Had a great experience with the designer David. I had him take a second look at some cabinets and he was very quick and responsive even though they couldn't help me.

I ordered a cabinet for my laundry room in March it is now June. Salesperson said I would receive a call about installation in the beginning of May. When I called at the end of May, she denied ever saying I would get an installation call. Said she doesn't give dates. She said she would call the appointment setters. A week later said they aren't returning her text messages.

Now we are in June with no update. Our builder Pulte uses Woodsmen for all their cabinets. My neighbor across the street said they were just out to her house replacing a cabinet. Apparently I'm just a little fish and not important. I paid half of the price up front, over $900. I still owe the other half. I'm not sure if I should cancel.

Critical:Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I dealt with Sean Wilcox, the overweight salesperson. Wow! I will never be back to that place again. He was the most unprofessional, rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. He was not helpful. He kept saying, "we would not want to get involved in that." He was not listening to what I wanted.

Schedule makers are TERRIBLE! This makes now the 3rd reschedule due to them, so this will be the 3rd time I have to take off of work based on their availability. So if I'm penciled in under their availability (head-scratcher) why am I being rescheduled. 8am-12pm appt No one called me had to call them @ 2:15pm to find out my appt was canceled

Things don't always go as planned - especially these days. Though there was a hiccup with our add'l cabinet / counter install, the customer service and professionalism to resolve the issue we had at hand really stood out to me. Patience is key with all the delays, but getting what I wanted done in the end was worth the wait. Appreciate the team work at Woodsmans from all departments!

I recently hired Woodsman to replace kitchen island cabinets that had been ruined by a dishwasher leak. I dealt with David Hartley, Tira Lambert and Melanie Barber during the process of design and scheduling for the granite countertop removal/reinstall and cabinet installation. All three were great. Everything went exactly as scheduled over a 3-day project and David even stopped by on two of those days to see how things were going.

Communication was excellent as were their workers Adam, Daryl, Jordan, Blake and Cody. They did a fantastic job removing/reinstalling the countertop and were all very personable. The cabinet installer was C.J. Depontes who is a sub-contractor for Woodsman. He was every bit as good as the other guys and did great work. I couldn't be happier with Woodsman, their employees and their subcontractor C.J. Depontes. They take pride in their work and it shows. Thanks to all! Tim Allan

Critical:Professionalism Unprofessional and rude sales agent Diane. We were stuck for same cabinet and stain as our builders. Her manager also did not help. Ordered cabinets and refrigerator panel, refused installation but provided their installer outside of woodsman warranty, installer left work incomplete. Expensive yet poor service.

We had an awesome experience with everyone involved when we replaced some cabinets. Jayne was very helpful and responsive in the selection and ordering process and Melanie was great in the scheduling process. To meet our needs, Melanie stacked the various contractors into one day instead of the standard two days for this type of job. Everyone one of them was on time or early, their work was high quality, and they were clean, courteous, and friendly. We would do business with them again and recommend them highly to others.

I remodeled my kitchen with cabinets, island, and quartz countertops from Woodsman. Being a small kitchen I was not expecting a seam in the countertop and they never asked me or consulted me about it. I was shocked at the poor result. They tried to fix it by replacing it with a remnant and cleaning up the seam with the proper color glue (dog-leg seam?).

I was so disappointed I requested a new countertop with no seam and was charged an additional $2,800 for a slab of quartz. The installer said my kitchen could have been done with one slab and no seams but they installed without asking me for any input. Having to pay an additional $2,800 ruined my experience with them. They make you pay 100% before delivery so the customer has little leverage if something goes wrong.

My builder used this company to install my countertops. I paid $2584.00 to upgrade from Granite to Quartz. When I moved in the countertops were a mess. This was on the builder. After being replaced they were scared and scuffed. It took 3 months for the third replacement of these countertops. They are still scratched and scuffed as if I had them for years.

The seam where put together is uneven. A guy named Ryan came out and agreed they were unsatisfactory and said that he didn’t need to take pictures that it would be handled. I get an email today stating they would not be replacing or fixing my countertops. I understand I went through a builder for these countertops but it’s not the builders fault they can no be installed to the customer satisfaction. Countertops are a big investment and should look like new when installed.

