live happy knowing our home is protected and safe because of the care Maximum Security Services offered.

We have had maximum security for over 5 years and they are the best. They provide top notch service and are so easy to approach. They can be reached anytime. They checked all our windows, smoke alarms and set up everything as promised and always call in when we trigger an alarm. It works. Call Matthew, he is the best.

Matt was very professional, friendly. He installed a full alarm system in our home! I had a previous alarm system and his equipment is way better! I work from home and he even installed an alarm in my shed to protect my business! Definitely recommend.

Reading some of the other reviews here really confuses me. Matt has been great to work with. I have been using Maximum Security for a few years now and during our initial consultation Matt was very up front and honest with his recommendations which saved me from spending a good amount of $ on things I really didn't need. My system and service at home has been great and I just had to contact him today due to a code I was getting on my control panel. He responded right away and a tech was out at my home this afternoon to take care of the issue. I highly recommend Maximum Security.

Matt is a shady business man. Always trying to Nickel and dime. A camera he installed less than 4 months went out. It is under warranty. He wanted a $75 dollar service call to come fix a defective item he sold me that takes 5 min setup. (He blames it on the distance my business is fro him, I get that gas cost money, but why not have honeywell drop ship me a camera like I did) I called Honeywell directly.

They are sending me a new camera. Look I saved $75. Make matters worse. He charged me $25 for a call months ago. I told him to charge me numerous times, but he hasn't. But somehow always brings it up when his equipment fails. This man makes an already daunting task in getting your home or office security almost impossible. I have 3 locations setup with this company.

I am moving all 3. Nightmare of a an individual, and sadly he is the owner. Should have realized when all a companies employee hate working for an individual I should have taken my business else where! Run run run. Don't give him a try. Run. Please don't make the mistake I've made. It's miserable.

I had a alarm signal at 5:20 am, this morning, notifying me of a weak battery. I emailed Matt at 9 am with the issue. Five minutes later he responded and let me know he would have a tech out today. Three hours later all the batteries in system had been replaced. This is typical of the excellent service you get from Maximum Security Services.

So Matt Easterly drops batteries in my mail box that apparently go to my alarm system? He then text me to tell me to install them myself. I called him to ask if this is how he does it with all of his customers.

Matt and his installers are awesome. I have my home and office secured with Maximum Security. The technology is very convenient to have the ability to arm and disarm my systems by my phone or computer from anywhere. I recommend Matt to all my friends and family who are in need of security. It's nice to deal with a local business instead of a national company. Thanks Matt!
