I bought Jesse Lane's construction estimating and proposal templates and had a few questions about them, and he responded to my emails quickly. Within hours actually. In todays world it seems everything takes days or weeks to resolve, so I was very pleased with how quickly Jesse got back to me to help me out. I have no doubt Jesse treats every aspect of his business with the same same integrity no matter how big or small the concern is. He gets a deserved 5 star rating from me

Converted our commercial flat roof to a truss roof with architectural shingles, added gutters, spray foam insulated new attic, opened up window opening, installed high end Marvin Windows, waterproofed block and repainted Completely transformed the look of our property! Attention to detail and "doing it right" was outstanding! We we very impressed that even after we had paid in full, they continued to work on some minor trim and details to make sure the end product met their standards and exceeded our expectations. J. Lane Construction remodeled our bathroom 2 months ago. They were very professional and did everything as quickly as possible. I chose J. Lane because of the great reviews and Jesse's attentiveness. Many of the companies I called in for estimates either never followed up or acted like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to pay them to do the job.

I was not disappointed with the customer service or the workmanship of Casey, Erick, and J. Lane Construction. Any time there was a question or issue, they worked with me to find a solution. This company really cares about their customers and their reputation.

J Lane renovated our kitchen after a plumbing disaster/flood finally convinced us it was time to bring our vintage 1999 kitchen into the modern era. Jesse and his team did a wonderful job. The Lane employees worked around our schedule and tolerated our very curious toddler. The kitchen looks great and they have happily come back twice to make sure everything is perfect. We are thrilled with their work and look forward to having them back to redo our master bath.

We are first time home owners and while stripping the wall paper off the walls in our new to us home, we discovered some mold. My husband found previous termite damage behind the sheet rock. Since we are new to the Jacksonville area and my husband had just started a new job, we were on the look out for a general contractor. We called J. Lane Construction for an estimate to repair our damaged wall along with 2 other companies. Jesse was able to schedule us pretty quickly and gave us the best quote to repair the wall.

Just in talking with Jesse, he seemed to be a great guy and we felt confident that he knew what he was doing. Jesse was very professional and quick with getting the contract sent to us and booking our project. He and one of his other guys were able to complete our wall repair within 2 business days. They always made sure to clean up any debris and respected my home while here.

They did their work and did not stand around talking. Over all it was a pleasant experience with hiring our first general contractor and we would hire J. Lane Construction again.

We called Jesse for an estimate last Fall to assess wood rot under our roof-line/eaves and install some extra flashing to prevent the issue from happening again. He was super professional, arrived on time and gave us the best price.

Jesse recently created a stair for our drop down TV room. He was always prompt, kept the area extremely clean, and was flexible with our changes. He did a great job!

Jesse built a couple garden boxes for me. He was punctual, enthusiastic, and efficient. He managed to build both boxes with only a single 4 piece of 2X4 left! Boxes came out looking great.

Jesse recently completed a deck for our family-and we love it. We took three bids for the job and are very happy that we went with J. Lane Construction. The quality of the deck is superb and an excellent value.