I paid a lot for my home and I should be treated as a valued customer no matter what. I’m very unsatisfied with the customer service I have received. Beware of this buyer and the brand MSI quartz.

The builder installed vinyl flooring was buckling and lifting up in a bedroom. Nick was dispatched to make the repair. He showed up on time, WITH A MASK which is too rare these days. He listened to my concerns about the project, explained what he was doing and did an absolutely perfect repair job. Service:Repair flooring

I have been working with Dave Hartley for many years. Dave is a true professional in every aspect. He works very well with all of our homeowners in designing their kitchens and bathrooms. His designs are always practical, efficient and of course beautiful. I have used Woodsmen for two different renovation projects in my home. In both instances I found the service and quality of craftsmanship in the cabinets superior. The selections were outstanding and the salesperson made my decisions make sense for my end result. I would highly recommend Woodsmen for your next project, renovation or new construction!!

Dave Hartley was recommended to us by our contractor when we built our new home. Dave was wonderful to work with. He listened to my ideas, met with me several times, made suggestions, and designed our beautiful kitchen, bath rooms, laundry room and mud room. Dave was always polite and attentive and just a delight to work with. I highly recommend Dave for any design work you need for your new construction or remodel.

If you want a really nice kitchen go see Diane. She was very helpful for us with the selection and design of our Kitchen and Master Bath. The installation was done professionally. Good people to work with.

From start to finish, I couldn't of asked for anything more! There Quality is Top Notch and the Design and Craftsmanship was the best that I have seen. To have the Owner of the Company overseeing the job himself really just added that level of Comfort and peace of mind you are not going to get from any other Cabinet or flooring Company. I am extremely Happy that We went with Woodsman and would Recommend them to anyone.

Woodsman has completed several renovation projects at various properties we own. Dianne Collier in particular is very easy to work with. She makes great suggestions and always completes projects on time and on budget. I highly recommend this company.

If it were not for Jayne Barth at Woodsman Kitchen and Bath we would never have gotten our bathroom project off the ground. We had talked to numerous other designers over the past two years but no one could move us past the concept phase. A friend told us that Jayne was a miracle worker and, sure enough, we walked into the showroom one day and walked out with the first draft of a bathroom design and samples of proposed tile and cabinetry.

We came back a couple of times second-guessing our decisions, but Jayne was flexible and bubbling over with new ideas for us. In two weeks we were ready to launch the construction. Jayne, we love our new bathroom!!!! Thank you!!!

My husband and I just recently completed a kitchen re-model with Woodsman, led by Dianne Collier. What an enjoyable experience! I just want to start with that because we heard so many horror stories from friends and neighbors who have gone through a project similar to ours. We met with several designers from various companies and knew immediately after our first meeting with Dianne that she was the one we wanted to lead us through this journey.

What impressed us most was how she really listened to what we wanted in our kitchen…even challenging us on some ideas, suggesting changes we had not considered….BUT LOVED! She didn’t try to sell us anything outside of our financial means, but gave us options to maximize our budget and stay within our budget. She once told us that she would not influence us to purchase something that she wouldn’t suggest to her own family and she honestly stayed true to that.

Another huge contributor to our enjoyable experience is credited to our General Contractor, Kevin Alesch with “Alesch and Sons”, the GC used by Woodsman. Kevin was truly professional from start to finish. Kevin was onsite for all major events and had the best sub-contractors exceeding in their respective areas expertise. This may sound irrelevant, but I appreciated how every single worker left our home clean from random cups, nails, dust, etc.

To me, that showed respect for my family, my home, and us especially since we were living there through the renovation. We felt each decision and installation was well thought out and professionally implemented. What’s even more impressive? The remodel was completed on schedule and within budget!!!! We walked away from this experience with a beautiful kitchen that we love and people we consider friends. We will absolutely be returning to Dianne at Woodsman with Kevin at Alesch and Son’s for our future renovation needs!

We had our kitchen and laundry room remodeled and our floors replaced in the entire house by Woodsman Kitchen and Floors. Jayne Barth is a fantastic designer and I highly recommend her. She's patient, listens to her customer's wants and desires and comes up with creative solutions. She's the best! I highly recommend Woodsman for any project!

She was very professional, helpful and really "knew her stuff". She spent a lot of time with us and quickly keyed in to our style and showed us a variety of options. The finished project is beyond our expectations.
