If your system requires remote monitoring, United Security can provide this as well. Utilization of Video Monitoring provides customers with a virtual security guard since the system would be monitoring the facility for unexpected movement, after-hours activity, or intrusion. If detected, the video will be recorded and observed by a live person.
Support

If an issue comes up that requires technical support, United Security covers this at no additional charge outside of the Full Service Program. This support, typically online or by phone, is fully included and available to all customers. Simply submit an initial online request, and the support team will respond to assist you in keeping your system running at optimal performance.

Once the appropriate system is designed and selected, the installation by a certified technical team is promptly scheduled. Certified installation technicians, under the guidance of the Installation Manager and/or a Project Manager, we perform the entire installation from initial cabling to final programming and training.

We inherited this company through a buyout of the company we were originally with; United Security Alliance. Since cameras and equipment has already been installed by USA, maintenance and service is what BCI is providing. NOT IMPRESSED! USA was always professional, courteous and efficient, many times problem resolved over the phone or talked me through it, is possible. Now, its emails and NO POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unfortunately, there is 2+ years left on the contract.

Hyde Park Presbyterian Church recently partnered with BCI Integrated Solutions to update the audio and video system in our main Sanctuary. They worked diligently with us to find the solution that fit both our environment, and our budget. The installation team was top notch, and really treated our facilities as if it were their own. I was driving in Winter Haven today at around 4:30 and was harassed by a worker driving a BCIS truck. He cut me off in traffic, so I honked. He then followed me down the road, honking at me and cutting into my lane several times. This worker clearly should not be responsible for a truck. Had I been able to get his tag number I would have called the police. I was too busy trying to escape his road rage and harassment unharmed to be able to get the tag number.
