Tile work is just one area of Tile It Up & More that we take immense pride in. If you already have tile in your kitchen or bathroom, chances are that over time, its age will begin to show: The grout lines may fail or tiles may chip and crack. Not only is either outcome unsightly, in some cases it may actually lead to water damage.

We had our water heater go out in the middle of the night, we tried to get Lowe's to fix it, but being a Friday they could only have a guy come out to LOOK at it on a Wednesday, not fix it! Having a newborn only a few weeks old, we couldn't wait that long and a friend recommended us Tile IT Up and we explained our situation to Daniel Kelly and he came out the same day and replace our whole heater.
As someone who knows nothing about swapping a heater out, he was able to explain all the steps how to install it and reasons why my old heater broke. What I like the most about them, they showed me the cheap job that the guy before him did and how he was replacing it with better equipment and parts. He also gave me tips and explained how we need to flush a water heater out each year to reduce the build up, never knew that. I highly recommend them and will use again for their other services! Thank you Daniel Kelly and our family are grateful for the great job you did for our home!

Amazing work and amazing customer service! Our home was built 20 years ago and of course all the appliances are now breaking and we needed to find someone who could do the job great and at an affordable price. We were recommended by a friend and they were perfect! Daniel oversaw the whole project and he was wonderful and very professional. We will definitely be using them as our other appliances go out and for a few projects we want to do down the road. Highly recommend them!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! The owner Daniel Kelly is very unprofessional and immature and doesn't know how to work with people. He decided to quit after 3 days of work on a bathroom remodel all because we didn't like the trim that he put up without our approval and we wanted to change the size of the grout line spacing of our shower tile.
My husband was there at the house and went over a few concerns with his worker. Since I have been dealing with him primarily, he called me and texted me at work that he was pulling his worker off the job. I was confused as to what was going on and asked if he could deal with my husband since he is there at the house. He didn't even try to talk to my husband and had his guy leave.
This could of all been settled by talking to my husband. I was so confused as to what had happened and called my husband. He said he didn't know what was going on and the worker just left. He was nasty to me on the phone and yelling. It seems like if you question anything or have a different idea he doesn't like that and wants to do things his way.
It is our project and our vision and we are paying him but he pretty much acted like this is what he is going to do and if you don't like it then too bad. I have never dealt with someone who behaves like this, after all, we are paying him right? Then I texted him a nice text and said please call so we can clear up some things and he never did.
This was on a Friday at 2pm. It wasn't until Sunday evening when I texted him back because I hadn't heard from him that he said he'd send a worker on Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning comes around and he texts me that he is not sending a worker til we are all on the same page. At his point I called him and said I was losing my patience and is this how he does business?
He said he is done and that he was sending an invoice. I was shocked at his behavior. It took him 5 days to send an emailed invoice and then I responded with some questions because he charged us all but $900 of the full job that was supposed to take 9-10 days to finish from his estimate. I'm sorry but 3 days of work, quitting and not finishing 2/3 of the job and asking for almost all but $900 of the total estimate is a scam! He's a fraud!
Some of his expenses on the invoice were $113 for gas and $82 for truck stock. I questioned this and he never responded back. I'm sorry but what does that have to do with my bathroom? His business is 10 miles away from my house. 3 days does not equal $113 for gas. He rips people off! You have been warned, do not trust this guy! Kelly Ocoee, FL

We already had our tile and vanities purchased, so it was just the matter of finding someone who could do the installs. We met with Daniel about a week before work began. He came to the house to take measurements and give us recommendations for matching colors. He emailed us the complete estimate the next day. The price was within our budget and we gave him the go-ahead.

Daniel took my call Wednesday afternoon and came out to my house the following day ready to work. Was professional and explained everything so that I knew what was going on and what he was doing. He preformed the work in the amount of time that he quoted and the work came out great. I would highly recommend and would use him again in the future.

My electric water heater decided it was done working one morning. After taking a shower, I walked into my living room only to find a massive puddle of water just outside of my laundry room! After mopping up what I could, I called the water heater's manufacturer. Thankfully, it was covered under warranty, but I needed to have a plumber install the new one.
